I had an awesome experience here. Dennis and the team were amazing! They got me on the bike that drew me into the dealership in the first place at a price I could afford. I will for sure be back in the future for parts, accessories, service and hopefully another bike down the road. Thank you HD world for the amazing purchase experience!

I absolutely just love these guys. My third bike from them in as many years. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel like family in there no matter if its service, parts, clothing, finance...you name it. They get to know you by name and I am always treated with respect. Thanks again!

Man Dustin and Dave helped me get a brand new street glide. They treated me well and with respect. I'd recommend to go get you a new bike and ask for Dustin or Dave they are great guys and easy to work with!

Very friendly staff especially my salesman Travis. Had an overall fantastic experience purchasing my first motorcycle. Will definitely recommend going to HARLEY DAVIDSON WORLD OKC to family and friends and will definitely keep purchasing from here in the future.

Changing to 5 star. Good people, no pressure. Great atmosphereHad some work done to my bike here and the techs are very knowledgeable about the task to be done and were able to give me several other ideas to go to upgrade from there. The quality of the work is fantastic, no scratches, scuff, or bad workmanship. I ordered and had lights installed and some modified engine work. I'm happy with the results.As of March 12th, 2022 nothing changed...As of March 31st, 2023 absolutely no complaints or regrets. Other than finding more time to ride.

When I stopped in I was really just looking to see what they had. After a few minutes of walking around I seen the price of the bike I wanted. It was much lower than expected. By the time my wife went to the bank and back we had all the paperwork done and the bike was being detailed. Overall I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new bike to stop here.

The parts department is always friendly and helpful. If you ever get a chance to get in there talk to Luke at the shop desk he's very helpful. Good people like that keep me going back. Thank you.

Love Harleys. But man they are getting like everything else and just to dang much. I would love to get that bike on the floor. But whoa is it about 25 grand too much. Thanks but no thanks. 63 thousand for a motor cycle. Just not worth it. Please do some soul searching and get realistic.

Really nice Harley in OKC. Very large selection of bikes, parts, and merchandise. They have a large selection of shirts and poker chips start at $3. Staff was super nice and didn t hover. They have events throughout the year and a nice sized service center. Bathrooms were clean too.

If you re interested in a new or used bike, Harley World should definitely be on your list of stops. The staff here are excellent and make you feel like part of the family. Dennis is a great, low pressure salesman that will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have, and Phil the sales manager is a great guy to deal with. He will shoot you straight and do you right on the bike you re trading and the bike you re buying. Leon in service is a great guy as well, and always takes time to answer any questions I have about my bikes. The parts team are great guys as well. This is my go to H-D dealership for life. Amazing people, and great deals on one of the best bikes on earth!

I originally purchased a 2021 Pan America Special in Washington state, I loved the bike and the concept Harley came up with but wasn t ready for all the mechanical issues that came with it. My wife and I moved to Oklahoma a year ago and that s when I began to experience all sorts of issues with my Pan America while riding here in Oklahoma. I brought my bike up to the Harley service team on multiple occasions with different issues and they were fantastic each time I went. Well long story short, Harley corporate along with the Dan, Phil and Jake ended up just swapping me with a brand new 2022 Pan America Military edition. I couldn t believe something like this would be possible. They literally turned my whole perception of Harley Davidson around. The level of customer service, the straight forward honesty, and the painless process that this was is so incredible. Me and my wife are very grateful for a blessing like this to happen to us. I want to give a shout-out to Dave as well! Dave you re the man, it s always nice to talk to you when I come in. This whole team here is really something special.

Harley Davidson World is a Fabulous location I've been to many HD stores and this is by far one of the Best!!! This location really makes you feel like family and are very attentive to your needs. They help you select items that fit YOUR NEEDS NOT because they want to just make a sale. This location is in a VERY convenient location and NOT far from Downtown Oklahoma City. The hours are GREAT to be able to stop in, grab what you need and head on out. They were very helpful with providing the names of locations to visit and gave proper information. They have Great Sales and as it's known each HD store is independently owned and to their discretion this location has good prices. Whether you need a souvenir, riding gear, bike parts or just a place to stop in and browse the isles this is it. I'd recommend anyone visiting OKC to stop on in.

Great experience with these guys. Took care of a couple of small issues I had with my used purchase. I initially thought there was a larger problem that they wouldn t acknowledge. Turns out that I m an idiot and it was me inducing the issue so I had to edit this review. These guys are top notch!

Greg and the rest of the team were excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the product and services without being over bearing. Didn't feel pressured into making my purchase. They were understanding when I told them I needed to think about things before signing the papers and answered questions I raised.

Absolutely the worst quality of service I've ever seen on my 15 SG CVO. Greasy hand print on my gas tank, new scratch on the back of my saddle bag, exhaust slip on's weren't installed evenly, wire left out and wasn't replaced after service. Won't go back, and this is where I purchased the bike from. Screw that holds seat on was almost out by the time I rode 15 miles. Whoever did the work on my bike, personally I would fire. No excuse

I ve been taking all 3 of my motorcycles here over the last few years for service. Haven t purchased one from here but bike number 4 will be coming from Harley World. Service Dept has always been helpful and knowledgeable under both Leon and now Drake. I know very little about the workings of them and have happily trusted their guidance. I now have a growing relationship with Chris Young in the shop and only have him work on my bike. I have only had one issue with service and it was quickly resolved. Myself being in a client service type position I know all to well it s impossible to please everyone. Mistakes do and will happen which can usually be corrected (kindness and respect go a long way). Cheers to this team for offering a great experience every time.

My shifter peg stripped out 80 miles away on i40. I got it jerry rigged to get the bike to the dealer. They were closed. Got there about 8pm. Got a hotel around the corner. Next morning i showed up. And the service writer. Heavier guy with a HD 1 tattoo on his arm helped me. He was a great guy. Got me in and out fast. About 1hr total. And the bill was more then reasonable. They treated me better then my home dealer in Pennsylvania. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be back if I'm ever back in Oklahoma again.
