I've never experienced such genuine care and concern for my well being from any auto shops or mechanics before especially when dealing with challenging situations. I highly recommend Expert Auto Care if you are in search of a team of experts that are professional, genuine, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Great service, great people! They were honest about what my car actually needs at fair prices, versus the dealership that tries to throw in all kinds of unnecessary stuff with high price tags.This is where I will bring my car from now on.

By far the best place I have been too. My air conditioning went out in my 750li BMW and we thought it was the compressor and they ordered it and come to find out it was just the belt. Very honest people!!! And they will work with you if possible with the price. I highly recommend them!!!

These guys were amazing. I took in my daughter s Volvo with an unknown problem. After weeks of no progress at another shop these guys were up front, and honest about what needed to be done. They did an excellent job communicating with us, going over old work orders, and made the process as painless as possible. I own 3 Volvos and I won t take them anywhere else. 5 stars!Service: Transmission replacement

This shop is close to our office and they do a lot of work on our company vehicles. We have found their work to be very good, no problems. They are super nice guys to work with, friendly and professional. I take my personal car there as well. After bad experiences elsewhere, it is refreshing to find a place where I feel that I can trust what they're telling me. Highly recommend to other ladies looking for a good car repair facility. They do simple things like oil changes to the more complex repairs. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

I stopped in to get my oil changed before a long road trip. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was. They're realistic in their maintenance recommendations and give honest advice. I'll definitely be back for future oil changes. I highly recommend Expert Auto Care.

I love Expert Auto Care!Charley, Brett, and Iris were all so amazing!I would highly recommend them for anything from a simple oil change to taking care of the type of problem I was experiencing (leaking coolant expansion tank). I have now taken my car to Expert Auto Care a couple of times for basic maintenance and also for those not so fun, always inconvenient, circumstances. The team has always been so helpful and I genuinely feel like they had my best interests in mind. My husband and I both recommend them to anyone we know needing car maintenance or help!

I've recently moved to OKC and was starting to have trouble with my 2006 Volvo S80 and could not find a place that would even look at my car. I went to the dealership who was trying to charge me 2k. Luckily I did research and came across Expert Auto Care. Brett is so very helpful and was able to help me at half the price. I would recommend them to anyone with a Volvo or any other car. They are a great team who are very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I will be coming here for all future car repairs/services.

I highly recommend Expert Auto Care! It is the only place I will take my Volvo. Charlie, the owner, has worked on my car and has done a great job. Brett, the service manager, has been very easy to work with and very helpful.. Expert Auto Care is honest, they don't rip you off, great customer service, and they do a great job fixing your car!

I have been going here for a few years now. They are alway incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Charlie knows what he is talking about and I have never been let down by their service. If you own a Volvo and want avoid going to the dealership, this is the place to take your car.

I am an Auto Repair Shop Owner in Durant, OK. My daughter who lives in Shawnee had vehicle trouble in OKC, just a few blocks from Expert Auto Care. I found them on Google Maps and they had a 5 star rating. I called their office and told them where my daughters vehicle was located and gave them her contact information. They were very prompt in getting in touch with her and helping get her vehicle to their shop. The repairs were done promptly and reasonably priced. As another Shop Owner and a grateful Dad, I highly recommend Expert Auto Care based on the Service she received.

After several very bad experiences at two different auto repair shops, We were taken great care of by Charlie and problems were resolved. Also very friendly and profesional. And most fair prices. So happy to find these guys.

Its important for a woman to have a good mechanic. Expert Auto Care is my trusted mechanic. Charly is honest, and his services are reasonably priced. Plus he's like a decorated mechanic! He has all sorts of awards from Volvo and has won several NATIONAL titles as being the best Volvo mechanic in the USA! He really knows his stuff. Give him a try.

My experience with this business is far less than steller. I'm a senior citizen who recently moved to OKC, checked out repair services on Google. This one was rated well, so, what the heck? I'll give them a shot with something simple, an oil change. I phoned ahead, requested a price ($50) and scheduled an appointment. I took the car in, they were timely (One Star). They drained the oil then told me they had made a mistake, the oil change was going to cost $165 or some outrageous amount. But that since I had been quoted an inaccurate amount, they would take $15 off and charge ONLY $150. This bait and switch is unreal. I've never paid $150 for an oil change, even the dealership charges only $90. I cannot imagine how much this company could rip off a customer with a real car service. I would not advise anyone to go here for service.

These guys have been great! I ve always had a good experience with Brett. Just had a maintenance quote from the dealership and these guys did the services for about half the cost. Highly recommend them.

Honest and genuine. Expert Auto has excellent service and they are timely. Ask for Mr Charley Johnson. He fixed my a/c yesterday and it was 95 defeees out. As we were driving home, I noticed my wife had turned on her heated seats. Thanks again Expert Auto.

This review has been updated to include an explanation for the reply from the owner:Honestly, good people but they misled me to believe that they knew more about working with my insurance company than they really did. The work was ok, except they neglected to tell me that I needed a new tire after an alignment, which led me to believe that I didn't get a good one, or one at all. I had to seek a second opinion and an alignment check which cost me $20 more than I should have had to pay. Just keep going.Reply:Very hard to contact:I told to the manager that I work nights and to please contact through email. I spoke to the manager several times on the phone.Only told to do what insurance would pay for:I didn't realize that telling me the vehicle would pull to the right if I didn't have 2 new tires instead of one, was not ordered by the insurance.No customer under this name:It's a psuedonym.Like I said good people, but I was told that everything would be taken care of and that this garage had dealt with my insurance company many times. I did all of the work for them regarding my insurance company. I'm not going to blame this garage completely because my insurance company was having some sort of bout of insanity. The garage did decent work, the people were courteous and for an oil change, tire change, or brake job they will be adequate enough. Administratively, they left much to be desired.Lessons learned:Even if you are in a hurry and having an anxiety attack pay close attention to where your insurance company reccomends to take your vehicle to, they usually go with whoever is closest so they don't have to pay more for the tow. Make sure it is a collision repair shop and not a mechanic shop.

I went in to get my brakes checked and repaired, and I was in and out within a couple hours! Everyone is very friendly, and they were honest and reasonably priced! This was my first time in, but I will definitely go back in the future!

Clean, professional, and knowledgeable auto repair shop. Charlie, the owner & lead mechanic, is both fair and honest. These guys are great from regular service maintenance to major repairs. Highly recommend.
