Second visit and even better than the first. I needed brakes on my vehicle. The mini dealership said all four. My service rep at FastLap said, Nah, just the rears. I love that. I know I can send my wife here confidently knowing she isn t going to be sold blinker fluid.I needed to take three conference calls and they cleared a desk and gave me a door so I could keep all the plates spinning.Thank you for the care of my vehicle and me today. You guys are top notch. Every team I had a call with at your place, knows what a great job you guys did!

I had a wonderful experience here. Went in for an oil change and an alignment. They were very informative on what they did to my vehicle. They ended up not doing the alignment, and explained why and didn t want to charge me for a pointless alignment before the other problem was taken care of. So, I highly recommend especially for women, because they weren t trying to make a quick buck from me like other places. The waiting area was also super nice and offered coffee, water, and snacks while you wait. The restroom was also really clean.

Jeff and his entire team at the Memorial Road location in Oklahoma City were amazing! I appreciate the the great service one Friday when I came in with a "burning rubber" smell. Thank goodness it was an easy fix. I was so thankful for everyone who helped, and felt so much better on the drive back home to Dallas knowing my car was in good shape.On top of that, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional!The owner also made me the best cup of coffee (with cinnamon, a first for me) and gave me biscotti for the road.I loved my experience there, and loved the peace of mind on my drive back knowing they had looked at everything and then fixed the problem.I highly recommend them!

I always get great service. They always listen to my concerns and ask me what I want to do. They will tell me if they think I really need what I m asking for and offer solutions to my concerns. Staff will then ask how I want to proceed. Awesome folks! I had my 20 year old truck aligned and despite being worn out, the technician did an amazing job with what he had to work with. I am very happy with the end result. Great job guys.

Took my truck in for front end issues. They diagnosed the issue quickly and order the parts. Set up time for repairs.Dropped truck off and got back within a few hours.Trick drives better and smoothly. Great service and timely repair. Will use again.Thanks

Fast lap had fantastic service. They were able to help me find a quicker and cheapest solution to my problem from even what I was seeing online. That service is hard to come by these days. With that being said I would highly recommend them. I have used them twice now and both great results and saving me money.

I have a 24' Class C RV and they were able to accommodate my vehicle easily. Wonderful guys in there. Great customer service. I will see them again after my next 5k mile road trip.

First we went to Jim Norton Toyota for a brake inspection. We were told everything was fine but we still heard noises, so we brought our car to FastLap. Turns out our front brake pads were completely worn down, one was even gone, metal on metal.We stayed to get repairs and the staff were so nice and accommodating (I was there with my three young kids). Chris put a kid-friendly channel on the tv, and another gentleman gave my kids goldfish crackers. They went above and beyond, fixed a dangerous problem the dealership missed, and were so kind.100% recommend.

I was referred to Fast Lap on Memorial by the Discount Tire next door, so this was my first visit. I came in for a second opinion on brake work I was told I needed, and I am so glad I did! Not only did I receive a clear explanation and a printed estimate, I was also shown a picture of the condition of my brakes to verify what I was being told. Every person I talked to there was amazingly professional and courteous. I will definitely be bringing more business in the future.

Really great, customer-centered shop. They overlooked something when repairing my car (they noticed later), so they took care of that for free. Really great staff. Fair pricing. I'll definitely keep using them!

I needed an alignment on my Tundra. I got a referral from Discount Tire. I'm glad I went. Very professional service and waiting area. My appointment was recognized and followed. The repairs were made with a very affordable price. In and out in less than 30 mins. Very pleased!!

Yesterday was the first time my vehicle has been serviced by the team at FastLap and I couldn't be happier, ecstatic even. Finding a Auto location that you can trust is akin to the difficulty of finding the right mattress or barber.Making an appointment was a breeze on the phone and in shop everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I was in and out in record time from my appointment time. The job was done right and my vehicle came back to me the way I arrived, the seat mirrors etc had not been altered which I greatly appreciate.Side note the location is CLEAN, most shops are beat up and run down and I know that in some cases service can still be exceptional but the clean waiting area is very nice. The massage chairs and glass tables made me want to stay and wait and honestly wouldn't have minded waiting longer.I will be leaving for NY later this year and no longer being able to go to FastLap is going to be a huge negative for me. In the meantime my 2023 Nissan Frontier is running better than ever and I will be only getting my vehicle and future vehicles serviced at FastLap! Huge thanks to the entire team.-Vinny

Got referred here from discount tire. Oil change took 30 minutes. The waiting lobby was very modern and clean. They made me feel at home by making me coffee. I relaxed and enjoyed a chair massage while waiting. I really was blown away about how professional and fast everything was. I will be coming back and letting my friends know to visit.

Great experience with these guys. Used them for the first time today and will definitely go back.First of all, their website was easy to use and we were able to book an appointment for the same day in less than a minute. As someone who hates calling places, this was a huge plus.When we got there the waiting room was super clean and comfy. Everyone working greeted us with a smile and were extremely nice which was refreshing. They got our car in fast and we didn't wait as long as we thought we would have had to.The best part was the waiting room was quiet and we got to sit in nice recliners and watch HGTV. :)

We ve been using FastLap Group since they opened. Jeff and the team have provided excellent service and good prices. They ve handled a couple of tough to diagnose repairs, brakes, tires and routine maintenance. Communication is good and great technology via text for quotes and payment. Give them a try!

Highly recommend this place! Came in with an oil leak, and the team took care of it quickly and diligently for a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly, honest, and they didn't try to money-grab. Definitely will visit again if in need of more repairs!

Yesterday was my first time. They had a nice waiting area (with recliners). Service for an alignment was like 30-40 minutes, with an appointment. The appointments are easy to setup. The price was reasonable and it seems like the quality was good. They did a great job of communicating during the process. I m sure I ll be back.

I have had a wonderful experience with Fast Lap. Their attention to detail friendliness, and prompt service were amazing. I had a suspension problem that was repaired sometime ago, and one of the struts was faulty, and they took care of the problem, unbelievably well with replacement realignment all at no cost, and seem to be glad to do it, Fast Lap is a wonderful place and wonderful folks to do business with.

Jeff and all of the crew are awesome to work with. They listen to the customers needs and provide helpful solutions. They focus on customer satisfaction are always friendly and courteous. These guys are great to work with. I've done oil changes there, spark plugs, etc. They're great and have very reasonable pricing and a clean and comfortable lobby to wait in while the work is being done.

Honestly, was sad it didn't last a little bit longer. The waiting area was clean and has space to breathe. Was immediately greeted by charming staff and a fully stocked snack/ coffee station. My service to put my exhaust shield back up took under 15 minutes, and made my lunch break seem more like a treat than a chore. Will 100 percent go back.

These guys are amazing and cannot recommend them enough. I got an outrageous quote from the dealership that seemed way off. Fast Lap charged a fraction of what the dealership wanted and they were extremely kind, honest and fast service. I'll be using Fast Lap for all my auto repair needs from now on.

Have not been to Fastlap before, but I had some tires put on next-door at a tire shop, and these guys worked me in on a Saturday morning for an alignment.Very knowledgeable & a great price. I had coffee and a donut in the very comfortable sitting area while they aligned my daughters GMC Acadia.Very positive experience, which doesn t happen much anymore! I will be back for anything I need done on my cars and trucks.Mike

Went in for a much needed alignment for my Renegade. They took care of me pretty quick on a Saturday. I appreciate the hospitality while I waited and the excellent customer service I received during my stop here. I will definitely return to get car maintenance services done here.

Made an appointment for an oil change, arrived and my car was taken back immediately. Staff was courteous and helpful. The service was quick and they found a few issues but did not try to pressure me into anything. I felt very comfortable with the employees work and their ethic. I appreciate the great customer service FastLap on Memorial always provides. After hitting a pigeon while driving on the highway, I was so happy they were able to help rescue and release the trapped bird. I highly recommend them!

FastLap is truly outstanding, from their staff to the services they provide, to the quotes and final costs, so far for both me and my hubby, has been a great experience. Every single person we've come in contact with in person or over the phone has been very courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Most recently I purchased four new tires and was set to also have my car aligned. Turns out I didn't need it and they didn't perform that service. As a woman, I'm most appreciative about that part, knowing I can trust that I won't be taken advantage of, and for me, that's huge! Fastlap has earned 2 long term customers.P.S. We'd love to buy some FastLap merch!

I m beyond impressed with this place. I walked in with 2 vehicles today and had them both out in the quickest time I ve ever seen at a mechanic shop. Additionally, the customer service is top notch, A+++! Will definitely be coming back!
