Had a great experience with purchasing my first truck at Heartland Truck Sales. Bryson and his pop Jason answered all my questions and even had their shop run a couple of tests that my mechanic in California wanted done. Found them online with a great inventory of trucks for sale. Highly recommend them based on my experience and would definitely do business again in the future. Thanks again guys.

I'm only giving them 5 stars because it took a little longer than expected. But all for a good reason. The warranty required extra attention for an open recall. But overall the staff and shop go above and beyond what most truck sales locations would. If you ask for something. They will do their best to accommodate your ask! I really appreciate the attention I was given from start to finish.Even got a nice hat for free!Thanks Everyone at Heartland Truck Sales & Service!

I recently purchased a truck thru/with Heartland. We dealt mostly with Medith who was amazing thru the entire process. Upon pick up, I met Jason (GM). He too was just plain awesome! There were also a couple of other employees I encountered that were very kind and helpful. Because of what Jason fosters amongst his entire crew, it made my experience top notch!!

I purchased my first truck in Heartland Truck Sales, and i visited many dealerships before this one, but i chose Heartland. Nice people, huge shop, very good inventory of trucks. I'm very thankful to Brison, he helped me a lot with finding a truck, he understood what i want, gave me enough time to think about it, and then, since i'm not resident of Oklahoma, he made sure, i have everything i need in OKC. Also, truck was prepared for the road, so i don't need to touch anything for next couple of weeks.

First time in for service,felt like family very welcoming and down to earth. Talk with me the whole time and never made me feel like I shouldn't be there. I told him what the truck was doing in detail and they found the problem. The air leak I have is so small,I'm going to have to keep looking. All that said excellent service to the customer. If service is like this 98% of the time they will get the fifth star with no problem. Keep up the excellent work.

This place is always busy. But worth the wait your equipment will get fixed the first time. Mark is amazing, even when we had to call for broken down advice. Very Helpful Staff. Nice rates. Thanks

Truck broke down outside of Oklahoma City. They had a recker pick me up within 30 minutes & by the time we got to the shop they had a bay cleared out & got my truck in instantly. As soon as the parts came in, they got me back on the road & at a more then reasonable price. By far exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this shop 10/10.

This is my go to shop. Very professional and they always have gotten even dpf repairs done right the first time every time, that in itself can save you thousands. I highly recommend them. I don't know much about the truck sales side of it though.

My boss bought a truck from them and we drove 5 hrs to pick it up. When we got here they noticed it had a short in the wiring and the taillights were not working. The customer service was terrible. The mechanic went to lunch before fixing it. After 5 1/2 hrs they had only fixed one tail light. They are closing in 2 mins and we are still waiting! Maybe Heartland should do an inspection and make sure everything works BEFORE selling their trucks!

Not very happy with their customer service, I emailed them twice, called and left two messages on different days, no reply. I'm from California willing to travel to purchase. First time buyer with down payment, guarentee work.I've delt with many people in my short life of living and this company lacks integrity, professionalism, and lack of customer service. Wish I was able to do business but didn't happen.

I inquired about a 95 379 Pete they were advertising for 19k. I was looking for my first truck to purchase and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I know I wasn't going to get a diamond for what they were advertising but I figured I would check it out anyways. I called them and asked about the truck they said it was in detail and would get pictures as soon as it came out like it was a fresh trade. 4 days later after calling and dealing with the rudest salesman I've ever been in contact with I finally get pics. I then proceed to go look at the truck and make a deal. Show up truck was in detail once again asked how long they have had it and was told a month and a half. Fishy right so I go look at the truck and they label it as a 13 spd well it's a 10 I can get past that so I ask for a test drive. Go get license ran and go get in truck and go to take off truck is so far out of adjustment it won't even go into gear. So obviously it needed a clutch right then and there. I decide not to buy go in tell salesman what's wrong with it and he then proceeds to tell me I don't know how to drive and it's my fault the truck won't move I then tell him it's a 10 and not a 13 like described and he blows me off like I'm not even there. I walk out and take my business elsewhere had cash in hand ready to buy and this is what you will deal with going there to purchase. Avoid this place at all cost you as a buyer can do so much better than getting ripped off by people like this. Terrible place if I could give negative stars I would. Hope you all read this and find the truck at another dealership. God bless you all.

Very good place. I called Peterbuilt and Kenworth and International to see if someone could hookup a computer to see why the stop engine light kept coming on and off. They all told me that it would be anywhere from 3 days to a week. So I finally found Heartland and they hooked up right away. The problem sounds like an oil temp sensor so they said I could keep going but I would just have to cycle the engine fan very so often. No big deal. They didn t even charge me for it. I also noticed how clean the service bays were. This seems to be a good place.

I would recommend any and everyone to buy a truck from here. The guys were friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond. Service was fast. Todd ,Mitch and Medith were extremely cool. I Can t say enough about my experience. I can t even think of nothing bad to say. And yes I m a real person

Arrived to get truck A/C repaired. Work was done in a timely manner. I was kept advised of the progress of my repairs. All people involved were helpful and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Will continue to use this business in the future.
