Upon arrival at 8am the guy on the desk was so welcoming and helpful. We had a conversation in a minute then he helped me get someone come look at my car and I had coffee and a book to read while waiting to get my car fixed. He gave me a wait time of 30 mins which was respected and after my car was fixed my keys were handed back to me and he wished me a wonderful day and I left. It was such a a nice experience the staffs are so welcoming they also did like a free recommendation and free check on my car. I was so much delighted. I will recommend " Firestone Complete Auto Care" to friends and family in the same state and other states

This Firestone Complete Auto Care location provides prompt professional service. The auto problem is found and thoroughly explained to me. I really appreciate Chris keeping me informed on my vehicle's problem, locating the replacement parts needed, and quickly getting my vehicle back in for the repairs. Thank you very much to Chris and the Mechenic/ Technician.

I have used this Firestone location for years. Today confirmed exactly why. Store managers / employees James & Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected and cemented me in as a lifetime customer. I had some difficult and complex issues with an older vehicle, which required a bunch of research and legwork. These two gentlemen bent over backwards to resolve all issues. Very professional and the communication was excellent. Very happy. Very professional in every aspect of the entire process. Well done!!!

paid for a year of alignments for my mustang put racing suspension on it and my 3rd time I needed to take it to get it aligned my toe was screwed up so bad I barely had any control over my car it felt as if the steering knuckle had came out the rack! Had to limp the car to the shop under 20 mph the whole way. they told me after this time they wouldn t align it anymore even though my year wasn t up. The toe was so much better it was drivable but they didn t touch my caster I was willing to pay the extra that they had quoted me, and then I went to go pick my car up and they said nobody knew how to do it. They were very nice guys but I think they should get some people with more knowledge about different types of suspensions and not only limit themselves to one setup you loose business that way. And if someone pays for a year I feel that should be honored or refunded

Sad experience with service desk. Nothing personal. Service guy seemed stressed and overworked at 10 am. I decided not to add a log to his fire and took my 4 tire purchase to Hibdon a block away. BTW Hibdon was fast and happy to help.

I went to this shop to get my car fixed when it wouldn't start. They charged me $2400 to replace the battery, brakes, struts, and oil change. Two weeks later, I was back because the car wouldn't start again, so they never fixed the original problem. It wasn't until my friend went over there and asked them about the alternator that they thought to check it. They then told me that my alternator wasn't bad yet, but it was "going bad" and I need to replace it for $900. They day I got my vehicle back from getting the alternator replaced, I drove my vehicle home, pulled into the driveway and my belt drive broke. I immediately drove it back to the shop, since it was just there. They replaced the belt drive and said that the belt drive broke because my AC compressor was not bad yet, but was "going bad" and that it seized up and caused my belt drive to break. They then suggested I replace the AC compressor and the valves and hoses for it, which would cost another $1400. I took it to another shop, they inspected everything, refilled some freon and said there was nothing wrong with my AC compressor and that Firestone was just trying to make more money off of me. This shop is predatory and will try to take advantage of anyone willing to listen to them. Do not go here.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery

I will not come again.First time I came I needed a wheel bearing. They replaced one side and was still making a noise. Went back and they replaced the other side of the wheel bearing. (Noise stopped) what are the odds both wheel bearings went out on both sides? Because that's what they told me and charged for both.2nd time:They put the wrong tire size on the car! It is staggered but sales should of qualified me. Not a huge deal, just pay attention.

Got the work done quickly, was running late getting there to pickup and they were willing to stay late for me to get there (actually arrived before closing time, though).

Convenient location. I did not have an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation and they allowed me to leave my car so they could work me in. Very friendly

DO NOT GO HERE. These guys seem like nice people, but man do they try to upsell you on everything and they make you feel so inferior when doing so. I went to go get my car checked out and they said I needed $2500 worth of repairs. Thank God I got a second opinion, who let me see all the things firestone said was wrong with my car and I didn't need any of it. Firestone failed to tell me it was a tire balancing issue (which is a free fix, so that's probably why) and told me it was 1000 other things wrong with the car. I will never go back to this location.Service: Tires

I have been to this location twice a year for the last 3 years to do oil change and routine checkup. Every time, they would try to charge for a nonexistent issue, like a broken headlight. The most recent offense is they didn't screw some bolt in properly and caused my power steering fluid to leak all over the place. Clearly, its a brand new bolt that they tampered with and they are denying they did anything to cause the leak.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Don't go here for anything but tires. Got my brakes done and rotor changed here. Drove it off and it was making new sounds but I chalked it up to I was used to bad brakes and I just needed to get used to these ones. We took a trip about a week after and within that week my car started vibrating horribly when I braked. Drove it a bit more (stupid on my part I know) and within 2 months it got to the point where I thought my front axle was going to fall off. Took it to the dealership and they said Firestone used low quality brake pads and totally messed up my front axle so now not only am I out $1500 at Firestone for them to mess up my car I'm having to pay $1500 to the dealership to fix it.

My wife was experiencing issues with her A/C System in her 2020 Honda CRV and they took care of it and were respectful and understanding about it and for the repair, it wasn t that expensive. Thank you guys so very much for repairing this issue and for being respectful to my wife.

Stay away from this place. They sold us 4 new tires. They currently have 8000 miles on them and the belt in one of the tires is already broke. The two incompetent workers argued it was just a bad alignment after already taking it to a different shop before this and having the problem diagnosed. Firestone does not do honorable work or have honorable workers. Go to Plaza Tire! They re awesome!

Took the spouses car in because the wheel was acting funny plus it needed a tune up and new breaks. After receiving the car back and paying 1500 dollars. The car started making thumping noises everytime we went over any sort of bump and the brakes started to squeak. Took the car to the dealership and was told that the brakes are old and dusty and just not good brakes overall and that the suspension needed to be replaced. We will not be returning to this establishment for any servicesServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I made an appt for 1pm. I called ahead when something came up to ask how long my appt would take because I needed to be ar the airport to catch a flight, and I let them know I d reschedule if they were running behind. They assured me that it wouldn t take long and so I went ahead and took the car in.Once I got there things went smoothly but I proceeded to wait TWO HOURS for my vehicle to be done. When I brought up how long it took upon checkout, the two men laughed it off and told me I could just buy clothes in the city I was traveling to. I barely even got an apology and I certainly didn t get any kind of explanation of why it took two hours.Abhorrent service. If you re reading this: choose a different Firestone

Let me tell you about my front brakes replacement experience at this Firestone shop. First of all, they will not use AutoZone rotors and pads. They must use their own rotors and pads (see photos). I made an appointment and got my front rotors & pads replaced. As soon as I drive off, the brakes are squealing. A week later I go back to Firestone, and they tell me there's a break-in period of about 500 miles with the new ceramic pads. The brakes were still squealing at 1000 miles. I schedule an appointment to bring it in for a switch out and they put semi-metallic pads on my 6 year old car. I drive away, get on the highway and my car shakes horrendously at 60 mph. I make another appointment to get it checked out, and when I get there, the manager tells me they can't get to it that day. I schedule another appointment, and they tell me the balancing weights fell off. They balance the wheels and tell me I have a bad tire. I replace one tire at a prorated cost. Now, the tire pressure sensor has fell off, and I can hear it tumbling inside the tire. There's still a slight vibration at 65 - 70 mph which was not present before the brake job. After seeing the tremendous amount of rust on these brand new Firestone rotors, I take the car back for a visual inspection. The guy tells me "that's normal".

Well i had an appointment at noon for an alignment. It is now 1:30 and they havent even moved the car. They re good with assisting people who walk in cuz their Mercedes needs a tire looked at. So when i made the appointment i made it clear that I have to be at work by 3. He said its a 2 hour job so noon should work. Well they have yet to touch the car as of 1:30. I work 6 days a week and have very little time to just sit around, which it looks like im going to leave without getting service that i have waited almost 2 hours already for. What is the point of making an appointment? Even if youre short handed you should redo your scheduling to account for short comings on labor.Service: Tires

I realized I caught a nail at 4:30 and while another Firestone just told me to drop the tire off tomorrow, this location was both available and willing to fix my flat on the spot. The cost was agreeable and I am thoroughly pleased with the service speed and quality. My questions were answered and the staff took social distancing seriously.Admittedly, the first location I called may have simply been to busy to be bothered. Still, I'm glad I called around.

The manager Chris and Jeff are amazing. I took my car in to get it service. After the service I found some small things and I brought to the manager Chris attention. HE MADE THINGS RIGHT. I am extremely thankful for him taking care of the issues and his professionalism. I definitely recommend Firestone Auto care on May Ave. Thank your Chris. Also thank you Jeff for always being so helpful. You guys are awesome. These men deserve a raise.

I had a flat tire I noticed before heading to work. I called and Chris was so helpful and was able to squeeze me in. I ended up needing new tires, so they replaced all 4 and it was surprisingly less than I had anticipated. Thankful I was able to get in on such short notice and he kept me informed through out the process.. it also felt nice to not be harassed into buying what I didn't need (the tires were an upsale I guess... but I knew that was needed, I just kept postponing but it was waaayyyyy overdue)Thanks for the great service

Great experience. I walked in needing new tires. My father used to work for Dayton Tire building tires and knew exactly what was needed for my vehicle. Was able to get in and out easily, tech did a great job on install and car now drives wonderfully. They didn t try to sell anything unneeded, which isgreat. Only challenge was they need more staff due to high walk in and call volume, but overall service was great. Will visit again, and would recommend.

Last September, I bought what they told me were top of the line tires from for my 2013 Dodge Ram. Fast forward to February- my wife was driving my truck and it completely blew out. It was absolutely shredded. Just gone. Luckily, she was not on the highway or she could have been hurt or worse. I had to buy a new tire $250 + I also had to buy a new sensor because the original one was lost which cost an other $250. When I went back to they were openly and flat out indifferent to what had happened. And, more importantly, unwilling to reimburse me for the considerable costs I had to shell out. It s ridiculous that after less than 6 months, tires would blow out. Obviously they re using low quality tire and sloppy workmanship. You couldn t pay me to go back to for any reason. I ve already told all my friends and family to avoid this place. And now I m telling the world.

I must have been to three or four different tire and alignment stores throughout OKC, and never had a good experience, until I came to the Firestone on North May. Chris was friendly, very helpful, and a straight shooter. I purchased tires online and had them shipped to my home, but it made no difference to them here, as I still got great service. Also, Firestone has an "unlimited lifetime alignment" offer that really is one of the best deals around in terms of auto service. This is especially true if you do ordinary suspension work in your own garage like I do, and need to take it to an alignment shop afterward. I rarely leave reviews, but I think people should know about this place. These guys will be my go-to tire and alignment shop from now on.
