I dread car repair/maintenance as I usually feel like they see me coming and try to sell me a much needed muffler bearing or something to that effect.John and his team are the best. The communication, price, and time to diagnose and repair was flawless. I m thrilled that I found him.Finding someone to work on Mercedes Sprinter that isn t the dealership was a lot harder than I anticipated. I have found John so all is good now.Thank you for being a good and honest company. I m telling all my Sprinter owning friends about you.

I brought my ram in with a failed 68 rfe transmission. Sat down with John, and he laid all the information out on the rebuild with any specifics I needed or wanted, especially if I was towing heavy loads. After 4 plus weeks with the truck, I haven't had any issues it was in and out with the upgrades I needed, and I have been very pleased with it. Thank you John for being up front with everything.

I want to give a GREAT shout out to John and his crew at Fleet transmissions. I am a bit late in posting this, but after so much work and headaches him and his crew had to deal with, my Nissan Murano is working great!.He stuck with my husband and me through 4 transmissions. He and his crew took down and put up 4 different transmissions until the 5th and last transmission finally did the work.I TOTALLY recommend him and he is very honest and reliable mechanic.I definitely keep him in my contacts as our family mechanic. Changed my review from 5 star to a 2. I took my 97 tahoe last year for transmission rebuild and took it back in for the same thing multiple times after it was "FIXED", 3rd and 4th was slipping. And every 3 to 4 months it would do the same thing. He said he had to "REBUILD" every time, and after 1 year, my warranty was defaulted when it barely ran with low miles because of his work? And after this last "rebuild", not even 2 weeks later my service light came on and my 2wd and 4wd lights go on and off while driving. It's like he does PATCH work to get you by and takes almost 4 grand from you to do so. I think it's a shady place because i got 1 receipt the whole year but there should be a receipt for every time I had to take it back, if it was a reputable company I would have been a receipt for every "rebuild" this guy supposedly did for me. Don't go here if you value your money and your vehicle. I am also writing the Better Business Bureau.

This guy John is the real deal! Had transmission issues with my 2013 Toyota Camry not to long ago, he test drove it and knew what was the problem right away! Took my Son s new project to John to have the transmission serviced and fix a leak. Fleet did us right. Very thorough and fair priced. Great experience. Went in thinking the issue (rear main leak) with my "17 GMC Sierra was one thing, but it turns out it was another (leaking oil pressure sensor). The repair estimate for the issue was cheaper than the previously-quoted repair, and the truck was back within a day and a half (I was quoted 3 days).So my experience can be summarized by John building trust by being cheaper and faster than I expected, and very kind throughout the process. Listen, vehicle issues can be stressful and painful on the pocketbook. John is a resource for those seeking honest and trusted repairs. I will refer friends and be back.

I am tickled to death. This place is amazing. I went to multiple other transmission shops that were unable to determine the cause for concern with my truck finally took it in to fleet, these nice people were able to diagnose the issue and correct it all within a few days, they repaired it beautifully. I took my daughter and her car to John for an oil change, tire rotation and overall checkup.First, John is just a very sweet and wonderful man! I told him that my daughter was going to school in the area and I would like to rely on his shop for any automotive issues or needs. Without hesitation he said to me Don t worry, I will take care of her as my daughter !!! That immediately put me at ease.The work was completed in a few hours and John called to let us know. He reviewed all the checkup work findings (there were no issues) and told my daughter to call him anytime she has any issues or doubts.Highly recommend John s Fleet shop - and we of course will be regulars there.John - your assurance provided genuine comfort for which I am very grateful. I have a 1998 Isuzu NPR that I bought New. It was my first work truck and I will keep it in new condition. John, did a great job rebuilding my transmission. It performs just like the day I drove it away from the dealership. They are very customer oriented, respectful, do good work and their price was very fair. I will return to them when one of my other vehicles need attention. I just noticed on their website they do other work besides transmissions. Thank you John you did a good job. Ron Smith

John is so kind and always keeps you updated and gets your car finished quickly. I had my clutch go out which is a very long tedious job to get done, he had it done in a day and a half.My dad just passed away, he was the one to always help me with my car, so to me it meant a lot to have John help me with my car and explain in detail what is wrong with my car.I would recommend this place to anyone and he will from now on be my mechanic

Honesty is hard to come by these days. At Fleet, they have always been upfront about costs and any labor and I have always been extremely satisfied with the work. I brought my 1994 gmc k1500 in for what I thought was a bad transmission and after they diagnosed that it was the transfer case, they called me and had it fixed in a day for $1000 less than what I was quoted on the phone! I would recommend them to everyone. I m bad with names but I think it was John, I have taken vehicles here in the past and I have always felt I was treated right. Consider me a lifelong repeat customer.Service: Transmission

I ve taken multiple vehicles to John at Fleet Transmission because I trust him to give me a fair and honest quote every time. Fleet will never attempt to sell you on something you don t need, they just fix what needs to be fixed at a fair price. I recommend John & Fleet Transmission to anyone needing their car or truck worked on.

4/22/23 - John and his crew and Fleet Transmission installed a new engine and clutch in my 2011 WRX and it is running better than the day I bought it. John explained all of my options for this big job and guided me through making good decisions along the way, but was never pushy about any of it. He gave me a price estimate early on and stuck to it. Even when things went wrong (things out of his control), he took ownership of all of it and made things right. Fleet Transmission is a trustworthy and highly skilled repair shop and I will only be going to them in the future. Highly recommend!

Beware of doing business with Fleet.I took my truck into Fleet and Fleet serviced and changed my transmission fluid in my Ford F150 truck, they remarked how it took more fluid than they thought it should, 9 quarts on the invoice. They also stated the regular mechanic was not there.I went on a trip out west and the truck showed a transmission warning code as well as transmission fluid coating the back of my truck.I suspected by what they said that they overfilled my transmission, causing fluid to coat the back half of my truck. I took it back to Fleet when I got in town and they said they checked it and it was ok.I went on another trip and the code appeared again, with fluid on my truck again and this time I took it to the dealership in Edmond and the transmission warning code showed as overfilled fluid. They drained out the transmission to proper fluid level.I can easily show all the above with the Fleet and Ford's paperwork.This is my issue with their service and integrity. Knowing that it was their mistake, they would only refund me their service fee and they wanted me to release them from all liability which overfilling can cause. They were not willing to refund me the Ford assessment.From my many years of experience of owning trucks, they are not capable and lack the resources to do a professional job. Maybe if things go well, they are worth the risk but if the "regular" mechanic is not there and they screw up? Good luck holding them accountable.I would hate for others to make the same mistake as I did by letting them work on their vehicles.DaveService: Transmission

I brought in a custom build with an reverse issue on the transmission. John was great to diagnose the issue, and not immediately condemn the transmission. He asked a lot of good questions, and then was able to diagnose an issue with the valve body. I have recommended his shop to several people over the years, and everyone has received exceptional service from him.Service: Transmission
