Slow and incredibly overpriced. I purchased tires online and was quote a mounting, stem and lifetime balance price of $117.35. When I had that same work done, they hit me with a total of $234, double what they had said. What they did not tell me is that the original price was restricted to TireRack. They would not budge and even with a one time balance instead of lifetime, the charge still was $184.39. This is at least two to three times what shops all around the area charge for the same services: anywhere from $15 to $20 per tire including mounting, balancing and new stems (I checked two on the way home). For two or three times what I would have paid elsewhere, all I got was a 2.5 hour wait. I have used them for 25 years and hereto have bought many sets of tires from them. I will not be again. The manager's response: Don't threaten me with a good time.

**WOMEN BEWARE**My wife went to the 6625 SW 3rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73128 location to have her work vehicle alignment worked on. While there the older gentleman at the front counter made some remarks towards her such as "your a badass to drive that car" "ear gauge's are sexy" while leaning over the counter closer to her while saying it which at this point she started feeling very uncomfortable and asked me to come up there and sit with her.After she was informed the car was finished and ready for payment she went back inside as I left in my vehicle. While picking up my son my wife informed me this same gentleman made another comment that was very inappropriate and sexual."You know what the D said to the P?" Which her reply was, what? So he leaned in and spoke up and said."You know what the D said to the P? Don't make me come in there" Google will not allow me to spell out the words, so I'm sure you understand what "D" and "P" is short for..At this point my wife wants nothing to do with the guy and so uncomfortable she had no words and wanted to leave as fast as she can. I followed up with the manager over the phone which my wife believes it was the person at the counter. We will be following up with the corporate contact.

I ve been going to Hibdon for years. I m not sure who all reads this report but if somebody actually does, they should contact some people at that store and get things fixed. First of all they lied when they said they reset my TPMS sensors after rotating. They absolutely did not. I checked it when I got home. That is just dishonest. I called the store and complained about this the next day. Also, the alignment is worse now than it was before I even had it done and this is not the first time that s happened they need to have their machine recalibrated for alignments or get a new technician or both. I like Hibdons, but some of the shop employees just don t do their job right at all which winds up being an extra expense to the customer to go back up there and have stuff redone again

Not accommodating at all As we were leaving the OKC Outlet Mall late on a Saturday afternoon we saw the transmission cover under our pickup was hanging down. We needed to find someplace to get it on a lift to just remove it. We googled Hibdon Tire on SW 3rd St. and it showed they were open until 6:00 pm. We drove over there arriving a little after 5:30. There were several open stalls and it looked like they weren t busy at all. I went in and was met by the manager type who told me they couldn t take care of it until the next day. I tried to convince him that the vehicle only had to be raised up an just removed the two remaining bolts that were holding the cover on, but he wouldn t budge. I told him we were from out of town and staying on the other side of town and that we wouldn t be back.My wife suggested Walmart. So, we left Hibdon Tire at 5:38pm and headed to Walmart about 3/4 of a mile away. I went in the Walmart auto service area and told them my problem. The service advisor said to drive it up to the first stall and they would take care of it. I drove it up there and my wife got out and went in Walmart to shop. The technician drove it in and removed the cover in less time than it is taking me to write this and I was ready to go. The service advisor didn t even charge me, but I gave him and the mechanic each a tip for being so accommodating (which I would have gladly done at Hibdon Tire too). I drove around to the front of Walmart, parked and was walking into the store to shop with my wife at 5:56pm.

This location is absolute the best. My appointment was at 2. Was out of there by 2:30. I believe his name is Dave, he was the best. This location I would going to. NOT MIDWEST CITY'S LOCATION.

The gentleman was extremely pleasant to speak with & if they weren't so busy I'd was gonna ask one of the guys if he could put air in my tires because with this weather being so extremely cold that the tires pressure fecuate more in the winter months than during the summer months.

I ve had a bad experience at another Hibdon s and I ve not used them since, however was put in position where I would need to use them.. I call ( from another state) to schedule an appt while passing through on vacation (chosen a different location then former one) the man I spoke to on phone was absolutely professionally wonderful Upon appt day the staff was wonderful!!!! I interacted with 3 different staff members who was very professional, warm helpful & friendly service was great!Service: Oil change

Tires were purchased in 2018. Replacement certificate was bought for all tires. Tires were rated for 65,000 miles and at 45,000 miles top of tire had a lump and another was starting to seperate with no abuse of me. It was never explain or informed free replacement is at 4 years. I had to pay out of pocket. Hibdon was at my top priority but when I don't get inform correctly and get charge for something I couldn't prevent does not go well with me.

Love the staff here!! Always happy and always helpful. I love my Hibdon Credit card too. Nice to be able to charge my big purchases and pay it off over 6 months interest free.

Steve is a LIFESAVER! I had a blow out overnight and was afraid to drive any farther on my completely flat tire and Steve came and assisted me in the parking lot and we figured out a way to get my tire changed! Thank you so much Steve! Way to be AWESOME!

I was traveling through Oklahoma City. We stopped to eat and unknowingly ran over a screwdriver. I went to another business. The customer service was terrible. After waiting over an hour, the tire was not fixed and they were more interested in selling me new tires. We went on up the road to Hibdon s. I was very cranky from the experience I just had with one of their competitors. I told the guys at Hibdon s of my experience and that I had a bunch of food in my ice chest. I was needing to get down the road to my destination as soon as possible before my food ruined and that I had a bunch of family waiting on me to get there. They were so sweet. They rushed me through and got me on the road quickly. I was so grateful, I gave them a bag of Bierocks and went on My way. I live 3 hours away but will return for new tires in the near future. Thank you so much for all your help. I definitely left as a happy customer.

Had a sheet rock screw in a tire, called and talked to Isaiah (I-40 & Rockwell), He told me to drop on in and he would take care of it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. One of the easiest visits to Hibdons tire in a long time, they can get busy from time to time.. Don't forget they don't more than just tires.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They have wonderful staff, management is great, and their service is great too! Bright my truck in because a previous place had messed up my tires and tried to cover it up and they found the problem and got it fixed immediately. I already am a return customer and I will remain a return customer as long as possible! Definitely will recommend this place to everyone!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We went in with an appointment for an oil change. We usually bring a coupon but forgot it at home. We asked if they any offers as they are usually able to beat the coupon I bring. They had a $10 off coupon making the total still $96!I asked if there was anything better and he said simply no. I asked if he was sure b/c we are long time customers with several cars and I could get it changed at Take 5 across the street for less and he said okay. I asked for a managers card- he had none- I asked to speak to the manager- he said he wasn t there. I asked one last time if that was the best they could do and ended up taking my keys and leaving.

Steve The Magnificent is totally awesome his personable & professional skills are 110#, thank you for your service on my reoccurring tires mishaps when I get towed in to utilize my warranty on my tires. Driving rideshare is hard on my tires as is these Oklahoma roads! They keys at this Hibdon rock and always on point and give quick service!! Thx Hibdon TiresService: Tires

Bait and switch. Went in to get a tire fixed had a nail in the flat area of the tire wanted it patched. Had them come out and they said yes they could do it. Left truck and got call 3 hours later saying that hole was too big to patch. They wanted to sell me new tire. Declined new tire went and picked up truck and took else where to get tire fixed. Will never go back and sure won't recommend any body to go there. Was willing to pay for repair didn't even know they offered free flat repair. Now I know why they say free flat repair. They will say they can't fix and try and get a tire sale out of it. Total waste of time.

I always take my car here for tires and oil changes.Update 11-4-2023:It's probably a good idea to start shopping around. Fully synthetic oil change was ~ $85 2-3 yrs ago. Now it's $120.It's getting too expensive.

Friendly desk person. I cane it at 8am to get a nail out of a tire. A walkin with a ool change was seen first. Taken over an hour. Ill hever buy a tire or hse them again. Ill go to discount tire next time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I love this location. I had trouble at another location and Steve made it right. I'm so happy for the customer service I received from this location. They were friendly and got me in the bay very fast.! Keep up the good work you guys! I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to your craft

Took my car to get an alignment. They called after 1 hour and said my tires were really worn and that i needed to replace all 4 tires. I said i only need the alignment they said okay we will get that done for you. After 2 hours i went back and they told ms the couldnt do the alignment because my tires were too worn. I understand the part about the tires, but the fact that they didnt tell me that wh3n they first called me and told me they would do it after they KNEW how worn my tires were and then made me wait 2 hours for nothing. Thats wrong. If you arent going to do it then tell me up front. Dont waste my time. I will never come back here. If they dont respect your time they dont deserve your business. They were just mad that they couldnt get me to buy tired from them.

I came in because they offer free tire patching, and they really tried to stick me to the wall. They dissed discount tire when I told them the price they gave me on new tires (because my tire had a bubble it couldn't be patched). They should focus on being nice since they have the highest price point in the area.

Made an appointment online on Hibdon s website. Called an hour prior to confirm it was going to work and was told told that there was no way they could fit me in and that I needed to call to schedule and not use their website.Doesn t make a ton of sense to have an online schedule system if the location won t honor the appointment.

Had to get screw out of tire ended up having to replace tire which was under warranty still cost me $36 which was not cool but the manager was nice and front desk was funny and personable

Replaced my right headlight with a bulb that pulled too much power and burned my headlight assembly. They charged $80 for a headlight replacement just to make me end up having to shovel over hundreds to get a whole new headlight assembly. Do not go here!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
