The guys at this place go WAY over the top to provide the best customer service. I'll never go anywhere else. Abraham was honest about the problems my car had, didn't overcharge, and went the extra mile to buy a tool they didn't have to get my car to me a day earlier than expected. I've never left a place after spending money on repairs so satisfied that the best job had been done at the best place.

I ve been going to Firestone for years. Unfortunately I made an appointment without checking to see if a certain manager was at this location. For the price they charged I should have gone to the dealer. I will never go back.

Walked in a little before 7 AM for a quote because the sign outside was lit up and said OPEN . The door was even unlocked. An employee looked at me, looked at his watch, and said We don t open til 7 . When I told him I was confused because the sign said open, he just ignored me and walked away. Why have the sign on when you re not open?? And your employees could be a little more friendly. This used to be a wonderful place to get tires.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Abraham was awesome in 'saving the day' for me!!! I had a fresh screw in my tire I had noticed as soon as leaving work this afternoon. I called to explain my situation and they told me to come on in, even with 45 minutes until their closing time. I wasn't fortunate enough to get away with a patch, but I did leave with a reasonably priced new tire and all before 7! Greatly appreciated, will definitely be back!

I dropped my car off early in the morning for 4 new tires and an oil change, no appointment. The employees were very friendly and helpful, going over the different tire choices and warranties, even though there were only 2 of them working that day. They called me about 5 hours later to let me know it was ready. Everything went fine with no issues. I happy with my puchase.

Brought a car in recently for a quick alignment and these guys did an excellent job on a somewhat unique vehicle. I would honestly give 5+ if I could. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Several "older"regulars came in to kick the tires while I was sitting and these guys were more than happy to talk to tires and seemed to genuinely care which is rare.Service: Wheel alignment

This review is mainly about customer service and bedside manner. I spoke with a nice gentleman named James on the phone and he was so helpful and kind that I decided to make an appointment. When I got there I spoke to Jerry at the front. He was short with me, asking questions in a condescending way. I'm not super familiar with the ins and out of my vehicle and he wanted a direct answer to what was going on right away. It's too much to summarize in the 5 seconds he was expecting. I got flustered and it was awkward for me. Jerry made it obvious that he was disappointed in a worker for not putting the proper notes in about my vehicle. That should have not been done in front of me. Then he walked over to where I was sitting and tried to shoot the breeze with me. It made me very uncomfortable and my body language clearly showed that. He talked about how he hopes that (not going to share his name) didn't ruin my experience and then how great a show that was currently playing on MTV was. It was turned up loud and had 2-3 cuss words per sentence. I couldn't even read my book because it bothered me so much. But, no way was I going to ask Jerry to change it. So, I literally waited until someone else walked in and asked them. Jerry tried showing me the summary/work/bill of the over $3000 of work that needed to be done. Which I didn't understand so Austin took the time to show me on my vehicle. That was so helpful and sweet. Obviously $3000 is too expensive so I had them do something under $200 and I'm going to get a second opinion. I spoke to Austin today and told him all of this. He was veey nice and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 2. Overall, 4 stars for James and Austin. 0 stars for Jerry.

Came in for 2 fuel filters replaced on my 2018 Ram 2500. They tried to get me to pay $540!!!!!! This isnt my first filter job! 2 blocks down the road Jiffy Lube quoted $291.98

They had my odd tire size & put me back on the road in 2hrs. I was thankful because not even Walmart had my size in stock. I commute & after a 12hr shift I was tired& ready to go home. Even the seats to wait in are comfortable. There has been no problems with my new tire.

This may be one of the best Firestone service centers I've been to. Comfortable, super clean, and the people are downright honest and friendly. They took good care of my 1986 Honda for some maintenance repairs and an oil change. Absolutely excellent service and sound recommendations. Thank you!

Went in for brake work and a wheel bearing which was all taken care of and got a call to go pick up my car . Once i picked it up i realized all my dashboard lights were on and my speed gauge was not functional . Turns out whoever did the work on the car had cut a wire and messed the electrical system on the dash . Had to call them and take it back and was told the guy must of done everything in a rush . They fixed it at no cost but still a lack of attention and trying to rush . You can t say a car is ready and send me out with more issues on the car . You guys charge a lot but can t do the job right the first time.

Worst mechanic shop I ve ever used, my girl took her car here because she trusted them because they fixed her ignition, but ever since they touched her car we ve had to take it back consistently. I m not sure what s going on over there but if I were you I wouldn t trust them with my vehicle.

I had used Firestone in the past but I hadn't been in recent years. I have always been satisfied with the work they've done and I'm happy to report that I am still pleased with their service and efficiently. I made an online appointment which was easy to initiate and arrived at the specified time. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I had an oil change and vehicle inspection done and was out of there in about an hour! Perfect! Thank you Firestone, I will be back again!

Took vehicle in for tire replacement. When the vehicle was returned, they had broken the TPMS system and refuse to repair it. Go someplace they won't break your vehicle, or if they do, they'll have the honesty to cover their mistake.

Everyone there was professional and courtesy, especially Chase and Chad. They did wonderful work on my truck. I had an embarrassing incident in the parking lot. The guys there made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated it.

Had a blowout on the Turner Turnpike . Everyone said it would be Tuesday before they could get me in. So I bought a tire at Walmart . The guys at Firestone were able to mount, balance and put it on the car in about 20 minutes. Excellent customer service.

My husband tried to go to candlewood automotive to get the truck worked on. The owner said she was booked and no one would be able to work on it. Firestone took his truck in and worked on it towards Christmas. We had been going to candlewood for years and I don't know why she refused to take him in but Forestone did my husband a favor . Thank you Firestone! My husband is thinking about not going to candlewood anymore.

Manager is So awesome on customer service and pricing for my new tires. He did everything for my spouse and I to a great experience. It was my first time doing business with any Firestone Auto shop. I always known Firestone Auto shop has very high quality on their tires and services. But the Pricing that the manager worked with me on my tight budget because of my fixed income monthly.

Called on a Saturday to have them order 2 tires and they set up an appointment for me on a Monday. I called again on Sunday and asked them to change the order to 4 tires and they said no problem. Arrived Monday and had no problems with the mounting of the tires and the staff was extremely helpful.

I ve visited this location 2x in the past 2 months for 2 different issues, both times Chase has been who has helped me. He is awesome, being a women having to deal with car issues is stressful but Chase always keeps me informed and make me feel at ease. I will definitely continue to give them my business.

You ALWAYS get what you pay for. Always. Car repairs included. I hate that I even tried going elsewhere. Yet another life lesson I had zero desire to learn. I once had my battery changed for super cheap at a well known supercenter, the technician forgot to tighten one of the terminals down. My car lost all power on the interstate on my way to work and I didn't have a wrench to fix it. I had to call for a tow. I went to another area repair shop to diagnose why my car wouldn't start, was idling rough, and wouldn't accelerate. They told me my battery was dead, they trickle charged it and sent me on my way. That was 3 months ago. The problem got worse, and worse, and worse. My car was barely running when I took it here. I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils. Did the prior repair shop try to diagnose the problem at all? Apparently not. You get what you pay for. Firestone is more expensive but it saves you a lot of headaches. Paying to have your car towed every other week and missing work while you are waiting for the tow is not cost effective or smart.

Terrible!!! I came here in August to get an alignment on my car. I was charged for it but it was never performed. My tires were purchased in July of this this year. The tire wore completely out within 2 months. I asked them to reimburse me for the tires and the alignment that wasn't performed. When I took the car back, they said that the alignment never happened and that my car need front end work done. They never informed me of anything wrong. I had to bring my brother here with me because the manager would not cooperate with me. After he argued with the manager, we were finally reimbursed for both the alignment and tires. I am never coming to this place again!

I am giving this location 3 stars the customer service with Melissa was great!!! I last minute changes what tires I wanted and they got them there within 1 hour which wasn't a problem either. Where the problems started was the amount of time it took to change the tires and do the alignment it took them 1 1/2 hours to get it done which is Abit crazy to me I have never waited that long for that kind of service and the tires were already off of the car.

It is sad that Firestone no longer trains their employees about the technology that goes in to a Bridgestone or Firestone tire. I came in for an oil change and asked about tires. Not a single sales associate could tell me about the technology that goes in to the tire to make it the best on the market.I worked for Firestone complete auto care for many years. We were sent to classes and learned about the technology and were able to better serve our customers with their needs. Every associate that worked the front counter had some knowledge about the technology.It is my opinion that Firestone complete auto care is missing out on tire sales do you lack of knowledge.Not only that I continue to use Firestone complete auto care for most of my automotive needs. I have not once been offered a complete vehicle inspection for any of my vehicles. When I worked for Firestone, the CVI was my best opportunity to look at the vehicle and address any problems that may see. Today I can go in and ask for an oil change and the CVI isn t even mentioned anymore. Just sad to see such a great company lower their standards of teaching their employees.Service: Oil change

All of these employees were great! They communicated every thing that was going on with my truck. They gave me options without any pressuring me into paying more to fix it, which in turn had me go ahead and let them do everything needed. They were extremely fast and showed me exactly what they fixed and where it was. ( I m even a female! )
