I brought my car in for an alignment. They did not do it correctly the first time. The front desk employee did not know what a tire sensor was.

USED to be one of the very best mechanics when Robbie owed and operated it. He would counsel you about the current and future state of your vehicle. BUT this shop changed. Now it's operated by people who don't have a clue and who over charge you.

I bought a nice set of Goodyear tires for my SUV. I could feel vibration after installation. The mechanics and new owner drove it, but insisted there was no problem and they would not rebalance tires. I took it to Christian Bros Auto and they drove it as well, and said it was a balance issue but their machine was out of service. I then took it to Discount Tire and they confirmed it and rebalanced tires for $60. All 4 tires were out of balance, rear passenger tire was the worst. I requested reimbursement from Jeff Turney but he refused, of course. I let him know my opinion of him in no uncertain terms. Don't give this place your business. They do not stand behind their work now.

Closed for memorial weekend UPDATE 2023 1st shop I went to had a wait list 10 days out. Wouldn't be seen for nearly 2 weeks!Called these guys up and once they got someone to the counter when i arrived, they got my car back there immediately! No wait at all. And they're nicer people here then the first one I went to, the shop that shall remain nameless. Still 5 stars all around!

they charged me $2700 in parts and labor just to call me and to tell me to pick up my truck with no info on the parts what was done or not done. The truck still does not run and their excuse was a death in the family sorry holds no water in my book when it comes to taking advantage of people.

This place is great! I have used them for over 10 years for my personal and commercial vehicles. Rob Is knowledgeable, honest and fair on prices. He's even turned away business when I brought him a car that was under warranty. He told me to take it to the dealership and have it fixed for free. One of the things I like most about dealing with Rob is he fixes it right the first time. Very Rarely do I have to bring a car or truck back because it wasn't fixed correctly. If I do, he puts it on top of the list and fixes it immediately! - no questions asked.

I was recommended to Rob's by a friend and was pleasantly surprised when they checked out my car and didn't even charge me at all! Rob is an honest guy, trying to help people. He didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a single lady that had no idea what was wrong with my car. He told me what was wrong, what I needed to do, and how much it would cost. He didn't try to push me to buy through him at all! He even recommended where to go, and told me if I bought the part somewhere else, he would put it on for me. Nice to finally feel like I can take my car into an honest place!

They tried to cause harm to my fathers vehicle to get more money. He went in for an alignment and oil change. Left with new tires and a unplugged radiator which led to overheating. They are crooks, liars and thieves. I will be coming back but not for business

Have been using Ron's for about 15 years. Always great service at good prices. They are not only a tire shop, they are good mechanics and auto electricians. Rob is one of the friendliest people I know. Once you have been there he knows you when you return. Great shop, great people.

My family has been doing business with Rob's Goodyear for over 20 years. Everything from routine maintenance on vehicles to tires and wheels we have been more than satisfied with the work that is done and the honesty and integrity of Robbie and his staff. You can be rest assured if they tell you you have an issue or need a part you absolutely do one of the most stand up shops in town! I don't know that there's anything they can't do for you vehicle related

Loved the personal service. Rob was knowledgable and friendly. As someone new to town, it is difficult finding someone to trust with your vehicle and Rob made me feel right at home. While I was waiting, one of the other customers told me she and her husband had been using Rob for over 30 years. Definitely coming back

Since new ownership recently, I could not believe the incompetence and BS I encountered there. Rob, the previous owner, would never stand for this awful customer service and complete lack of integrity. I will spread the word to everyone I have ever sent to this shop.

I was traveling from out of town and thought I had a bad tire. I stopped in here expecting to pay for a new tire. Come to find out my tires were all low simply due to to the cold weather. They checked all tires and aired them up and I was out of there in 30 min. I was not charged for this service. Most shops would have taken advantage of a woman and used the opportunity to sell a new tire. No Rob's! Excellent, trustworthy and prompt service at this shop!

These guys are great! I needed a used tire installed and balanced on my car after I found a nail in my current tire. I called to see if i needed an appointment but they told me to just come on in and it should only take 30min. It also cost much less then i thought it would!

Robbie has put some tires on my jeep and I like how he handled things.got it done in a very timely manner.i am glad I got recommended to me.i searched all over for these tires and he was able to get them for me.and installed them really quickly.

I've been a Rob's Tire and Auto customer for 21 years. The service is great! And he's an honest man! He's a godly man!Rob's not Catholic, but he has an account for this group of Nuns where other customers can contribute.

I was driving from Lawton to a 1:00 awards banquet in OKC when I got a nail in my tire and was losing air quickly. It was about noon and called them to see if they could help me out. They were super friendly and told me to come on in and they d get me fixed up. I got there about 12:05 and they got me in and patched my tire in 30 minutes and I still made my event with five minutes to spare. I can t thank them enough for their awesome and timely service. They also couldn t have been nicer. I m going to recommend them to all my friends in OKC!

Been going to Rob for over twenty years. This is _not_ one of those places where they guess at what's wrong and you have to pay for three repairs before they find what's really the problem. Rob and his staff gets it right the *first* time! I've referred several friends and family here when they've been ripped off by *other* garage operations. He's the best, even among Goodyear stores. I don't trust some of them, either. It doesn't matter where you live in the metro, make the drive and let Rob and his staff take care of you!

They were excellent.And for any women that feel like most mechanic services that they treat us different. Here that is not the case you are told exactly what the problem is and are treat equal.I will always come here to give them my service..I'm a very happy customer....

I called this Goodyear twice for an alignment and both times they said don t schedule an appointment, you can come right in. I come in both time and both those times I was told I can t be seen for another 2 hours

Ive been going to Rob's for almost 4 years now...and with 3 different vehicles. He and his techs are top notch, courteous and professional, and they get me back on the road every single time. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Goodyear makes a great Tire, and that's what Rob's sells. Everything from your basic for nylon to your expensive steel-belted radials that will get you 70,000 miles plus. Come on by and take a look and give them a chance to put you in a great set of tires. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

WOW!!!! What service,was traveling back home to Tennessee and got a flat the day before. Stop a this Goodyear shop and explained my issue and not only did jump right into getting me going it was the owner doing the work. If I didn't live so far away this place would be my service center.Thanks You!!!!!

I've got to say it's over all the best place to go for the best auto inspection. Very fast pace they take their time and do the job right I've never had any problems they are very friendly and always guarantee their work
