Dave was great. Employees were helpful, eager to be of assistance, polite and friendly. We really didn't have that long of a wait. Work was completed professionally and accurately. The store was very clean and well maintained. Great visit! Thanks and much appreciation to everyone.

My fiance went in to get our brakes switched out, mind you, when he asked them we needed them worked on, they completely interrupted him and told him they'd do a vehicle inspection, which I don't think they did because the one that needed changed was our front right and to our surprise they completely overlooked it and went ahead and did what they wanted.You're gonna tell me these were fine? Y'all really made us fork over $450+ for something we didn't need yet. And don't even come to me about y'all needing to make quota. Bull. Don't waste your time or money!Edit: we also made an appointment and they tried telling us they couldn't see us. What? Y'all need a better system to mark out what times and days that are already booked.Edit#2: If y'all want better service and a nicer experience I'd check out, Sooner Auto!

The Firestone store off 29th in Midwest City Oklahoma has been very helpful and has stood behind there tires. They allow me to drop my vehicle off on just about any day to get serviced. They are never pushy on the services needed. I am very thankful for this store.

I have mixed emotions, Sean the manager took over my purchase and did a great job. But you have an employee that should not be at the customer counter. He is rude and sarcastic, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle Sean was at lunch Mr. Grumpy was at the counter. He tossed the keys at my wife and was very short and rude to both of us. I will not return to this store (which I have been coming to for several Years) as long as he is the man/person at the counter. I don't want him fires but maybe he would be best suited in the shop away from customer's.

I'm always able to get in and get an oil change for my company car, same day, without an appointment. I only recently discovered that I could actually make an appointment instead of arriving when the doors open and hoping to get it in that day. Friendly employees and a comfortable waiting area, when I need it, but also a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants so I can get out and walk around when I don't know how long it will take.

The overall experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care (FS) was great. Service Techs and Management Staff are all professional and polite. The quality of work is dependable and the work center stand behind their work. Of course, I would recommend FS to friends and family. You need preventive maintenance on your vehicles and FS has it all in a decent amount of time.

My tire indicator light was on. I pulled into parking lot, called and asked if they could check. They told me to pull into bay #1. An attendee immediately came out, checked all my tires with their pressure gage, added air and my light went off. No appointment or charge. Thank you so very much Firestone Tinker.

Went in to ask a question about the tire pressure monitoring system on my car and they would not give me a simple answer. They would have to put the car in the shop and check it out. I'm sure that would be a hefty fee. Just an oil change was $120.00.

We are in the process of moving. My husband had a tire on the cargo trailer blow out. He was able to get to the fire stone station and they didn t have the tires there but they went and picked some up quickly. They were busy and all the bays were full so the store manager himself, Pete, put them on in the parking lot in 25 degree weather and got him back on the road quickly. Thanks a lot Pete, appreciate your great customer service. Pretty amazing!Service: Tires

Outstanding customer service. Mark Mercer went above and beyond for me and my family, truly a rare example of great customer service. The team at Firestone did a great job on both of our vehicles. Bought tires and got an alignment performed. Sorry Discount tire, I think I found my new home for tire and auto care. Thanks Firestone and thanks Mark.

Started getting notifications of low tire while driving on hwy. Stopped at Firestone in mwc to get flat fixed more than an hour before close and was turned away. Very good and loyal customer, bought the tires from Firestone in TX. Told the man I was traveling and needed help, was told "Sorry" they put me back on the the road and wished me luck!! Pics on them!!!

Honest and reliable.They do great work too.Auto repair isn't cheap anywhere these days but I would say Firestone is just as affordable as the little guys.I feel like the mechanics really do care and do a good job!Also, you can pay it out with their 6 month interest free credit card...It's not if but when with auto maintenance.

I took our mustang here because the heat wasn t working. They fixed the heat but created a new problem: anytime the dial is used to turn on the heat or air there is a loud clicking sound. They tried to return the mustang to me without mentioning the new problem. We brought it to their attention and they denied causing or hearing the problem. They weren t willing to even look at it until my husband took the mechanic out to the car and then they heard the noise. Long story short: they were extremely reluctant to try to fix the problem, claimed they didn t do it. We got lots of attitude and push back and the problem was never resolved. Poor customer service and a terrible experience. Won t go here again.

After a flat and months of tire neglect. The tow truck driver dropped my vehicle off after 12am. Promptly at 7am, I called Firestone and took my vehicle and replaced the tires at a very reasonable price.

Tried to rip me off $500 for a front brake job. I ended up purchasing brakes and rotors for $156 (I'm tax exempt). And paid $50 for the HONEST price of the time incurred labor it ACTUALLY TOOK to do the job. I tipped him $25 for being an honest mechanic. Total for job was $231 which included the $25 tip! SHAME ON FIRESTONE FOR TRYING O OVERCHARGE ITS CUSTOMERS.

Went to drop off my car today for a routine tire change and balance. With install of TPMS sensor. Went to pick up the car and paid. Looked at wheels as they looked ok however dirty. As I approached my car before leaving I noticed that the bumper was not aligned and the bracket holding the clips behind the bumper was broken. This was on both sides. Not only did the tech do this but they allowed me to take my car as is. I had to bring a manager out to take a look at the damage. They did own up to this action but my question is would they have if I were to not see this before leaving!? I would not recommend this firestone to anyone and will not be giving them my business again! Please stay away especially if you care about your car.

Two cars in one week for full inspection and alignment. Both vehicles have to be returned because they still are not right. Waisted time and gas driving and waiting a few more days with out vehicles

Joseph and the great folks at Firestone were able to get me taken care of in a tough spot. I got a flat well into the afternoon and didn t feel comfortable driving my young daughter 30+ minutes home on the interstate on a space saver spare. They were able to get me taken care of well before it was even time to pick her up from daycare. Really appreciate their support and fast, comprehensive work!

Schedule an appointment 3 days ago and get an email today saying I need to call them. I called and somehow there are no appointments for another 3 weeks!! Lol told me I can t even drop it off first thing in the morning and let them get to it when they can. Said they are not taking any walk ins. Might need to fix the online scheduling.

Firestone in Midwest City has always been my go to since I moved here. I have never had problems with them. For me their customer service is good and they fix my car issues pretty fast. I recently went to this location to get my tire replaced. They warned me that they might not have the ability to get to it that day but I could take it in and they d absolutely get to it if they could! I got my car back within a few hours as good as new! The thing that sold me as a return customer is the customer service across multiple stores in different states! I have only gone to Firestone a small hand full of times and have received amazing service every time! I m blown away and extremely satisfied! Thank you guys!

Needed to have my tires balanced and made an appointment online a day in advance. Was give a 10:00am option so I took it. Received a call about 8:00am the next day informing me they couldn t do it unless I could drop it off and leave it. That wouldn t work for me and defeats the purpose of making an appointment. I ve never used Firestone before, this was your shot at making a new customer and you blew it.

They told me I needed Windshield wipers all around my vehicle when they were less than six months old. I really thought they were better than this , trying to sell everything they could to every customer.

Didn't share that I could of bought pro rated tires, instead only offered what a complete new set with new cost would be. They're not trying to help the customer. Must be on commission. I've sense taking my business else where
