So fair warning this is a long read. This repair shop has had my truck for going on 2 months or more. They gave me a semi estimated date in the beginning. Were well aware this was my only vehicle and that my insurance would only cover an allotted time for a rental. I have been out of pocket over 1500 dollars on top of the money ill have to pay as a deductible. They finally gave me a real date which is 3/26. Here I am 3/26 calling to see where my truck is at and they have the audacity to tell me it is still not ready!!!! This shop was recommended by my insurance as one to go. I actually had a great first time with a repair. I don't know if they have switched management or owners but they do not care nor keep their customers in mind. They have no regard for the amount of money it will cost you nor offer any resolution. The fact that I had to and still having to constantly call for an update is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and find a better body repair shop because this one doesn't care at all what your financial needs are nor if they get your auto to you in a timely manor!

I had a really great experience with Gerber! Very quick turn around on my vehicle with updates on progress.Everyone that I spoke with was not only very professional but reassuring and caring. Very good customer service!I understand how frustrating and scary auto repair experiences can be, but Gerber set the bar high for customer care. On the day of drop off, I left their shop feeling confident. This is a great team of people working together to make sure their customer is back on the road as soon as possible.10/10, would recommend.

i would give this place 0 stars if i could. the manager tried to persuade me into leaving a good review as he fired someone who he says was the problem.the problem at this location is the manager Rodney. he is misogynistic and sexist. when i would call to ask for updates as i was out of pocket for my rental i would be told id get calls back and id have to call back myself after two days of no response. when i finally talked to rodney the first time he would interrupt me and diminish what i had to say. i had to pull the dad card multiple times to get any information because rodney would tell my father more than he would tell me. i was told for over a week and a half that it would be ready in just one more day rodney will make you feel belittled by saying he is doing you a favor and making sure you are informed. but the information was always just waiting on parts.when i finally got my car back, it was not clean, the damaged alloy rims were back in my trunk, and the brand new suspension was making metal clanking noises and something was rubbing making it sound like a flat tire. rodney told me to drive it over the weekend and make sure there actually is something wrong. when i brought it back the following monday and was shocked that this shop never tested anything on my vehicle before giving it back to me. there were pieces of metal just roaming in the rotor as rodent explained when i got the car back finally.i m not impressed with this body shop i ve used many different ones throughout the years and this is my WORST experience yet. DO NOT COME HERE!

The guys and gals here at collision Works did a superb job I couldn t be happier they definitely went above and beyond my car looks better than when I bought it brand new I will be doing business here from now on

I scheduled my appointment over a month in advance and was told my bumper would be fixed in two weeks. When I dropped my car off, everything seemed fine, but after two weeks they were still not done. Each time I called, they said it would be a few more days. I received no notifications of any delays unless I called to ask. The most frustrating part was that sometimes I couldn t get ahold of them at all because they wouldn t answer the phone. And because of how long this took, I am now out of hundreds of dollars that I had to spend on a rental car. On top of that, when I finally picked my car up, they tried to charge me for more than they quoted for the repairs. Luckily I kept the original quote they gave me, so they ended up giving me the correct price. However, the guy who was taking my payment was refusing to lower the price until he saw the original quote, so clearly they don't keep very clear records. Finally, when I got home, I realized the front bumper stuck out a little bit on one side - like it was installed crooked. But after everything that had already happened and after reading other reviews I decided it wasn t worth it to take it back in to get fixed. All in all, this was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Man I just left my whole car is covered in dust on the inside!!@! Looks like I need to shampoo my carpets now... it's white ...my car sat w my roof off for God knows how long ...gm offered to have it cleaned..I think that should have been done before I got there

keeping a customer informed was great. but went to pick up car, I inspected the car on my own, know one asked about how I liked the job. Paint work looked great! the body work not so much, interior of the car was covered in dust. Had hand grime from the tech on the driver's inner door panel. Was from out of town, drove 2 1/2 hour to pick up so didn't want leave it there to have re-finished. Customer service during pickup could have been a lot better!Service: Body & Trim

Collision Works did a great job on my auto repair. Not only was the repair so good that one would never know it was damaged but I was also kept informed about progress to my auto. They worked with my insurance company about estimate and payment so it was easy for me. Best of all, when I told them the date I needed the car for a previously scheduled trip, they had it ready exactly on time. I wish it were possible to give less stars. My insurance company sent my vehicle here after an accident and dealing with this business made the experience so much worse. Originally I waited a little over a month, paid and my husband brought the vehicle home. That's when I noticed it was completely covered in glass still. The vents, the seats, the dash, floor, all had shards of glass embedded. My center console also would not work. The volume button originally sounded like there was glass underneath it, then stopped working altogether. The heater dial wouldn't turn off, and would jump from 2-5. My windshied leaked around my mirror, throwing water on the dash and driver. I contacted insurance, who advised me to take it back. Huge mistake. Thus began a few months long holding issue, where I would call almost daily trying to get ahold of someone, they never ever answered the phone. Then my insurance began trying to call, ONE time they were able to get ahold of someone wherein they admitted they didnt know how to fix it, and swore they were keeping me updated. When insurance said, no that isn't true, she's on the other line now would you like me to patch in? They hung up on my insurance claim advisor. Insurance said forget it, go get the car, and the shop tried to claim they hadn't touched my vehicle for repairs in all that time because of insurance. When I called the woman out on her lie she stomped off and slammed the door. Run, don't walk away from. Their business.Services: Auto windshield repair, Body & Trim

I am STILL trying to have the repairs taken care of properly and it has been to 3 different locations. If you care about Quality, you ll Hate collision-works.Waited 8 weeks only for my car to be incomplete on the day of pick-up. Weather was bad back in February so I was understanding and patient. By the time I got my car back, No One who i dropped my car off with worked there any more.Upon further inspection, the door seal wasn t installed correctly at all. I took it back where it sat for nearly 2 more weeks with little to no improvement.Their store manager at the deer creek location was very understanding and tried to fix the situation but I was once again disappointed after their attempted repair of door seals and peeling paint was not successful.My car is now at the East Edmond location to be Re-Painted yet again and I am finding that more damage was made to the car at some point that no one will admit to. This may have been the cause for the delay in the first place but at this point who knows.Do Not take your car to here for Any type of repair. I ve now had four repairs completed by three different Collision Works locations. I ve had an excellent experience each time. They did take a little longer this time, but that s understandable after the recent hailstorm. I also found a small piece almost hidden by the new bumper (I backed into a pole, thankfully it wasn t in the hailstorm) that didn t get painted. I haven t had a chance to call them yet, but I m sure it will be addressed quickly. I see some people are complaining about communication, I didn t have any problem. The one time they had to have a technician return my call for the correct information it was within an hour or so. Collision Works is also a preferred repair center with Allstate Insurance, they paid their part directly to the repair shop and made obtaining my rental quick and easy. I also like the fact they are a locally owned company. Cheers Collision Works! I appreciate you guys and gals.

Buckle in, it's story time.Some of the worst repair services I've ever had with a company. Rude, unreliable, and poor service. Take this from someone who grew up with a father and step father who both worked within dealerships and shops.Recently, a part on my car stopped working after being replaced just under a year from when it was service. Per warranty, it was under them to be fixed.1. I made an appointment. The day I came in for the appointment, they couldn't seem to find it, but added me to the service for the day. I was told I would hear back around noon after they ran a diagnosis. I told them exactly what needed to be looked at and replaced. I waited until after 3 to call them back. They didn't answer. Then, about 5-10 minutes they called me back to tell me the result were inconclusive and would need to hold my vehicle overnight.At this point and due to the fact I had made the appointment and been given a day turn around from the first appointment conversation, I needed my car back by the EOD the next day.2. The next day came and I had to call them to see if the car was ready. Every time I spoke the the front desk receptionist, I was told they would contact me first. This was not the case.When I picked up my car that day, I asked what was wrong. It was the exact thing I told them that needed to be replaced along with a part that I knew would need to also be replaced as it usually breaks when tending to the original problem.Just to verify, I even made sure to ask if owed any costs to the replacement/repair as I would never want to take advantage of a service and wanted to double down on clarifying the cost being covered by the warranty.3. My car is now experiencing problems related to the maintenance they performed not even a month later.So, I called to see if they could look at it since the problem seemed to relate (all of this relating back to the temperature gauge/sensor and line needing replaced). Literally, my coolant light activated after my engine overheated.I was told they would call me back to verify if this was still covered. This was over a week ago. I never heard back.With all this said, these problems are even WORSE compared to the horrible service I also received from when Collusion Works still owned the company. Your customer service is rude and not reliable. I will make sure to refrain from ever recommending your company ever again and will gladly tell anyone of my experience with your services for those seeking car repairs.I now owe MORE MONEY than I would have had to originally paid to have repairs made due to the work your company performed causing even more issues to my engine. Let that sink in for any future customers who may seek out your services.Additional: Below they have responded saying "Rodney" has been in contact. Literally no one has reached out. Amazing customer service. Dude was really friendly and helpful. My truck was ready in half the time they quoted me. I appreciate the expediency. They even washed and detailed my truck after the repair. I don t know if that is standard or what but it was a nice surprise. Since I don t make it a habit to frequent repair shops I don t know how they compare but I am very very happy with the job they did. Insurance covered the repairs so again, I don t know how they compare to other places but it seemed reasonable to me.

I had a tree branch hit my Kona in the recent ice storm. Kim Reyes was my estimator. She did a fantastic job on keeping me updated. She was very professional and polite. My vehicle was completed earlier than she had quoted me which was an awesome surprise. The vehicle looks brand new now. Very impressed with the quality I received. BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this place!!! This is the most horrendous non-service I have ever encountered in my life! They have had my vehicle (and still do) for almost three months and have been promising my vehicle will be ready in the next week, or next few days for months now. Repairs were originally supposed to take 20 days. They have had my car since May, and yesterday I was promised my car by 5 pm. Around 4 today they said they needed just a little bit longer. They just called and said, oh we had a problem. Now we don t know when I get my car nor do they have any solutions. This is gross negligence, best case scenario. I m beginning to wonder if this isn t something more serious like grand theft auto and they are putting me off to keep me from reporting it or something. Maybe they crashed it? I don t know, but there is zero excuse for the lack of customer service and responsiveness and what a lousy excuse for a business. My husband left a review so I will not go into extreme detail. They are not good at communicating at all, specifically not returning phone calls. I had to physically go to the shop to get answers and have a conversation. Minutes after I left the shop, I was adjusting my mirror that was supposed to have been fixed and it still does not work properly. Spent over $700 to a place that does not communicate properly and to end up having one of the repairs still not function the way that it should. I suggest going to another place.

I am very particular on where I take my truck in to get any kind of work done, and having just moved to OKC I decided on this shop based on the reviews and it did not disappoint.The truck was finished a day later than projected but the attention to detail they put into their work was exceptional. The programs updates definitely put my mind at ease and left feeling very confident that they were taking good care of the truck. I definitely recommend this shop 100%.

We had a tree branch fall on our Mini and this shop was recommended by the Mini dealer. We brought our car here and dropped it off. When it was done, it looked brand new. The repair took a little longer than expected, but they made sure to keep us informed of the status and made sure that we were able to stay in a rental until it was complete.Service: Body & Trim

The entire experience with Collision Works was just super. The workmanship was great ( and this is the second vehicle that I ave had repaired there in the past year. However the customer service was spectacular. They kept in contact with me via text regularly and were very helpful in meeting my time needs. Lastly they had detailed my dirty car when I went to pick it up. I was so impressed with all aspects of my interactions with Collision Works.

AAA referred me to this business and I took my vehicle in for body and windshield repair. After picking up my vehicle I noticed there is a bigger gap on one side of the bumper versus the other side. Also seem like they reused my original bumper but was quoted with a new one. I'm still deciding weather to take it back and have it fix or just live with the gapped. If I take it back I don't if they willing to do it right considering how many reviews I've just read about people taking there vehicle back two and three times and still not have the problems fix correctly.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

This body shop is by far the best shop I ve ever encountered. They are so kind. Rob the manager took wonderful care of us. The quality of work was beyond my expectations. This is by far one of the best Body Shops I have ever worked with. The customer service and attention to detail is absolutely incredible. They communicate with you throughout the process and truly take care of you.The manager of the location Rob, goes above and beyond to offer the best experience and customer satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to perform any automotive body repair needed!

The car was towed April 19th and I got a call shortly that day to let me know it had arrived. We had a busted window, mirror, a slashed tire and a dented door. The first couple conversations went well and Chris seemed like a nice guy but then it went downhill. I was given my estimate and I had my rental to use in the meantime but a couple weeks had passed and everything was done outside of the tire.Turned out we were waiting on one specific tire (a 19" all season tires) but the tire was on backorder and it was hard to find. Now I had just bought two tires right at the end of March at a local Goodyear and had an appointment set for that same weekend that I called so knowing the car business, things change and I said ok. Well then the date continued to get pushed back and my car continued to sit there until finally the wife was fed up. They had told me yesterday (5/12)would be the day for completion(original date of completion was 5/7) but when she arrived at the shop to check on the car, he was apparently just about to call to tell me the tire was still not there and that it would take another 2-3 days to get in. Now at this point we were done and she demanded we get a tire in so they ordered a different type of tire with the same size and thread, and low and behold it was done that day. Now why this wasn't an option or something mentioned when we spoke over the phone I don't know, but I know ordering ONE tire doesn't take close to 4 weeks.Now that was the main issue and I still probably wouldn't have given a one star review but then the lack of communication or forgetting to call or send pictures of the car was a constant thing. He forgot to call, forgot to send pictures of the car while we waiting on the tire(only asked for this once) and then to top it all of, the mirror which was replaced no longer tilts up or down but you can hear the mechanism struggling to move(it does work side to side so there's that).One of the worst experiences at a shop that I've had. Highly recommend anyone that wants to use this shop to choose ANY other in the city.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Heed the other warnings and avoid this shop! They are not honest, do not do quality work, and do not take care of their customers.They did a shoddy repair and damaged my vehicle in the repair process and then would not fix it. They repaired my car. They didn't do the job right, they didn't use the right equipment for the service, they didn't do a checkup or QUC before the delivery day. They took a lot of time to fix and didn t get everything right. There were many details that they did not check. I am very dissatisfied with your service. Warning! Go to any other Collision Works but this one. They took forever to fix my Jeep s trunk area that got damaged in an accident on December 19th the first time around with occasional updates. When they told me it was ready on January 17th, it wasn t. There was a nail in the tire and the license plate lights weren t coming on. I did not leave my Jeep with them like that when I first took it in for repairs. So, they took an extra week to fix that without any updates. I had to call them for updates and they wouldn t call me back. I then noticed that my back windshield wiper wasn t working so I called on Tuesday to bring it in and spoke to Melissa. She never called me back so I popped by on Wednesday morning to get it fixed. Turns out they put the wiper on backwards. Seriously? Just don t waste your time here. It s like they don t want to work with you at all.

They were very nice and the car looked great at first, but after a month the whole front bumper started to come unclipped on one side and every once in a while I have to keep clipping it back in on that same side. Now the paint is even peeling off the bumper.
