First, they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule at the last minute. Second, they got me in on time. Third, when I asked to check out something that another tire place said was a problem Firestone said there was nothing wrong and I didn't need to do anything. This place and its employees are great.

They were very helpful. I had suggested what the automotive problem was and they took me seriously. During the repairs a separate part was damaged; they were honest and quickly ordered and replaced it at no charge to me. The prices are fair, slightly on the high side, but still appropriate. It's worth the cost knowing they're doing a good job.

Had an appointment for an alignment and was done within an hour. Although I had to return shortly after because my car was still slightly pulling to the right, they had no problem taking my car back in and looking at it. I didn't get the gentleman's name (I believe he's the manager), but he had the technician swap tires around to see if my tire was the issue. After about 15 minutes, he sat down and explained the issue in further detail. I was so afraid to take my car somewhere and be "taken advantage of" because I'm a woman, but the manager's willingness to take my car back in, keep a positive attitude and having the techs do just a little more to see what the issue was, definitely put my mind at ease!

I highly recommend this facility. Not only the ease of scheduling service appointment online, which I LOVE, but my vehicle was done way earlier than expected and all personnel were professional and friendly. This is my go to repair/service center.

Chnaged the wrong tire and did nothing about it. Argued with me instead of trying to help work the process out. Messy and rushed. I have a toddler and I guess they don t care of our safety. I wish I was overreacting but, I m very disappointed.Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped my car off in the AM to get a tire fixed. They called me a couple of hours later that it was ready and no charge since the tire was bought there. I am happy with the service I received.

These folks are busy, so schedule an appointment. I was there for 40min today and 6 people walked in without appointments. They were unable to take care of everyone, of course as that was a lot! But accommodations were made for many of the people, and they kept a good attitude while being slammed. I use this location for oil changes and tire service, for my car, truck, and horse trailer. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Came in with issues with my car starting. Was told by another worker it wouldn t be until next week that my car could be look at. Dual came out and took a look at my car and tightened my battery terminal. He was such a great help!

Tried getting appointment on-line per website prompts. Made appointment only to be emailed and informed they were too busy . At their request I was made an appointment 3 days later. On the morning of the appointment they contacted me and stated the tires I wanted had been stolen! They promised to get more tires and reschedule the next day. At almost closing time that day I called since I hadn t been rescheduled and was informed it would be at least 2 days more but just to be sure they wanted yet another day to reschedule. At this point I informed them I would get my tires somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. I was told that all of my engine mounts were broken and had already paid for one to get taken care of, and then took my vehicle to my dealership and they told me none of them were broken. So I feel like the one I had replaced probably wasn't broken either. If I were you I would go to other places for second opinions before risking spending 100s of dollars for something that probably isn't broken. I also asked for the supervisor to give me a call back when I verbally voiced my displeasure and I never received a phone call. I am very unhappy with my past service and really hope nobody else falls prey to what I've experienced.

Firestone had plenty of same-day availability which was excellent as I needed to have my car serviced during a road trip.I asked for new front tires and an alignment, but the alignment ended up being unnecessary after the tires were replaced. I'm glad the staff here recognized this and didn't perform the unneeded work I asked for. Ended up spending less than anticipated because of this.

Terrible, My boyfriend took my car there a few months ago for an oil change, the people that work there are completely incompetent, have no idea what they re doing. They had to order my oil filter, they never did, said they d get in a few hours and call us, never did. I ve gotten an oil change there before so I expected the same one, as they can see what I had last time. Ended up being charged $120, (last time it was $70) we asked what kind of oil they put in, they had no idea. Everyone was so incompetent I seriously believed they had to of messed up my car somehow, I had the manager make sure everything was good. Yesterday I needed my alignment fixed, they took a look at my car, said my inner front tire rod was bent, they would have to order one from the dealership, called me this morning and told me with the new inner tire rod and my alignment it would be about $425. LOL. I brought it to brotherhood garage in Yukon, they said there s absolutely nothing wrong with my tire rod, only my alignment and it would be a total of $127. I would never recommend Firestone to anyone, nice try . Not today satan.

I would never recommend this place or any branch for the matter. Had an appointment at the one on Western but my appointment was canceled and I had to make one here. Called the morning of and spoke to Amanda, incredibly rude over the phone, but fine, I brushed it off. Came in to check my alignment hoping it would be an easy fix. Calls me to tell me I at least need 2 tires, this is fine but the guy on the phone was super defensive when I asked him to break down exactly how much it would cost for adding more tires. Someone else calls me later to tell me that even though they put new tires on my car, he cannot fix my alignment with my suspension being checked/adjusted first, something to that affect. Proceeds to use condescending analogies i.e a broken high heel shoe to explain to me what is going on. I ask for a simple explanation but he was incredibly disrespectful. As someone who also doesn t wear high heels, it left a bad taste in my mouth that he even reverted to that analogy. He then tells me to go to a body shop and THEN come back to them, no that okay, I ll find someone else who can do all of it together. Issue was and is not the fact that the car was not fixed, the issue was how disrespectful and condescending every.single.member of staff I interacted with was. I wish I could remember the names of the people who called, but I didn t commit them to memory as I didn t expect to be writing this review. As someone who doesn t know a lot about cars, the staff was so rude and acted as if I was a child. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. They did not make me feel confident in going back there, ever. Called around on a Saturday to some local shops who were awesome and very helpful with more in depth explanations, so I will 100% be taking my business to them from now on. I wouldn t say you lost a loyal customer , but I do think if my experience was this disheartening then others deserve to know. It s also very discouraging for others, who don t know and don t want to learn all the ins and outs of their vehicle, I feel like I trusted this company with my property and that I was blamed for not being car savvy. Everyone, go to a local shop, they actually care and are far more helpful and appreciative of your time and money.

Long time customer. Went in to get a flat tire fixed. The manager, a guy in a light blue shirt was not at all interested in helping. Started yelling about how busy he was didn t care that I bought my tires there, could not tell me when he could look at it. I could leave it overnight but no guarantee.Told him I knew he was busy. He started telling me about each car in the bay. Told him I didn t care.Turned to walk out and he was still going crazy. I have always had courteous service.Won t be going back.

They really are customer oriented. Firestone tires for my truck are getting great milage, they replace my boat trailer tires, and my wife's car's front tire.

Have been here twice now. The people here are competent and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problems with my car and repaired them in a timely manner. The people at the front are also friendly and professional. I'll definitely bring my car here again should it have further problems.Update: brought a newly purchased car in that was making a strange noise. They quickly diagnosed it as a loose bolt, tightened it, and didn't charge me anything more than for a standard inspection (which was also done). Other shops might have told me any number of things were wrong. Keep up the great work!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely incompetent. I came to this location this afternoon to have them run a diagnostic test on my vehicle. Their power had just gone out, so they didn't have a way to do it. I really needed to get my car looked at, so I asked them to call their other OKC location (Rockwell and Expressway) to see if they were able to. The employee called and spoke to one of the other location's employees, hung up, and told me to head over there and they'd be able to run the diagnostic test. I BARELY made it to the other location, walked in, and told them I was the customer from the other store who had called. I found the guy who the previous site's employee had spoken to and was immediately told that their site DOESNT do diagnostic tests. They never have. I was then told to go back to the ORIGINAL location (this location). They did not apologize, and they actually seemed upset that I had even asked for the test to be run. I will NEVER bring my vehicle here again. If they aren't competent enough to communicate with each other properly, they definitely aren't competent enough to fix my car.

I love this garage specifically. Not really partial for Firestone, so much as this particular store.The staff here is what makes the difference. Joe is normally the gentleman I see when I go in to get anything done, and it's nice to know I have someone in a garage that I know I can trust.

The service at this particular Firestone has been consistently great over the last 5 years (and across 3 different vehicles). The pricing has been at or below competitors on two different recent repair jobs and the staff proactively applies coupons for inspections/oil changes. Service has been consistently fast but I would recommend making an appointment 1-2 days in advance if you're getting routine work done as occasionally several folks will show up at once for oil changes and this can slow service.

I've been taking my cars to this location for 5 years now and I HIGHLY recommend them. They always provide prompt and honest service! More than once they been willing to work with me and discuss what the bottom line is for my vehicle is!

Miguel, THANK YOU!!!!! I just recently moved from Utah. As a young widowed woman, it has been hard and an intimidating move. My headlight kept going out, Miguel fixed it for me and showed me exactly what the problem is. Such a gentleman. Miguel, thank you. So much.

I came in with a tire more bald than my grandfather and at every corner they exceeded expectations. I don't know much about tires in all honesty and I was a little worried considering the reputation of some places. But this place takes all the cake I highly recommend them

I wish I could give 10 stars. Polite. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Fast. This is the first mechanic shop I have been to that took the time to ask extensive questions and actually listened on top of that. This is the first mechanic shop I have been that I actually felt completely at ease and didn't leave with some amount of suspicion and doubt. Lol. This will be my first stop for any future vehicle issues or routine maintenance.Thank you so much.

I've had good customer service here before..up until recently. Brought my Pilot in for routine service and alignment check and was recommended brakes, rotors, all new tires. I complied and purchased all new tires and had repairs done ($$$$$$). Problem wasn't solved and I ended back up in service to address the instability in my car. Again, I was told my shocks were leaking but nothing I needed to absolutely fix now. Long story short..65K new tires lasted 25K, instability in my car. I bring it in and they tell me I need all new tires and shocks replaced ($$$$$$). I decided then I had been led astray and was getting hosed. Went to another shop - there was nothing wrong with my shocks at all, and they couldn't find record that they had ever aligned my car, leaving my tires to expire 2-1/2 years too soon. Will not be returning to this shop as I'm positive I had brakes and rotors replaced unnecessarily, and nearly spent even more money on unnecessary suspension work.
