We recently bought a RZR from Jim. Not only was he great to work with during the sale, he has been awesome after the sale. He has gone out of his way to provide us with information, spare parts he has come across at a later date that he thinks would be helpful for us, and recommendations of where to go ride. We would absolutely do business with him again!

Bought a pickup from Jim, last week. It was great working with him. Was able to work with me and my bank. Even called the day after the sale and informed of a small detail he forgot. Good people.

I have had the best experiences working with Jim. I bought a 5th wheel from him and have been living the RVing dream. I live in California and had no issues getting the rig transferred in my name. I enjoyed dealing with him so much and I trust his companies work that I am buying a Hyundai from him. Thanks Jim for the best deals, and reliability in a vehicle. You haven t seen the last of me, even though I m in California. I recommend buying from Jim and supporting a family owned business.

This man, Jim Gray went above and beyond what was necessary to sell me a vehicle. Not only was it clean, it had a full tank of gas in it. That is the first time that I have ever bought a vehicle with a full tank of gas, new or used. Had the truck for 3 weeks and realized that a head light was out, changed the bulb no help. Called Jim he said bring it in and he would take care of it. He took care of the problem no charge, no warranty on vehicle either. I will definitely go back and I will recommend him to all of my friends. Thanks Jim!!!!!

Great , honest place to get a used car ir truck.I searched for a month all over the USA for a particular used suv.I found one I liked at Gray's. Spoke to Jim about it a few times. Since I had to fly in from out of state, I told Jim that he was my eyes and ears.We had a few conversations over the next two weeks. He answered all my questions.He didn't let me down.When I went to pick up the car, yes I had oaud for it, but hadn't signed the paperwork yet, the car was EXACTLY as Jim had described in every detail. Even down to the luttke door ding by the gas fill that I can hardly see.He had all the service records I was interested in also.The car has high miles, that's why the service records were important, but Jim's price was more than fair and at least 10% below similar cars with the same mileage.I had a 7 hour drive home that day and again, the car acted and drove just as I expected and wanted.In 50 years of buying cars, this was one of the best experiences ever. And to think that was before the first test drive.Wherever you in the country, if Gray's Used Cars had what you want. Talk to Jim. You won't be unhappy.And yes, he called me twice on my drive home and the next morning. !!

Jim was excellent in finding me the perfect truck for a unbelievable price! They also made sure it was detailed and full of gas when I picked it up. Would recommend Jim to any family or friends looking for a car or truck.

This is a car buying experience like none other. These are mostly wrecked vehicles that are repairable. I bought my son a 2004 Lexus ES330 for $3500 and spent $1100 in repairs and ended up with a $7,000 car in mint condition. On top of that, Jim is easy to deal with and since the price is right, it's an easy deal. Plus he gets you the rebuilt title so these are then treated like any other car purchase. I highly recommend Mr. Gray and his staff.

We've purchased a few cars and have been very happy with the price and condition of each car. Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Kia for an incredible price!! The craftsmanship and attention to detail shown to each repairable car is unsurpassed. You can bet, we'll be buying many more from Mr Gray in the future.

I totaled my (paid off) 2013 Honda Accord Coupe on a Monday. I had no idea what I wanted for my best vehicle. After seeing the prices for a luxury car I know instantly I didn t want another 400+ car note. So I figured I loved my car before why not get a newer model. I searched the internet for HOURS and HOURS. I came across the exact one I wanted. 2017 Honda Accord coupe V6. Almost the same exact car I had but newer and more bells and whistles. Well Jim called me that night to talk to me about the car. I found out it was a rebuilt title, which I knew nothing about. He explained what it was and assured me that there was nothing mechanically or structurally wrong with the car. I still was a little hesitant. So I made a few calls to friends who were in the car business. They said as long as it didn t have any frame damage and that I m able to get full coverage on the care, it s good. I called him back later the next day (Wednesday) and said SOLD! I drove to OKC from Dallas Friday to pick it up. Jim picked me up from the rental car company. I immediately fell in love with the car. We went back to his shop, he sat with me for over an hour going over everything he could tell me about the car. He went over the entire CarFax report with me. He called me on my way home to make sure everything was running perfectly (it was). He called me everyday after that for about a week just checking on me. You won t find better customer service and honesty at any dealership. I would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Traveled a couple of hours to buy a rebuilder from Jim Gray. Quality work and fair pricing. The staff made the process easy. I ll check his site next time I need a good used car.

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus and was advised the only work that was done and needed was in the back which they repaired. The car was undriveable after 9 days and needed $3400 worth of work to be driven again. The car just completely shut off while driving on the street. If I was on the highway something worse might have happened. A very unsafe experience and was treated unfairly when trying to get the issue resolved.

Unpressured, easy buying experience with very competitive pricing. If you're coming in on Saturday, you might want to call first and make sure they're there... (Says it opens at 8:30 on here, but they really weren't there 'til 9 when I went...) or better yet, schedule an appointment when you know they're open. It's a friendly and relaxed environment... I got a great deal on a Miata that has no problems whatsoever.
