Been loyal customer for years and ended having a bad experience with the service shop, shady goings on, took truck in for warranty work, left out of there having to do a claim on insurance and 500 dollars out of pocket, even sent General Manager a email. I know dealerships are hurting but come on, do that to a loyal customer? Bad business

People here always makes you comfortable and attend you with respect. Antonio Garcia is an excellent guy, he makes sure that you are getting what you are scheduled for and does not try to sell you or add more things for you to fix and pay more. He is a very honest guy. I recommend this placed. Also, there's a free coffee machine in the lobby.

Average at best. Not the outstanding service department it used to be. Techs aren't energetic or eager to help customers. Just kind of so so atmosphere. Nobody smiling.

I was going to give a 1 star because the few times I took my vehicle in nothing got done but since I have been helped by ANTONIO I actually got my vehicle recall done and have my vehicle schedule for the other issues I have with my Jeep. So before it seemed like the prevention team but Antonio actual seems like he wants to get my vehicle taken care of.

Even if I have bought my last three vehicles at this location I don't recommend it for an everyday service I took it in on Monday and told him I'd be back on a Saturday to get it and when I went back they said they forgot about it. They had it all week
