Hager & Sons was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad he did. I called them to have them repack the bearings on my boat trailer (something they don't normally work on) and they were extremely professional and polite. I ended up needing to have a bearing replaced and it wasn't an item they had in stock so they went and got the part and had me up and running in 1 day. When I came to pick my boat up I had a list of questions about my recently purchased travel trailer. It was almost closing time but Mr. Hager took the time to answer each question I had. I would definitely recommend them for any work needed on your RV.

After a bad experience at RV General Store, I was hesitant to take the camper anywhere. The reviews for Hager and Son brought me in and I was very impressed. They did an outstanding job for a fair price. I had numerous questions before and after that they were eager to answer. We will return with any camper repair needs.

We were passing through Oklahoma in our RV and ran into a mechanical issue. I called Hager & Son to seek assistance with our hydraulic jack system. After I explained the issue I was told to bring it in and they would do an evaluation, but not be able to work on it until Monday, this was a Friday. He was honest and said due to several days of ice storms they are way behind and if it needed a part no one in Oklahoma City would have it. He was very polite and could have steered me the wrong way. Suggested if I could drive to another city, I could, it would be much better as everyone was backed up. Very honest and if I come back this way I d call this business. Thank you for your honesty!

When I bought my motor home in November I assumed it was winterized. I was wrong my tankless hot water heater froze. Water was pouring out of it. All the major RV dealers said it would take 3 weeks to get the tables hot water heater in. I was in a tough spot because we had plans to use the motor home for church camp the next weekend. I remember my grandpa used Hager n Sons he always had good, fast and reliable service when he used them, so I called. Next day I brought my unit to them and they repaired some other items that had busted because of not being winterized. They had to order my tankless hot water tank because it was an odd one. (Its a Tiffian) It took 4 days to get the part in but it wasn't delivered until after 4 o'clock on a Friday. They knew I was going to use the motor home on Saturday for a week so they stayed and fixed the unit so we could keep our plans!!!! That's EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You guys ROCK!!!!

Although the shop was full with other work, they managed to fit us in to replace the wiper motor. As full-time rv'ers, getting help when we need it is critical. Hager and Son did a great job.
