I went in to Firestone to get an oil change. I set an 8am appointment. This was the place that Hertz Rental Car sent me to with paperwork to give them. After having the car for over two hours (for a scheduled oil change) they said they were having issues with billing Hertz.I was in a week before with the same rental to get wipers replaced, with no appointment. The manager had me in and out in 30 minutes. Not sure why Mike and Tyler were having such an issue with the billing as I had paperwork from Hertz to give them along with a scheduled appointment this time. Mike was nice enough but Tyler was very rude, not just to me but with many customers he helped while I was waiting hours. After 4.5 hours I asked how much longer it would be, they kept blaming Hertz and their system which I would maybe believe if the manager the week before at the same store had not gotten me in and out in 30 minutes. Horrible customer service and very inconsiderate of my time. I will never do business with Firestone for work or personal again. Oh and when Firestone responds I won t be sending any emails like you request from all other bad reviews, I ve wasted enough time.Arrived at 7:55am leaving at 1:42pm. Didn t even get an I m sorry for taking so long this place is a joke!!

Michael, the store manager is extremely knowledgeable concerning the problems with our car. He communicated very effectively with us concerning the options and solutions for the needed repairs. The car was repaired as promised in a timely manner and the cost was fair for the work performed. I have trusted Firestone for many years with my automotive repairs and tire needs. And Michael is a big reason why I keep coming back!!

A semi had blown a tire out on I-44 and I avoided the tire but some of the metal belts on the road punctured the tire. I was able to get to firestone on May before it went completely flat. I then went inside to see if I could drop the tire off which wasn t a problem I knew they were busy and probably couldn t get to it that day. I asked the guy if I could just borrow a jack to pop off the tire and put the spare on real quick so I could give him the flat tire and he refused saying something about corporate and how they had jacks stolen. I think that was just a way to not have to deal with me and absolutely horrible customer service. Again I was not asking for him to drop everything he was doing to help and all the cars they had in the shop were on lifts so it wouldn t have been an issue.I will never go back there again absolutely terrible customer service.

I never leave reviews but these guys told me a few weeks ago my tires are wearing unevenly and I would have to replace all tires because my alignment is off. They also didn t tell me the reason why my tire was leaking air every day. Now, just the other day I took my car to discount tire down the road and they took care of me instantly and told me it was because my wheel had a crack in it. I got it replaced that day and haven t had a problem at all since. They also told me my tires were fine and there were no signs of uneven wear. Do yourself a favor and just skip this place. Plus, the dude upfront was a douchebag because I turned the TV to football while I waited for my car to be finished. And my name is Brandon Milam and my appointment was on 11/05/2023.

Went in to get a master cylinder replaced and they discovered a bad harmonic balancer and subframe mount. The service was excellent and staff kept me informed all along the way. Honest and upfront and I will definitely be returning.

I called to make an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced, and they tell me I don t need an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced, to come now, and it will only take an hour. I arrive within 20 minutes and they tell me it will be a 2 to 3 hour wait. I said you told me you could do it right now. He tells me that they can t and would I like to make an appointment. I said, on the phone you told me you don t do appointments. He tells me yes, we do appointments, we just don t have any until later in the week. I said, well then why didn t you tell me that on the phone. He says he doesn t know why. Thank you Firestone for wasting my time today.

My daughter's car was in an accident. Structural and suspension repairs were completed. The fender wasn't painted to match yet. Thus, it was obvious it was in an accident. The CV axle/ half shaft was replaced with a brand new OEM Ford half shaft. She took her car into this Firestone to have the alignment done. They said it needed a new half shaft and two new struts. They said the struts were bent due to the accident. It's a 2009 Lincoln MKS. Those struts are manufactured with a crease in the tower (I listed make and model so you can look up the OEM strut and see the crease, yet it's hard finding pictures of the OEM strut). After talking to the store manager, Michael, he said they didn't look it up. They assumed it was bent because they saw the crease and knew it was in an accident. They provided my daughter with a $2700 repair quote. Part of the quote was to replace a brand new Ford OEM half shaft with a cheap aftermarket shaft. Her shaft didn't have 50 miles on it. They also wanted to replace both front struts because they assumed they were bent.I used an OEM shaft for a reason. I'm an engineer. I used to be in the automotive industry. Now I'm in the aerospace industry. For a brief period when I worked in the automotive industry we experienced rebuilding half shafts. I actually did research on this and wrote a paper for my professor at OU. Without getting into the details of the process, half shafts can't be properly rebuilt to have a sufficient lifespan after rebuilding. Furthermore, all the American half shaft aftermarket manufacturers I researched buy their parts from China with China quality. Therefore, you can't buy a decent new half shaft unless it's an OEM. Thus, this Firestone was going to remove the OEM shaft with less than 50 miles and replace it with a cheap one.I'm glad they didn't perform the alignment. They obviously hire inadequate technicians who don't know what they're doing. Honestly, I believe most of these big box repair shops hire the cheapest labor. They hire the cheapest labor they can find. If you want inadequate service and quotes for unnecessary work for thousands of dollars because they see a young woman walk in, use this shop. One last thought, so you know how dishonest this store is. I spoke to the manager a few weeks ago. He claimed he was an engineer but didn't like the work so he started working at Firestone as a tech. That was my first clue. Who is going to give up $100k+ salary to work at Firestone. He said he was an engineer for a local company. I started working for that company he claimed to work for in 2007. When I told him that, he said he had left before then. Although that company is no longer in Oklahoma. I still know most of the engineers I used to work with. One of them recognized the name but said he was never an engineer. I didn't work there when he claimed he did, but who gives up that income to become a tech. There are many other engineering jobs in Oklahoma. Since I didn't work there at the time he claims I can't say he's lying but the one engineer I talked to that recognized the name said he never was an engineer. Just sounds like dishonesty to me. Just like the $2700 quote for repairs to replace a brand new OEM half shaft and two struts they "thought" were bent. After I spoke to the store manager, the service manager called me to schedule service. He called one hour after their closing time. He's working after hours trying to sucker someone for service they don't need. Obviously, there's no internal communication either.Use this location if you want but I took time to write a lengthy review for anyone who reads this to be aware of their dishonesty. They also charged for having it on it rack. Yet, didn't perform any work other than providing a false quote.

My 2003 Jeep Cherokee has had routine maintenance and other repairs performed at this location many times. I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and effort to complete service, etc. In a reasonable amount of time, since I need my Jeep for transportation to and from work. And Firestone stands behind their work, even if the cost is more than other places. But, you get what you pay for. I'm satisfied and will continue to do business with Firestone.

Dear Manager Mike and Unnamed employee who refused to share his name when I requested, as he was sitting behind the desk playing on his phone instead of providing customer service to fix a flat of a paying customer with a paid for Firestone Road Hazard Warranty,My husband has to go from OKC to St. Louis to Denver on Monday hauling thousands of pounds of equipment. When the tire blows and kills him, and possibly others, I will need to name you, Manager Mike, as well as your employee who refused to give his name, and the Bridgestone-Firestone company in lawsuit. It s a shame that a paid for roadside warranty is no longer honored or important, and your employees value their phone time over a customer s safety.Mr. Firestone built your company s reputation on tire care and service. It is true, as you pointed out, you can get a tire fixed anywhere, but I m certain Mr. Firestone would have never sacrificed tire safety for a larger paying customer. Otherwise, he would not have built a once reputable tire care business.I m sorry you now work for a company who convinces you to sell warranties for which you, and they, will not honor.

Great experience with fast turnaround. I ve gotten tires here, and more recently got a rattle coming from the front of the car diagnosed and fixed. The parts were appropriately priced in comparison to online prices. While I might wish the labor rates were cheaper, the whole point of a repair is that you aren t offering to do the work yourself. So, all in all, I m a satisfied customer.

It was a little more then what I wanted to spend. However, the customer service from Jason was exceptional and I will pay extra just to get the customer service. Let's face it there is no customer service anymore so I was very pleased to have come here for my oil change and change of tire.

I have never had a problem with this location and I have always booked appointments with them; no issue. I walked in today for my 11 am appointment and there was a guy I ve never seen before telling me that this location doesn t do appointments for most services. Then he proceeded to tell me that my appointment was in pending status. Which on the email it indicated that they would contact me if the time slot becomes unavailable. Which would be convenient because I drove 20 mins out just to go to this location cause the service here usually exceeds my expectations. Then here I am at 11am on my appointment day and he tells me he can t take me and the only way is to drop my car off for the day. I have never had an interaction as un-accommodating as this. This location has lost a customer who regularly submits them good surveys.

Very poor service. I took a tire in to get a flat fixed and the guy at the counter didn't even look at it. Just said he couldn't fix it. I then took it to a small mom and pop tire shop and they fixed it with no problem! Best thing is they didn't charge me. Don't waste your time here. Go to a smaller shop where they actually care about you and want to help you!

Never heard of it taking two plus hours to bleed brakes. Everyone s time is valuable and should be treated as so. We should never see the mechanic walking around doing nothing. I do believe I will use Hibdon tire from now on.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I asked them if they could remove a nail from my tire. He said can you leave it overnight. What!!! For a nail. I m never buying roadhazard again. Can I have my money back? You don t honor paid service so it only seems fair. Update. I made a appointment and they just called and canceled it saying that we can t get to it till next week. Its just a nail in the tire.

I was told I would receive a $90 Visa Card rebate, but it was when I submitted the rebate, it was for $60. I asked if I had to use a Firestone credit card and was told no, but I would have to use the Firestone card if I wanted six months with no interest. I know it is only $30, but I spent a lot of money on four tires, and it bothers me that I provided incorrect information.Service: Tires

This place is 100% rip off. Logan priced me a part for me for $87 from AutoZone I set in the lobby and thought it was high so I call auto zone my self part was 13.89 and I ask him why his part was so much more money that I could just go pick it up and bring it back. He informed me that if I went and picked up The part he couldn t install it and that I would have to pay $70 which took the total of about 10 minutes to put the switch in. Stay clear of this place for it is nothing but a 100% total rip off Logan is the one behind helping the managers and owners rip off the community I think I m gonna take this to channel 4 news and do a new segment on this particular firestoneService: Steering & suspension repair

I have 4 vehicles in the family... not only do I trust these guys with each one, I KNOW they don't pile on. I'm never hit with 'oh, and xyz needs replaced'.They are always true to their prices, appointments and service.Today, I had a ROUGH family emergency, had an appointment with them. I showed up a couple minutes behind, ready to crumble and the guys (manager included) said "go have a cry, we got everything on this side taken care of". THIS is how you support and truly take care of people.
