I called the store on 23rd St this past Monday, made an appointment for Thursday at 11:00, but showed up and nope, no appointment scheduled. Justin didn't apologize and said sometimes Google has the wrong number. What!? I called the store on May and Damon was so sweet! He offered to get the tires done today and I'm on my way there now! Damon on May saves the day!! Can I say 5 stars for Damon and 1 for 23rd?

Staff is always pleasant. They email me my invoice and work description but I can't print it out. I wish I could get it different way. Other than that I love this store and staff.

I would rate zero star if possible. I went to this location to get a tire mounted. Just one. The person I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with went by the name of JESSE. Let me describe Jesse to you. You know the kind of person who embodies that can do attitude. The kind of person that does not know the meaning of "Cant"? Well, that kind of person is not Jesse. Imagine the complete opposite end of the spectrum. That's where it, friend Jesse, resides. He is one of those people who is constantly looking for reasons to not get his job done or to not fix a problem. Another one of my probelms with this firestone is that every time a customer entered the store Jesse would tell the customer they were fully booked until Sunday, and it was Sunday. But if they wanted to leave their car, he could get to it. So got fully booked but if I leave my car u can work on it? How does that make sense. I asked for his help with my tire warranty company, I just needed him to call the company and confirm my tire was in fact flat so they could send me a replacement. Instead of that Jesse tells me he can't help me unless I leave my car with him. At this point I have had my car at this firestone 3 different times. Jesse had already pointed the ganged m damage out on my tire. I asked him why he was so unwilling to make a simple phone call, and he then told me to leave it he was calling the cops. I would be worried about leaving your car at this firestone. Jesse is up to something. Why does he suggest everyone leave their car? Don't let Jesse's fragile ego and bad work ethic get in the way of you getting your car fixed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went into this location paid for a set of brand new tires and valve stems to be replaced. They did not replace my valve stems. I went into this location three different times each time await of three hours or more to not have them fixed yet again! I also told them not to open my hood, but they did anyways and damaged my wires to my custom lighting!!!! This is the most Dishonest location I ve been too!!!! I will not be back ever!!!!!!

The staff were awesome! I had no problem with them, rather with the quality of the work.I dropped my car off Friday night for break problems, they were able to look at it first thing Saturday morning. Their turn around time isn t horrible, but their work could be better.They sold me new rear breaks, which I needed. The problem is that they did not clean the breaks before installing them. So after I would get done driving, I would exit my car and you could smell something burning.I dropped my car off with the Firestone in Norman and they solved this issue within a couple hours.This location could have done a better job.

Went to get an oil change a few days ago and he told me he didn t complete the entire inspection on the vehicle but since im coming back in the morning, he can finish then. didn t want me sitting there too long . no you jus didn t wanna finish the job. Then didn t write the date of the day he changed my oil on the sticker in my car ! so unprofessional it s crazy

Went to have my TPS replaced, they never sync'd it to my car so I can see what my tire pressure is at. Few weeks went by and I had a flat due to a nail (thought it was the TPS at first) took it back in and asked if they could also sync the TPS to my car so I can see my pressure (I had that ability before they changed the TPS) and the dude started going on about "are you sure your car has that? most cars back then didn't have this feature".........why would you have installed a TPS if my car didn't have the ability to read a TPS .........I told them to just put my tire back on and forget about it. Going to a different shop after this conversation with one of their techs.

Horrible experience. Waited three days for an air compressor and full set of new tires. Dropped off my car on a Monday morning. I had to call for status every night, every day told leave another night. Wednesday, they said I had to leave my car another night because the guy working on it had an emergency and had to leave. So alignment was checked but not performed on my 4 new top of the line tires. But I had to have my car. So I paid and was supposed to drop it another day so called today, whoever answered the phone argued with me that the tires didn t need to be aligned, I had to explain to him what I was told when I picked it up, it needed aligned. He said I ll look and sure enough needs aligned to which he says, we didn t have contact from you so we didn t do it, I said how would I know, he said we should call.They can get me in for alignment September 11, I m leaving on a road trip before then, made it clear I had to have it the morning I left it.So I ll have to take my 4 very expensive new tires somewhere else to be aligned.Also.. the gentleman that ran the front when I checked out could not figure out how to charge me, I figured it out and explained it to him. The entire time he s complaining about being the only one there for hours, he s tired and his girlfriend is calling repeatedly. He s looking at his phone.Don t go there. $2,700 later, customer no service.

I came I here to get my car serviced and the manager denied to check my car because they don t have the equipment to do so which I was understanding but when I asked do you recommend any other locations he said google it sensing the attitude and rudeness I decided to leave. I stopped here because the sign says Auto complete Care but clearly the sign and management needs updating.

Went in for an oil change came out with my vehicle leaking all over my new driveway . Call to fix it and get my driveway cleaned after 2 months they never reach out to me bad business do not go here !!!!!

Firestone complete auto care provides very good service. The price of oil change is cheap and they also provide a courtesy check up to car for free (you have to ask for it). I bought tire insurance from Firestone and they replaced my car tires twice. Their lifetime rotation and balancing service for car is the best. But, to repair anything of car here, it becomes expensive.

I have been coming to this shop from last couple of years. I have the lifetime alignment, balance and rotation packages. They are very good. They have good coffee.

Had appointment but the internet price and actual price was totally different. Off by over 100. Went to another FS store and no one would help me . One person in garage. Lost a customer of 30 years.

I took my vehicle in for a flat tire repair on the Sunday before Labor day. They were the only place in town open. Their schedule was completely booked, but they took my vehicle in anyway, explaining that it would probably be ready at the end of the day. They fixed the flat tire for no charge. I was very happy with the women that was running the front desk and she tried to accommodate everybody.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment for an oil change where it still took two hours just to get it done. I understand it won t get done immediately but the point of making an appointment is so you don t waste two hours waiting. Just expected it to be done in a timely manner but don t bother making an appointment.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'd like to Thank Rick(store manager) and his staff for the experience I've had. A few months ago I brought my Mustang in for new tires and alignment. I was happy with the service however 3 months later I had to take it back because my front tires were vibrating and had worn down on the inside. They took a look, realigned and replaced the tires on their own dime. It's hard to find good business practices nowadays, and having good respectful communication with the business about your issues is always the best way to handle it. I'll be bringing my vehicles back, as well as my gfs vehicles. They could have found any excuse to avoid fixing the problem, however they addressed it and did a great job!

Completely irresponsible and negligent. What tire company do you know installs tires the wrong direction .. this one. On top of that they refuse to take responsibility for it even with proof. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I m pretty sure the guy who helped me was high on shrooms. He was starring into the void and not all there. He had difficulty answering simple questions and was really struggling to function. I ve been around people on shroom trips and he acted exactly like that. The mechanics did a great job but communicating with that one guy was a challenge. My coworkers suggested going to Discount Tire on my next trip and I found that to be a lot more on point, quick, and professional.

Had my car towed here last night after a flat tire because their hours are displaying open on Sunday. After getting there they have a paper sign on the door saying temporarily closed on Sundays. This is an easy online fix that the business has not done and ended up costing me additional time and money to have my vehicle hauled elsewhere.

They are horrible when I walked in the guy is a rude person. I wanted my tire looked at because it keeps going down and they all are brand new. They want me to wait a week for them to check my tire. That is not okService: TiresService: Tires

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!I wish I could give negative stars.DONT GO HERE. They have no idea what they re doing and are trying to screw people over.They destroyed my car (I won the court case against them) 10 years ago. I decided to give them a try again hoping after 10 years things would have gotten better. Nope. They tried to tell me my axel needed to be replaced on my brand new vehicle when I took it in for a tire balance. Guess what? I took it to local car repair got my balance and everything is perfect. Took it to the dealer to have them check everything and they reported back that it is in fact pristine and Firestone was full of nonsense.

I had such an amazing experience here. My car needed quite a bit of work done and they talked me through everything. Josh Moss went to great lengths to make sure my extended warranty covered the work so I wouldn t be stuck paying a ton of money out of pocket. He also kept me updated during the whole process which I really appreciated. The entire crew worked really hard to get me back on the road as fast as they could. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car needs!

Trash. I took my 2001 Honda Accord to have the AC checked recently and when they called me to tell me about it they advised me that I had several oil leaks and no oil on my dip stick. Of course I was shocked because my husband and I just installed the motor ourselves and there is less than 1000 miles on it. Keep in mind it is a HONDA so you don't check the oil with the engine running. They quoted me a price nearly equal to the cars value to fix the "issues" they found including $1300 to fix the AC when all of the parts were about $300. I paid for the diagnosis only since I had no choice and brought it home to fix myself. First thing I did, naturally, was check the oil. It is fine. Smh. Would not recommend.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. While my brother was out of town, I helped drop off and pick up his car here, so I interacted with the staff several times. When they were unable to fix his car, they did not charge him a single penny, even though they had used expensive parts and 2 days of labor in the attempt. (It appears the car needs more invasive work from a dealer.) I've never encountered that kind of service before, and I only wish I lived closer so that I could bring my car here too!

This place was awesome. The only reason I say was.. Is because the main manager told me personally about a way to receive a pretty good discount. Then he got mad at me for using it. A lil bi-polar, I think. Other than that the manager was a pretty good guy. He was very polite. The store had always been clean. They are a bit over priced. They usually didn't take too awfully long to get in and out. And I'm talking about for an oil change. It usually took a little less than an hour

I had a tire loose the tread I took it to firestone to replace. They had the tires delivered. I had to call them. Then they told me they had no time to mount them. I had to be in Dallas for my sister's funeral. They literally expected me to drive on a bad tire and come back 2 days later to change the tires. I notice their attitude is they could care less if you shop them or not. And some guy name Pete could use a course in customer relations. I took my truck to Hibdons Tire Plus. They had the tires I needed. Mounted them and had me on my way. Firestone in midwest city sucks. Never again.

Went there for alignment by appointment exact time but they cannot do that day so I left the car with them. A day after they call and estimates the price for labor and parts need replace before they can do alignment $1275, and my junk didn t even worth that much. Went to pick it up cause I can t afford it, they gave me keu I start the car and heard weird noise like muffler leaking but I didn t think it was big deal, until I got home peak under and found that my muffler pipe was cut almost off, only a little bit left and it will fall off. I call them and ask what s going on it wasn t like this when I took it there and of course they decline blah blah why would technician did that blah blah blah, but deep in my heart I knew they intentionally did it for what reason that idk but I swear on my family I told the truth. So this is a very bad behavior and I hope they go out of business soon.

Made an appointment for my tires to be balanced and rotated. The staff were very timely, professional and helpful. They suggested other maintenance but were not pushy. Very happy with service and will return.
