Took my car here on a whim on a Saturday. Knew nothing about them. They gave me a quote, went to a different place. Quote was much higher but they also confirmed the issues Finishline stated. Chose Finishline and very happy I did. Vehicle has been running great, feels brand new. Will definitely come back if any other issues. Customer service was great as well!

Martin treats you like a royal customer, he did an amazing job on one of my vehicles with an alignment that no one else in town could do the next day. Brought it in and got me back on the road in no time! I was very thankful to find Finishline on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I was traveling through town and my driver window stopped working, in the down position! They fit me in and got me back on the road in just a few hours.

Martin and Rita are such a joy to work with. They take great care of you and you can trust them. I am amazed at how efficient and organized Finish Line is. Another guy waiting said he had price shopped them on a variety of things and they were incredibly competitive.

Being a professional mechanic myself there are times I need services I can not do. I hate dealing with other repair shops because usually I feel ripped off. These people here at Finish Line Automotive are amazing. Great customer service and Martin is always willing to work with me and my budget but yet still gives outstanding service. This place is a rare gem in the auto repair industry.

Very friendly and the vehicle I bought is an excellent vehicle for the price. The vehicle was brought up to factory specs. Recommend this place for a good used vehicle. They also service any other vehicles. I give them 5 stars.

I went to this place multiple times to get a car explained to the salesman I was a single mother with three kids and I needed a decent reliable car. Not even three months of having the car the transmission is going out on me and they are not willing to do anything to help me. I was told by the front desk receptionist that she would talk to the owner and give me a call never received a call! I paid cash money for this car and for it to be a LEMON is not acceptable. A car doesn t just come up with this issue out of nowhere they knew the car was bad and sold it for CHEAP! I would not recommend buying a car from here

Overall horrible work. We haven t driven 10miles on a motor they redone. It s knocking spraying oil out of the lifter won t idle right keeps throwing the timing and the carburetor isn t functioning. We bought all the parts and they didn t get used on our truck. He will nickel and dime you and is never around to talk or answer the phone till you have $$$. Mind you we have him we ll over $2k and gave them a nice suv. We will Never use them again.im disgusted.

Prices are incredible. I had the AC fixed in my Civic for only $150. Martine (mechanic) did an incredible job. Very satisfied!My only issue (minor) is on getting in touch with them on status of repairs. I have has to call repeatedly to get through, then have to wait for a call back.It seems they only have 1 phone line with many CSR's.

Without a doubt they are the best, i've taken five of my vehicles to them because they really know what they are doing From an oil change to a fully built race engine and wrapping my 2007 jeep srt8 they did and amazing job. I recommend this place 100%

My Subaru Outback had the check engine light on, and various other lights due to a bad oxygen sensor. I'm from out of town, and of course it was the last day of my trip. Finish Line got me in at the last minute of the day, diagnosed it, got the parts, and fixed my car. It runs like a charm now and the gas mileage has improved. I'm female and am concerned about "being taken", especially in an emergency situation. I did my homework after I got home and discovered they treated me right and fair - and even gave me a break on the parts! I appreciate the work they did, fitting me in at the end of the day! and being honest! (wow!) I travel to OKC frequently and will return if I have any more car problems!

So my husband works at LKQ on MacArthur blvd he sat his phone down at what they call the tire shop where they dismount tires. To everyone who comes there it's obvious who's phone it is cause it's always by his cigarettes. One of their employees picked up my husband's phone and instead of turning it in up front or answering when I called he was gonna keep it. Luckily for Google find your device and he still proceeded to lie they didn't fire him that I know of why would you want people like that working on your vehicles and they don't take pride in their company enough to hire better people why would you want to go there
