Ended up in the ditch off the side of the highway with my boat trailer with significant damage, trailer was repaired very timely and better than expected. Fair pricing. I expressed interest in a collectible car that she had there in the officeand after hooking up my boat and coming back in to pay. I was presented with a gift and an autograph from a special person. Thank you.

Wow these people are unbelievable.. brought our car hauler to have something welded on.. maybe a hour of work if you draaagggg it out.. was told wouldn t be over a hundred bucks.. then we get there and it s almost three hundred.. I see how they make there money.. I will not recommend them to anyone.. not nice at all...After receiving a call from them we got the situation fixed. Very nice people and very understanding. But great work, just needs more commutation and up fount with add on prices..once again great work..Thank you

Great quality work and very fair prices. Excellent attitude and communication when in person. Office hours make drop off and pick up a little more difficult. Would recommend.

Lost a marine trailer axle cap. Texted a pic to the parts manager and they took my payment over the phone and left the part outside for me (I couldn t get there until after hours). Excellent service.

I went to look at an RV they listed on Craigslist. I had arranged a time with them in advance. I showed up went in the store. I was completely ignored. They continued to ignore me while I walked out back to look at the RV. It had keys in it already (why they got 2 stars instead of just 1). I checked out the RV and decided it wasn't right for me. I then proceeded to leave without anyone there ever even acknowledging me. It was a very weird sales experience.

I bought parts for my 16' double axle trailer here. They also sell and repair trailers. Great customer service and good prices. Highly recommend.

A vehicle from Double B Trailers LLC backed into and rammed my car this morning at a stop light. I was too stunned and honestly scared to approach. License plate 9000 UD - Used Dealer. FOUND YOU.

Perfect had what i needed at half of what my hunting partner paid for same thing there may be a day a have to buy somthing from mclains but itl be when double b dont have it.!!!
