I came in to replace 2 tires and the guys were so helpful! Did I mention that the service was free?!? The next day I had another tire bust and they took me in last minute and took care of everything! Morgan was a great help. (Might i add that they also fed me pizza) Amazing experience 10/10

There s no way to give 0 stars so I m doing just 1 star. I went against what everyone was telling me trying to give Hibdon the benefit of doubt. They told me they would try to sell me tires no matter what condition my tires was, I didn t listen though because I had brand new tires. Came in with a nail in the tire, mentioned before they worked on it that I needed to get my daughter from school. Instead of plugging the tire, they tell me that my new tire cannot be saved and that I must purchase one. I turned down the sale and told them just put the tire back on. All of the sudden I get this attitude from the guy I m working with and immediately felt angered. He told me he could put the spare on for me, but the situation had already made me apprehensive because of all that I ve heard before giving them a try. Definitely will never come back. At this moment they still have my car. Hopefully all nothing gets sabotaged on my car for denying service. Visit at your own risk. I did and it turned out as terrible as everyone said it would

I had a flat tire and a nail and a second tire. I was in a rush and called and see if they can help me out. I had my vehicle towed there from AAA. An hour later I went to go pick up my vehicle expecting a heftyfee. Instead they let me have it back for free because they do not charge for tire repair plugs and patches involved. I m very pleased with this and they are my business for anything in the future based on this token.

Always pleased with the service provided at this location. I dropped in without an appointment with a potential problem in my tire; it was also time for balance and rotation. Spur of the moment, they got me right; and, in less than an hour, my car was ready. They fixed a cracked valve stem at no charge. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and welcoming.

Bad. Took my truck in at 1pm appointment for radiator flush and tire rotation said it would be around 3 to 330pmbefore ready, will call you when done. By 440 pm had heard nothing yet so called to find out the status of the job.Told me that they were not able to get the job done today cost me half a days work and my night shiftsince could not make my shift on time, about 500 dollars Will not be using Hibdons for work on my truck. It's sad that it is so hard to find decent dependable service anymore

I was greeted with a smile and kind words upon arrival. After explaining my situation the young man gave me an option to solve my problem. It was spot on, and could be done within an hour and a half. The price was fair and better than the competition.

Morgan was a great advisor and helped me greatly with assessing my vehicle and it's needs. He was friendly, funny and straight to the point. Very helpful and felt that I could trust who I was talking to.

James was super helpful!! I was very stressed about a nail in my tire and driving on a spare. Not only did they patch my tire i dropped off for free, they also offered to put my tire back on for me just before closing! Dropped off at lunch and picked up after work. Could not be happier!

Made an appointment for some repairs on my truck. I wasn't sure what needed to be fixed, but the technician was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Honest and dependable, highly recommend this Hibdon. Thank you guys!!

Came into the store 2 days ago during snowstorm. They patched up my tire quickly..2 days later, as I was driving, my tire completely came off. The lug nuts had all come loose and thank God I wasn t on Highway. Very horrible mistake and would never come back. A life could have been lost.

I m a long time fan of Hibdon s, especially this location. Ten years ago I moved to Florida. I m back visiting family this month and took my mom s car in for new tires today couldn t be more satisfied.God I miss customer service like this!!Thnx Morgan for your knowledge and kindness.

Had trouble getting 1 lug nut off so I could get a set of new tires and no one else could do it, but the nice guys at Hibdon could. Plus mounted a tire I had bought onto the old rim. I set up a date in November to get new back tires which they seem to have the best prices plus gave me a coupon to save more so I'll be set for the weather to change. Very satisfied right now with Hibdon, my other mechanic let me down.

They charged me $90 for a wheel alignment I did not need because the switched them to the other side and tires were not old enough to replace, but not new enough to align. I wish they told me before getting the wheel alignment.

We have been using hibdon for years as well as Firestone but found lower prices and much much better service at the local AAA on Broadway

Front guy with a beard was very helpful. He gave me a discount after the mixup the mechanic made. I bought all the tires for both my vehicles there and will return for more. Thank you Hibdon Tires on May and Wilshire.

I am indebted to the guys at this location. They went above and beyond for me when they honestly did not have to and I never expected them to either but I can not thank them enough. I blew 2 tires .3 miles from their location, called them on a whim because they were the only tire shop open at 4pm on a Sunday. Because I blew 2 tires I had to wait for a tow truck to take me that .3 miles (with my kids). As closing time came closer (you know how fast tow trucks don't get to you) I called and kept them updated on the progress and when we would be there. My kids and I finally arrived and they got me in and out faster than it took the tow truck to get to me. They were kind and amazing and helped me not have an even worse Mothers Day! They have my business for life (mind you I also live 32 miles away but to me it's worth the travel) and I recommend them to anyone and everyone because customer service like that and just caring for a stranger when they didn't have is extremely rare.Service: Tires

Have a nice car and/or expensive wheels? Don t bring them to the amateur tire guy at Hibdon s. I had this Hibdon location mount tires for me and picked up my nearly new Forgelines to find deep gashes in the barrel, spokes and lips of the wheels. Even worse, I brought the wheels to the shop manager the day before to inspect the wheels BEFORE the job and was assured that they could do the work without damaging the wheel finish. Also, I watched the tire guy hammer off the center caps without bothering to protect the finish, with plenty of scratches in the paint to show for it. I should have learned my lesson from a couple years ago when they caved in one of my center caps hammering it back in. In short - if you drive something you care about, go elsewhere for tire service.

I came about 30 minutes before they closed in a rush with a flat tire. They told me they would be able to fix it first thing the next morning. While I was waiting for an Uber, they took it in and fixed so fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes, just in time to make my Dad s Hall of Fame Induction. I ended up here yesterday because AAA & Firestone didn t have enough staff and were slammed. The Firestone owner sent me down to Hibdon in the hopes to get me in and out. It was for a tire repair as I had a nail in my left rear tire. Long story short, the age and dry rot on the tire prevented it from being fixed. Doug helped me get into a new set of tires and also sent it was the epic weekend sale, he got me $40 extra off. Doug was incredibly nice and friendly and I would definitely go back any time I need something like that for my car. He was so understanding about my time as I had to be at work very soon and called me not long after I left to tell me my car was ready. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Also, Kelly was super friendly too and worked very quickly getting me checked out so I could get out of there and get back to work.

Kelly and the team here run a tight ship. The level of service and quality you receive is phenomenal. I just moved to the area and had to find a new place to get the Tires and Oil services done. First times with shops leaves me skeptical as you hear horror stories of the shoddy work done and the long wait times that come with it.Kelly ensured from the moment you come in you are respected and treated right no matter your race, or gender. They understand it's a business and want to get you out as fast as you would love to. He unfortunately had a call out when I decided to come down early morning but still managed to get my tires rotated, and oil changed in just about an hour.The interactions his other team mates had with the customers was top notch and he recommends you call in to schedule your service to avoid the hassle of online booking.Hats off to Kelly and team, get him more employees, give him a raise, and one of those impressive glass corporate recognition awards. It's comforting that every 3000+ miles I can have quality service, with expert techs, and a fair price and job done everytime you come here.

Here lately they ve been seeming a little unorganized. I had scheduled an oil change, I called them the day of to confirm my appointment, they were cancelling appointments because they were backed up I had to call myself they didn t even call me. Then never even tried to reschedule or anything. I usually only go to hibdon in Edmond but now that I live further in okc I have to go to these hibdon shops around here. Edmond s location was organized, respectful associates, no mishaps with Edmond but the okc area is going a bit down hill.
