I've been looking for a mechanic for about 2 years now. Have been disappointed and frustrated with the the shops I visited. I finally found Travis at H& H automotive. I could not ask for a better shop than H&H. He was very helpful and got my truck in the next day and out that afternoon perfect service and I know they did it right. The shop and waiting area is immaculate. I was able to meet the mechanic that worked on my truck he was very knowledgeable and I could absolutely tell he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend H&H and I'm very relieved to know I've got somebody that generally cares and runs a clean professional shop.

To start off I was pleased with the service I got, I took my mustang into H&H cause that's who my warranty company provided for me. It ended up need a new engine and like I said was completely happy and satisfied. I went and picked up my car and drove it home after they completed the engine swap out and I noticed damage to my front bumper that wasn't there my car had no marks or damage. I call the shop and told them and of course they deny it saying they didn't do it that the car was in shop the whole time. I know no damage was on my car previous to going in shop cause I opened hood several times and sure would've noticed this and plus I detailed the car completely the day before. So now I've got to get insurance involved and let them go after this shop after making the money they made to screw a customer I'll never go back. Well as luck would have it I get back from my vacation and call to discuss issues I'm having with my car having a hard time putting it in 1st and 2nd gear and get told again they had nothing to do with the transmission and got hung up on, what a way to run a business such integrity, so now got to take to another shop and guess to small claims court.

It s been a few months now since Travis and his crew replaced my motor with a fairly low mileage used motor. After a couple trips back to shop to get kinks worked out within a couple weeks. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Save your money and bring your car to Amin at Magic Auto (2328 NW 23rd st). He s honest and trustworthy based on my personal experience after H&H screwed me over! They are the most dishonest, untrustworthy mechanics I have ever experienced. Not only that, they are extremely overpriced (which I was willing to pay up because you get what you pay for) except this was not the case! They completely screwed me over by cutting a VERY thick wire on my travel van. It was obviously cut with professional cutters which would require a two-hand force because of its thickness, and when I called them about it the owner gave me about three different stories on how this wasn t them and hung up on me several times. TRULY DISHONEST AND DESPICABLE! I ended up having to get this fixed by a mechanic while traveling, spending more money on top of the overpriced botched job H&H did. TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Travis at H&H Auto has been amazing from the first time I took my car to him til now. His prices are reasonable and I enjoy that H&H takes great care of their clients. I highly recommend you to take your car to them. They won t disappoint you. The first time I went I had taken a quote from the dealership of about $3k of work that the dealership said I would need done and he did it all with less than $600. H&H doesn t keep your car that long and the work is great quality. Thank you Travis you have been the best mechanic and that s hard for me to say to a mechanic.

Took my car in for some A/C work but wasn't able to drop it off until almost midday. Somehow, they managed to get it done and back to me that afternoon, good as new.The shop and property are neat, clean, and organized which tells me a lot about what kind of work to expect.With an older commuter car, there are sure to be other things that pop up down the road, will be taking any future issues to H and H as well.

Did a fantastic job on my power steering once they were done with it it was better than it was when I had brought it in. Thank you guys you guys are awesome. I definitely will be coming back with any issues I have.

Went in for my AC not blowing cold air. Note that I went to two auto shops before H & H Auto, and both places said there is something wrong inside the dash that would cost me an arm to fix because of the labor. I got my car off of CarMax and they gave me some of their shops that they are affiliated with, which lead me to here. As soon as H&H ran their own diagnostic they immediately found the leak that the previous shops "couldn't find" and fixed it. I just paid for the diagnostic service and been having cold air now ! Super fast service, professional, and attentive. Usually as a woman I feel a little dominated at these places but they didn't give me that vibe that I usually feel. I will go back to this shop if needed in the future !

I wish that I could put a negative 5 star review.I brought my H3 in to have the O2 sensors replaced along with the spark plugs due to a Check Engine light.I also asked if they could remove the brackets for my nerf bars due to the fact that I do not use them.After picking it up after it was supposedly done, the H3 was running worse than when I brought it to Travis and his shop.I ended up bringing it to another shop to have it looked at because I couldn t stand the way that it was running.The NEW place that I brought it to actually did the work that they were supposed to.They found that the brackets, in fact, hadn t been removed, but instead, looks like it was hacked off with some kind of cutting wheel.They also found that the reason that it was running so badly is because the mechanic (and I use that term loosely) who supposedly replaced the spark plugs, didn t replace them all and left some of the old ones in with a few of the new ones.When I called and spoke with Travis about this, he said that I should have brought it back to him.I explained that didn t make any sense. WHY would I bring it back to the place that screwed it up the first time?I simply asked that Travis return at least some of the money that I paid for the hack job that was done to my vehicle and he absolutely refused.I caution you all

I highly recommend this shop. Professional staff and quality work. Several issues with my suspension were repaired within 2 business days. They worked with my warranty plan too. Just great people.

I have taken my 99 F150 for shocks last month. And also my 96 Chevy four suspension work on the front end which they completed great it s good to know I have a place to take my vehicles when I can t fix myself

Had a problem with our work truck. Took it to H&H and Travis and his guys had the oil leaks and a new transmission in within a week. Great crew that does excellent work with a quick turnaround. Thanks.

We have used H&H Auto for years!!!! I have used them for both personal use and as a primary mechanic for our fleet at work. I trust them so much to be fair and reliable!!!! If you need a good family oriented mechanic shop for anything from a car to a big work van they can fix you up!!!! Bought a car from Carvana, saw check engine light come on during our 7 day window. Carvana gave us a list of vendors to pick from. Ultimately I came to H&H. Super friendly staff. Walked me through the process. Travis identified my problem, he called Silver rock/warranty who approved his requested repair. From start to finish I was out in under 2 hours.Few days later, Travis text me to ensure everything was fixed & running smoothly.Easy breezy, honest and friendly. 10/10 I will return to this place!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Travis was there on Labor Day of all days. Looking to get my car alignment done. He was friendly, helpful and fair. No secret charges and the work was done in 1 day and done well. Highly recommend them. Thanks again guys.

I have taken my vehicle to H&H Auto 3 times now for repairs. They are honest and mechanics are experienced who do quality work. My car had been acting weird for a few months, and Travis and his crew were recommended to me by my regular mechanic and they got it working right. This is a good, honest shop and I highly recommend them!
