Great experience buying from these guys. Both Javier and Arsha treated us very well from the start. Really friendly and trusting people, a stark contrast from how I have been treated at other dealerships.Bought a used Lexus that was in good shape, and they had their mechanic fix the few issues with it before purchase.

Arsha is the guy that runs the place, he is young and doesn t know how to run a business. The cars are trash and they have no mechanic to work on anything. I bought a 2012 Subaru from Arsha, after driving it a few months with some problems, came to find out it had a cracked engine gasket that cost me an additional 2000 dollars to fix. The issue was covered and patched up to sell the car don t waste your time with fast lane motors go to a legitimate business to buy a car. Arsha is a joke

They were very friendly and truly up front, which is rare for a used car dealership. Me and my father drove up from Dallas to buy a truck. They worked hard to get me all my paperwork before I went back home. They made the process very smooth, and the truck runs smooth too!

Bought a 09 Mazda 3 from here, Arsha was super nice and even taught me a couple things that helped me get a lower payment. Before I did buy the car me and the wife brought it to a mechanic up at midas and they noted a couple things like a new battery and needing the CV joint replaced. I brought it back and showed them the paperwork then they checked out the vehicle themselves to confirm it did need it, and sure enough it did. So they put a brand new CV joint on and replaced the battery and was super nice about it. You can tell they work hard and the entire time I was there the phones were ringing and they were busy but constantly running and gunning with a good attitude and trying to do good business. Good honest people I'd recommend to my granny.

The age-old we ll call you back in 10 minutes routine.We filled out a credit app online based on the recommendation of a close friend. Called them a couple different times to follow-up. When they saw my credit and realized I didn t have good credit(who does), they completely Ghosted me (Arsha AND the Salesman). They both gave me the we ll call you back in 10 minutes routine on 3 separate occasions. That was 5 weeks ago I m STILL waiting!

I didn t buy a car cause the Toyota I looked at didn t have leather but very nice cars and great prices and Arsha is very honest with his cars unlike some other dealers ! Definitely would recommend

Fast lane was my 14th auto dealer I visited and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Not only did I find my dream car I was treated with kindness and sincerity from Arsha and Neca, they are the most wonderful car dealers I've ever met. Even their secretary is wonderful. It's truly a good feeling to do business with honest, upstanding gentlemen as Arsha & Neca. It's hard to find that these days! My trip there and back home is an approximate 4 to 5 h ours. Every minute was worth it! Thank you Arsha & Neca! Sandra.

I needed a reliable, good history, no wrecks used vehicle with fair price for my son. Arsha was easy to work with and helpful, flexible in making our deal work. The process was easy , he was genuine and kept his word all the way to the end of sale. I appreciate that very much from a car dealer.

Bought a car for our kid and had a very bad experience with them..the first car we got they ended up changing the dashboard...apparently the VIN number is attached to the dashboard...well they threw it away..so it took 3 months to try and fix it but no results..traded for another card and not even a month later so manylights popped up on his dashboard...I'm so frustrated and irritated at what we have gone thru!!So don't buy a car from here!

Bought an 06 audi in June was told the oil leak was fixed and the valve cover gaskets had been replaced. Have had nothing but issues had to take it and get a coolant hose fixed, an O-ring fixed, had to get new tires. Just got it out of Audi of OKC and got the oil leak fixed which was over $3500. For the oil leak and spark plugs. And multiple vacuum leaks. And the valve cover gaskets well come to find out they just put silicone on every gasket and called it good. Would not recommend this place. They literally pulled the bumper off the day we came to buy it and broke the bumper then wouldn't even fix it or reduce the price. If u want an audi try audi of OKC those people know there cars and won't mess you around. Arsha in thr beginning did offer for me to bring the car back and get a refund but I had already put $700 in tires and dang sure know he wasn't going to give me that money back.

Drove 2 hours to take a look at a Volkswagen CC thy had listed. The Carfax said it had been in a minor front end collision and the airbags weren't deployed. The photos of the car look great, it looks clean and shiny inside and out. It was the complete opposite. The car was missing paint, the body panels were bent, poorly lined up and hastily repaired. There was a large scratch on the truck hidden by their magnetic dealer plate, the sunroof leaked and the interior was stained and mildewed. The right front curtain airbag had been deployed and was removed from the vehicle instead of being replaced, pieces of the interior were falling apart, and the windows didn't roll up completely. In addition to those problems the brakes were dragging, the transmission shifted poorly, the engine rattled and ran rough and the car did not drive well. The "salesman" looked at his phone the entire time I was driving the car and speaking to him. This is a horrible dealership that is trying to sell overpriced, unsafe cars and has no problem lying to do it. Don't give them your business, don't even bother making the drive.

FASTLANE FASTLANE FASTLANE!!!! I cannot stress this enough, if you aren t getting a car from them you re missing out! I first found the car I wanted online, filled out the app, I was immediately greeted by the wonderful salesman NIKA , who was so helpful, kind& sweet throughout everything , I was able to get the car approved the same day shortly after , I picked my car up yesterday, it was already ready, the Manager of FASTLANE, Arsha , came up to me, and introduced himself, asked me how I was doing and everything , made sure to inform me I can always contact him if I have any questions , the communication at this place is top tier! The Receptionist Adrianna does a great job staying on top of things and relaying messages! I highly highly suggest this placeThey have a great selection of cars , and will have you in and out ! Thank you again Fastlane Motors , so happy with my purchase

Awesome experience at Fast Lane. Arsha took excellent care of us. Fixed the repairs I requested on the truck. Truck was listed at very fair KBB price and very little negotiations needed. Worked patiently with us and all my idiosyncrasies. Couldn t speak higher of all the crew.

Buyer Beware!! Just a typical used car sales lot with all the games of doing whatever it takes to sell a vehicle and then going back on their agreements.My personal experience with Fast Lane Motors, Arsha, and it's 'investor' was a horrible one.First off this dealership is buying cars at auction. Then slaps a quick detail on it to cover up any leaks. The vehicle I bought needed almost $10,000 dollars worth of repairs.I was then told by Arsha, in person, that he would buy back the vehicle for what I paid for it and have a check for me the following day. When it came time for him to have the check he claimed his 'investor' wouldn't let him buy the vehicle back. Then wants to tell me its my fault for buying the vehicle.I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE... SHADY DEALERSHIP. I called and asked about a specific vehicle. I asked specifically if it has any lights (check engine. ABS etc) Was told it does not. Well if the lights are removed they cant come on. Vehicle has several codes. You can verify the check engine light by Turing the key on but not starting it. The light should be on at that point unless the bulb has been removed.Asking way over retail and the vehicle was rough. A/C doesn't work, and of course they accidently failed to take a picture showing the huge rust hole behind the wheel or the huge dents in the doors. Glad i was outright lied to about it and I am glad I wanted my time and fuel to drive up there when they know they are bring dishonest. These parasites are what is wrong with the used car market today.

If I could give a no star review I would.. they literally kept my friends deposit while we we're waiting for they're bank to get approved and not give it back
