The deal I got at Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City happily surpassed my expectations. From the outset, I was impressed with how Mario patiently and professionally initiated an unbelievable trade offer. Despite my inquiry being sent on a Friday afternoon, Mario worked with diligence to set up my appointment on the following Saturday. And I was in and out of the dealership with minimal fuss and headaches. Doing business here is absolutely first class and upholds the high standards of the Lexus brand. In addition to Mario providing the right knowledge to help with my decision, Alexzandria also did an incredible job of comprehensively walking me through the technology features in my new RC F. Driving home in my new RC F was a legendary trip I will always remember. It s all thanks to Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City that I was able to secure this rare sports performance coupe. Although I had to drive from out of state to get there, I would gladly do business with them again if needed.

My family has been buying cars from Curtis for YEARS. He always goes above and beyond for his clients! I cannot recommend him and the entire team at Eskridge enough. They are not pushy at all and provide an experience that you will not find at any other dealership. I ended up with a 2020 RX 350 that looks BRAND NEW with only 19K miles on it. Thank you, Curtis!

We recently purchased our first Lexus SUV at Eskridge Lexus, and we are very happy. Timothy Flynt was our sales representative; he made the process quick and easy. We would definitely recommend working with Tim. Knowing what we wanted, he showed us our options and answered our questions. Tim and Emma spent time with us explaining the technology aspect and were patient with directions and our questions. We met a few other welcoming representatives at Eskridge and look forward to timely checkups and free car washes. We appreciate the treatment we received.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Eskridge Lexus. I ve purchased many cars over the years & this was by far the best dealership experience. Shannon was up front & transparent. Deal was worked out over a couple phone calls, came in & picked up my car in less than 40 mins out the door. No surprises - exactly as we discussed. Drove up from Dallas & it was 100% worth the drive. Will be coming back in the future.

Great experience in car buying. There was not that high pressure sales that I had experienced at other dealerships and the salesman (Jesse) was great. He was there to help and answer questions about the car and I never felt pressure, he just wanted to make sure I got what I wanted as his main priority. Both the sales manager and Jesse helped make my buying my vehicle a very good experience. I bought the car I wanted for a very good price. Totally recommend if you are wanting a great car at a great price go see Eskridge you ll walk away happy.

Timothy and the rest of the team at Eskridge (special shout out to Ray from Finance and Alexandria and Emma) are the best Lexus sales team in the region. They go above and beyond and really take care of their customers. Can t say enough good things about Eskridge Lexus and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I had a seamless car buying experience this week with Alan Matthews! Friendly, courteous, and accommodating sums it up. Completing the financing with Steve and tech lesson with Emma was icing on the cake and I'm in a beautiful new car! Past experiences buying cars have all been laden with twists and turns and stress-filled negotiations, This one was the polar opposite. Alan went out of his way to meet my needs and make the deal work for me!

I did not go into lexus to purchase a brand new car.i had my 2013 in service and Come to find out to fix it was half of its worth. I've bought a few vehicles by myself a few times. Matt didn't push or pressure me into anything I didn't want. I told him what I wanted and what I didn't like.. "I'm probably not the easiest to deal with ha" after a few days I at 39 single mom purchased my very first brand new 2024 IS350 fsport. I cried infront of everyone here's why my father passed away in August. He owned a lexus as well. With that purchase man he would have been so proud. I am the only child. I appreciate everything lexus has done and did and will continue. Matt was awesome I'm glad he was my salesman.

Had the pleasure to work with Alan from the Eskridge team. He was great to work with and made the entire experience a breeze. I had reached out to him before the TX's started coming in and told him what I was looking for. Once he was able to get one, he contacted me and kept me up date on when to expect the vehicle to come in. I scheduled a day to pick up and was in and out in an hour. He had the car ready in the delivery bay till I got there. Truly great to work with Alan and would work with him again on my next Lexus.

The buying experience was fantastic. I spoke to Mario over the phone and he ensured having the vehicle interested in set aside while I came down from Tulsa. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. Mario was very in tuned with our buying wants/needs and detailed in regard to the vehicle we had our eye on. Definitely a customer first mindset. We will continue to work with Mario in the future!

I had the pleasure of going to Eskridge Lexus in Oklahoma to purchase my vehicle as local dealership in Plano had no cars available for sale. Car specs were sent to me and we arranged on a price over the phone. It was an amazing process, very quickly done by Lexus sales rep Mario. It took less than an hour for us to arrive and leave with the car.The car was ready when we got there all cleaned up and ready to go.There were no additional sales pitches by Finance/sales team.If some from Texas is looking to buy a Lexus please consider buying at Eskridge Lexus in OKC. Big thumbs up!!!

This was the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had! Jesse Olson provided excellent customer service and knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in. The professionalism and exemplary service continuedon to the finance department with Steven Thompkins. He patiently answered all my questions and treated me with such dignity andrespect despite my car being the less expensive on the lot. I was not treated differently. This was our first experience buying a Lexus, and we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our dealings with Eskridge Lexus. Marcos Ramirez was so delightful to deal with. Shawn Matzinger was awesome! His customer service is beyond compare. We made the deal in about 10 mins and I was out with a sweet new ride in about 1.5 hours.The service department is also committed to an excellent customer experience.Keep Eskridge in mind if you're considering a Lexus, ( You should seriously consider a Lexus ), and you won't be disappointed.

Nathan was awesome! Brownie was awesome and everyone else who helped me was awesome! I wasn t in the market for a new vehicle however my Jeep decided it was going to completely give out on me. My mom recommended Nathan to me. I knew I needed a more reliable car this time around since my Jeep was constantly in and out of the shop. Nathan showed me and my husband a used RX350 and we just completely fell in love. Super easy process and great communication. Definitely recommend!!!!

Navid, our salesman, did an excellent job. I usually dread vehicle shopping but this a very enjoyable experience. We described what we were looking for and told him our budget. Navid said I have something to show you! . He came back with a 2017 RX350 that looked brand new. It was in our budget and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Eskridge Lexus, specifically Navid, to anyone looking.

The customer service provided by Mario C. and Ray W. was absolutely wonderful. I m very appreciative of the patience and time taken to answer all my questions until I was comfortable and felt clear with the responses .It took quite some time for me to make up my mind to actually make my purchase and at no time did I ever feel pressured or rushed and for that, I m extremely grateful.Unfortunately I don t recall the young lady that took the time to go over the technical aspects of my car, however, I want to give a big thank you to her as well. She deserves more than a thank you, as technology is not my thing, and somehow she was able to explain details in a way that even I could understand. Overall, I am beyond pleased with the service I have received from the Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City staff. Thank you for top notch customer service.

My name is Anh Nguyen!When I arrived at Lexus dealership I had no idea that I d get top tier service the day I purchased my vehicle I loved it and my salesperson was LaDarryl he was compassionate and very attentive with his service as a salesperson he gave me good advice on my vehicle and any car I looked at he gave me detailed information on each vehicle like he s been doing this for over 10 years if you are interested in purchasing in the near future I recommend going to LaDarryl his costumer service and sales experience is a 10/10.

My wife decided that she wanted a Lexus RX 350 for her new car, so we visited Eskridge Lexus in Edmond. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked through their doors. Brian did a great job explaining every detail of the RX350. We decided on our options and colors, and when Brian called to let us know it was ready for pickup, he had EVERYTHING ready. It was the smoothest transaction I ve ever had at a car dealership. The entire Eskridge team were so professional and courteous. We purchased a 2016 Lexus NX200T from Shawn Matzinger for my daughter. He took great care of us and really made sure that my daughter was treated as the buyer.
