Inept comes to mind. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else. The shops mechanical abilities are dangerous, the sales ppl don t know how to use the US postal service and if they promise you something, well it s gonna take them three weeks of keeping your vehicle to NOT take care of it.

They went above and beyond to help me find a car, I've been to probably 25 used car dealerships this week and none of them even put a effort in to help me and my daughter out ,here they did what it took.

Bought a cash car for my daughter. They sell salvaged title cars for cheap. They do whatever it takes to make the car seem sound. After having the car for a week, the critical problems started surfacing. Definitely go somewhere else.

This place always has the best cash prices in town! They always help out when or if you have an issue and very communicative even after the vehicle is purchased and paid off. I have bought 10 cars from there and plan on getting more! They always do zero percent interest also and the best place locally. I would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Amazing Auto sales place. Jafar and Muhummad were both really helpful, nice, and most importantly had my best interest first in buying a car.This is the first time I have bought my own car and I am an overseas student so I was really worried about getting scammed and having a garbage car.However, H & B had amazing customer service, they told me everything about the car, didn't push me to buy it nor push me to push buy anything extra.If you are a college student or really anyone looking to buy a car, these are the guys.10/10 would recommend them to everyone!!!

I Bought a 2013 Elantra hatch, for a really good deal. Ali was who helped me, he was honest about everything! They have nice cars for cheap! I will definitely go back for more cars, and would recommend anybody to this place! If you go to a major dealer you re going to pay twice what it s advertised with no credit so I suggest come with a nice down payment and come to this place. No interest here!!!!!!!! Great staff too

H& B is a great auto shop. This dealership is very reliable trust worthy, reliable and always listen to their customers. I bought a car from them I have use the car for 5yrs no marjor problem. I recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car. Their prices are affordable.

THE WORST SERVICE ON THIS PLANT EARTH! they sold my disabled relative a piece of junk and that s putting it nicely. Had it running fine for a 10 min test drive but as soon as we get it home it won t start the next day turns out it was the starter. Then the day after that the windows won t roll up and the car won t turn on again! We called them to tell them the situation & they hung up and won t talk to us. If you wanna deal with some shady & crooked people this is place!

Was interested in a Kia they had for sale on FB, when I came to the shop Ali said many things were wrong and he wanted to get me in something better . They do sell salvaged title cars for cheap, the 3 vehicles I saw almost looked like the were swept away in a river with clay and they cleaned them up. Should have trust my gut, but they do whatever it takes to make the car seem sound and that they just care about you getting into something great. Well after having the car for a week, the critical problems started surfacing. I spent $6,000! I have just put in $500 and there is more to come. I m a single mother and when I told him about it yesterday, he said I don t know . I also want to add one more thing, the body shop that they say is connected to them, I would never take my vehicle to get maintenance they are at all. Just ask the people next-door to that business. I called them to ask them if they could replace a couple of parts I needed, and all he did was argue because the car is low miles, that s all they care about is well the car is low miles . The sad part is how much he made me feel like he was helping me out.

Loved it!!!! Bought a car from there yesterday for such a good price. Everyone was so kind and helpful they also have a bodyshop so they told me we'll take care of your car from now on definitely recommend for anyone wanting a car or service!!!

came in looking for a certain car..ending up finding a different vehicle above the price range i was trying to spend but liked the vehicle..negotiated price and bought it..THE STAFF AND SALESMAN JAFFER WERE NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL AND CURTIOUS...WILLING TO NEGOTIATE PRICE AND GET MY OL LADY IN THE CAR SHE WANTED..MORE THEN HAPPY W MY PURCHASE AND WILL COME HERE FIRST TO LOOK ON OUR NEXT VEHICLE PURCHASE..STAFF AND SALESMAN WENT ABOVE THE STANDARD OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH OUR PURCHASE 5/5!!!
