Having dealt with a few other locations in the past, I went in thinking this experience was also going to be just as terrible.Luckily, my expectations were not met. I was very pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and knowledge of the entire staff.The manager, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail and that I was comfortable with everything he and his staff were doing for me.Also, the store smelt so amazing!I will definitely be going back for any future servicing needs.

This is my first time at this location and must say, I received exceptional service. The manager, Brent top notch! Very kind and friendly. I witnessed him dealing with a difficult costumer, he handled it very professionally. I will definitely be going back.

I have used this particular location on several occasions recently and have always been impressed with the responsiveness, honesty and diligence of the staff (especially the manager, Brett?).I had a very disappointing experience with another location closer to my home a few months ago and chose this location instead and never regretted that decision once. I will continue to use this location for all of my tire needs for sure and am confident that I will use them for other auto care needs in the future as they arise.

The mechanic assisting me gave me advice on tyres, I asked for balance and alignment and when I came back to pick up the vehicle he educated me on what was done. I would give him a raise. He knows his equipment and as I saw him tend to other customers as well while I waited, he is great at multitasking. 10 stars if I could!

In Moore to deliver goods to friend in need and lots to do to get myself to surgery 5:30. Go to 7-11 to air 1 tire but no idea which on is 26 rest 31. Sensors location not in operation. 6 dollars and now all four tires off in psi. O'Riley referred to firestone on south Western. Gave my tale of woo and got to airing tire with consistent 35. Soooo grateful and told young man I would hug his mech if not discouraged in our world of germs. He said he'd give me a hug if i needed it was sweet and very nice hug. My world was in shambles

Had multiple issues with another Firestone location( for the same reason listed) - moved to this one and Brent was so easy to work with. Just wish they would honor the appointment times as listed on the app and the website. Never fails when I book, they call to reschedule or unable to guarantee service same day or within the time frame.Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have fairly consistent great turn around times. A new employee did NOT hand over responsibility to the manager the next day well. I felt I would have had it on the day promised if this handover had gone well. This is the first mediocre experience I have had in 3 years of using this normally perfect car repair location.

I had problems with another Firestone location and ended up bringing my car to this location to get the problems addressed and fixed. The manager Brent has been nothing but nice and helpful, he answered all my questions regarding my vehicle and provided me some reassurance regarding my experience at the other location. He explained everything they did to my car and actually spoke with me regarding all the issues, unlike the experience I received at their Norman location. I had to bring my car back in because my engine light had come back on and Brent was still extremely helpful, even asked if I needed a ride somewhere since I was having to drop my car back off. I'll definitely be using this Firestone as my main location.

They where awesome didn't even charge me what they where going to charge me for the overlooking and diagnostic check etc.I recommend anyone to go here.They're not like the other Firestones I've ever had used. There manager was the nicest and helpfulness guy in the world.

Warning light came on, they checked and set all tires to correct pressure and we were on our way in minutes. All as a courtesy .. top notch service.

I don t ever leave reviews but I had a flat it was one of their tires fixed me in about 15 minutes and I was gone still made it to work on time highly recommend!

I really trust Brent Lundt and his team at Firestone. I love taking my car in because he gives me up front and honest answers and is always great to explain everything to me. I know when I bring my car in that the job is going to be done right and that they stand by their work. I will continue to come back because of the great service I am receiving! Thank you Brent and Firestone.I m updating this review in Nov 2022 because Brent and his team are still doing an amazing job and taking care of my cars. I can trust them to do the job right and explain everything to me. I am very satisfied with their service.

Great guys at this shop! They have an excellent leader. Brent got me in and out in under two hours when everyone else said it Couldnt be done. Truck drives like a dream now. They have earner a new lifetime member!

Been taking my vehicles here for about 3 or 4 years now. Never had a bad experience. Their work is solid and the one time there was something they were not equipped; they told me upfront and suggested that it be taken to the dealership. They are a stand up kind of crew.

I should have gone to Hibdon's. I made an appointment the day before, came in an hour early the next afternoon. They hand even ordered the tires. I waited 3 hours and still no tires. 2 other people came and just picked their vehicles up having not received any work after even longer waits than I did. Failure to plan ahead is unprofessional. 2 stars only because they gave a discount for my wasted time.By the time they finally got tires on the car, they didn't balance them correctly, and there was no time left in my day to wait even longer for an alignment. Back to Hibdon's I go.Plan ahead, managers. Plan ahead.

These guys took the time to remove a tire that couldnt be repaired and put our spare on. For free ! Although, we tipped the young man who did the work.All this, less than an hour from closing. The two man crew were very polite and understanding .

I was really unhappy with the Service and wait time at Firestone- I dropped my van off there for new brake pads - came back over a hour and a half later and they still hadn't even looked it at-and was told it was going to be at least 30 more minutes before they could even even look at it. I was extremely disappointed - especailly after all of the rave reviews. I wouldn't recommend it- I mean- I understand that sometimes they get behind- but a call would have been nice.

My car was making some weird sounds, so I called this location one evening. I tried to explain what the sound was on the phone and was told to bring it in. I asked about the wait time and was told I could be taken in immediately, so I went immediately. The technicians determined it was the alternator and quoted me about $320. I used a coupon for $50 off so my total was about $270. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. When I got home, I filled out an online survey of my experience and the only thing I mentioned that could have been improved was the $21.99 diagnostic charge. The manager immediately returned my phone call and offered to refund me the charge. I have not seen any business be so committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Firestone. I will choose you for my future repairs.

Had a nail in my tire. Logan left my car up on the lift so I could see how bad the tire was worn. He HIGHLY suggested new tires immediately. Logan was not high pressure and took his time showing and explaining everything. He was very respectful and professional. There was another manager there who was very helpful also but I forgot his name...
