My 2014 Honda CRV with less than 82,000 miles began shuttering and shaking. I took it to a local Honda dealership, and they told me that my vehicle needed a new torque converter. I just couldn't believe that was what my car needed. So, I took my vehicle to Horn automotive. They found what the issue was and flushed my transmission (saving me a ton of money). It solved the problem and now I enjoy driving my car again. There is no shaking or shuttering and my car drives smooth at various speeds. Brandon and crew were absolutely committed to solving the issue with my car. I am well pleased. Through my experiences, always get a 2nd opinion.Service: Transmission

I'm a bachelor so I had no one to help me drop off my truck. Brendon allowed me to just come back at a later time and stopped his whole day just to check my a/c. This is my first time here but definitely wont be my last. It's the small things like being empathetic with my situation of not having air conditioning.

Cindy was very nice and helpful, was able to get my car in in a reasonable time, and they were willing to work with me providing my own parts for a few of the repairs, which was a relief.Unfortunately, they also destroyed the protective casing on the new lower ball joint during installation, did not perform the alignment on both sides of the vehicle like we had discussed, and most importantly, left the lug-nuts loose enough on one tire to be immediately noticeable while driving. So loose that I stopped the car and was able to twist them by hand, THAT loose. This is even more annoying because the mechanic mentioned as I was picking the car up that "there was a strange noise on that side, might be an axle going out". They didn't investigate the strange noise, and when I determined what the cause was, I knew they obviously didn't align those tires as well. If I had been driving farther the entire wheel could have come off. Pretty major safety issue and I can't help but think of the Ron White bit about the gentlemen that didn't attend class on lug-nut day.....They also sent out a follow-up text to see how the work went. I told them politely I was not happy with how it turned out and wanted to discuss with them. I followed up on the same message 2 days later in case they had been busy. It's been 2 weeks with no response. So I suppose I've learned a valuable and expensive lesson not to use or recommend this shop, and I will have to pay for a full and proper alignment again somewhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Brendan is one of the best mechanics in the Midwest. He is ASE certified Master mechanic. No problem to small or to big for this shop, wether or not it's general maintenance, wheels, tires, engine work, custom fabrication, exhaust, motorcycles...Etc. This is a locally owned shop here in the OKC metro. Open 6 days a week and by appointment on Sundays.

I was referred here by a friend. I had an AC issue with a 14 GMC Sierra and they got me right in and got my condenser and hose changed out even though they were clearly very busy. My truck was waiting for me when I got off work. The owner even text me the following day to make sure everything was working good and I was happy. I will be coming here for any future needs. I ve used Horn for any major repairs I need and they have always done great work at a fair price. What I appreciate most about their business practice is their honesty about maintenance that needs to happen and what does not. I do not know much if anything about cars, and Horn never takes advantage of that. I never have a laundry list of items that need repair or replacement, leaving me to contemplate what to do, like other places I ve been. We are moving out of state this month and are hoping we can find a mechanic as good and honest as Horn has been to us. Brendan and his team at Horn Automotive are the real deal!I brought a truck into to them for a look over before I sold it and to change the oil. Within 4 hours of dropping it off, Rickey called to tell me what they found and what they recommended. I gave the go ahead on repairs and by 10 am the following day they had completed the work. Not only was I impressed at their promptness and professionalism, the service they provided was hands down, the best service I have ever received from a mechanic! The service was great. I came in with a problem with my brake lights and I just could not get them to work. Mr horn took a look and in 5min had my brake lights working again. He knew exactly what he was doing and was vary professional about it. The price was also vary easy on my wallet and I'm sure I would have paid a lot more if I were to take my car somewhere else. All around great place to have our car worked on. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs some car repairs or tune ups.

Was referred here by my cars warranty company to fix an issue I'm having with my windshield. Although they weren't able to help (due to me needing a completely new windshield), they were so helpful in the process of getting me to the right place. I called so many times asking questions and the lady was so kind every time I called.

I needed AC work done. I have a Car Shield policy and Horn accepted using it. They are a busy place but they do great work. Receptionist is excellent and professional. I will certainly go back if necessary.i have a 2016 Acadia.

****Do not go here, they are very rude, unprofessional, will lie to you, will tell you your vehicle will be ready on a certain date knowing that they are lying and as you check back with them they act clueless and pretend to not know what is going on and will say let me check on that when they haven't even ordered the parts, then then they make up another excuse to delay the process even further. Leaving you without a vehicle even longer and with the feeling if you hadn't even called and checked on your vehicle then it would be even longer for you to get your vehicle back because you're partially doing the work for them.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Brendan and his team are fantastic! Wife hit a curb and toed her wheel in probably a good 6-8 inches. Car was not drivable and the subframe was bent, we had it towed to Horn Automotive.This garage gave honest advice on the repair, didn t recommend any unnecessary things, and went out of their way to get a part in quicker. Job was done below the quoted cost and a day sooner. Car drives great now, and wife isn t allowed near curbs anymore.What more can you ask for from a shop? I went to Horn Automotive from a referral after two other shops didn't live up to my expectations and needs. I think its important to value your automobile when its one of your largest purchases in life. Horn Automotive values its customers expectations. They have now fixed errors from other company's for me three times. After market headlights, bulbs and interior custom work. Not only did they fix it, they showed me where it went wrong and where corners were cut. Ill never go anywhere else again. Highly recommend Horn Automotive.

My mother needed her car fixed. I took her up there. The men were very informative. Explained things so we could understand. Had the car fixed in no time. Every employee was so nice. I'm taking my car up there next. Very pleased how delicate they were with my elderly mother.

This shop is the best in town they treated me well and with urgency. I dropped my 16 mustang to install new tube headers and h pipes and the got the job done! Very pleased with their work. When I talked with Brendan he guide me through the process and at the end there was no price gimmick what he said is what it was and very affordable and they give an amazing customer service!

I went in thinking I needed a control arm for my car there was a metal banging noise sounded like it was coming from underneath my feetFelt like the tire was going to fall off I thought for sure was going to cost me a arm and a leg I have had very bad experience with mechanics in the past well the mechanic called me and said they looked at the suspension and it look good but they did noticed a loose bolt in steering wheel column which I had replaced some sensors that cost me a lot to get changed out from another mechanic so he said they tightened the bolt up and was good to go I just want to thank these guys for not taking advantage of me they could ve said that I did need a new control arm but they were honest so I am happy with my service here and if I ever need another mechanic they will be the first ones to call. This is an awesome place to take your car. I as a single woman need to know that I won't be lied to and that I will be listened to. I have always found that to be true here. Any work that I have needed done was taken care of and only that. They do not take advantage of anyone for I do know that they could have at times and they didn't. So if you want a place to take your car where you won't be lied to, you will be listened to, you will be treated with respect, and not overcharged this is the place to come.

Not only did they match the quote, the provided updates and reviewed thoroughly the services that would be provided as well as a timeline. Very courteous and professional auto mechanic service company. Highly recommended for any automotive needs. Any services that they cannot provide, they will provide top notch recommendations of local vendors. We were on our way through OKC from Kansas City when our battery light suddenly came on. There are so many mechanics and car shops to chose from and it's easy to get lost in the mix. When you use Horn Automotive you know you'll get honest results and great service. It s hard to find an automotive place you can go to & know that you ll be taken care of fairly, especially being a single woman. I can always trust this shop to be honest and do what is best for my vehicle. They are always able to work me in and they do a wonderful job. I ve referred many friends and they have been very pleased as well.

Went to Horn for first time. They put my 98 nissian in shop at 9am and in 20 minutes knew what was wrong. Mechanic explained exactly what was going on and why issue was happening showed me the part and labor and part were reasonable. I am coming back for preventive maintenance In end of July. Very happy with this shop

I would just like 2 say that Brandon & his team are the absolute best! I was referred by an acquaintance of his & have been with them every since. I only trust him & his team with my automotive needs. As a single female it really makes a difference when U find someone who will be open, honest and considerate of Ur needs ... They have gone above & beyond with their professionalism while yet remaining personable.. i often reccomend his services to others bc they have totally won me over & I know they were a true GOD send 2 my life & I Just want them 2 know how much I so so appreciate them & I know he & his team Wil continue to grow & prosper as time goes on, all I can say is try them 4 yourself & U will see.
