I was in need of some engine repairs. I called Express Warranty Department and spoke with Sara. Sara explained the times to drop my car off so they could do a diagnostic on my car. Once that was complete Sara called me back and explained my car problems and she also informed me of my warranty, unfortunately it had expired. I still need the repairs done with that Sara quoted me a price that I was comfortable with because we all know that car repairs can be costly. Sara also made available a loaner car for me to use while my car was being repaired, how convenient was that. With all that my car was repaired in a timely manner and I m back on the road. Thanks to Sara and the mechanics that completed the work! I m One happy customer #ExpressCreditAuto

I really appreciate Sarah and Justin at the warranty department. They provided me quick diagnosis and excellent service. They're always available anytime I call and they also make sure that my car was as good as new once I picked it up. I love these guys they've helped me so much and they keep me on the road. Their technicians are at the top of their game and always work quickly and efficiently. I have a 2018 Kia forte and I've only had a couple of problems with it, but they've made sure to fix those problems and go above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy. Thanks 5 Star service

Absolutely 100% affordable, they go off of income base inside of credit. Just bought a new car with them and Greg Murray is the salesmen that helped me. Great man, love him so professional and caring.They want to make sure you can pay instead of trying to make you buy a car that you can't afford

Amazing people and very friendly! Sarah was the person to assist me and made my experience easy and enjoyable! They were fast on getting my vehicle in and kept me updated at all times! Covid-era policies make it pretty inconvenient for a single person to get their vehicle serviced.Edit: it was literally just to get the GPS device out of my vehicle. Yall were done in under 30 mins yet I had to take off work and make arrangements with a friend to meet me there, pick me up, then drop me back off.

Was ready to give up but Sarah was such a great help in getting the situation handled. She called and gave updates anytime she got information and really just stayed on top of the case and kept in touch until we got it handled. Great service!

When I walked into this place, I was absolutely so scared of the feed back I would get about my car. I spoke with Sarah, and she was kind and understanding of my situation. They were professional and took their time to make sure everything was fixed. They had so many cars to work on and still took time out of their day to call and keep me informed. Justin was kind very detailed and went above and beyond to find me a loaner vehicle that could fit the amount of people I have in my family. I highly recommend buying a car from this company. With a warranty department like they have I know it s money well spent.

I had an AMAZING experience! I absolutely would recommend Dontay to anyone, he is very knowledgeable in the in s and out s of buying a car and how the warranty works. We went over everything before I signed paperwork and he gave me honest answers. I didn t feel like I was buying just a car but building a good rapport for future purchases! I am so beyond happy about my new vehicle! Thank you so much to him and all management that helped me with answering all my questions!

We have used the warranty department on a few occasions but this one, due to weather, made finding the issue a little harder. They stood by us and kept looking, found, and fixed the issue...plus a couple more. Great crew all the way around, especially Sarah!
