I appreciate Dorsey & Son Auto Collision Repair for the repairs they did on my car. Although it did take longer than originally estimated, I truly appreciate the main receptionist Debbie for answering the phone every time I called for an update. The crew also did a FANTASTIC job on repairing my car for a great price! Debbie was super helpful, gave me all the estimate options and was even nice enough to remind me of the 4% charge they add if you pay with card. Everything worked out perfectly and I am just grateful to have my ride back! My car looks great! and I will be back for future repairs! Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dorsey & Son Auto Collision has taken care of my needs since 1996. They are the Oldest Auto Collision Repair Company in Oklahoma City and truly take pride in their work. They are also members of the Better Business Bureau.Debbie who runs the front desk operations efficiently handled an insurance claim on my behalf. I simply dropped my vehicle off and they called when it was ready to be picked up. They took care of everything!In addition, they are fully with the most up-to-date machinery to do minor or major repairs. I would recommend anyone who needs collision repair to stop in and say hello to Philip and his Staff.

I can not express my gratitude enough!!! It is rare to find auto places that actually care and won t take advantage of you. I am not auto savvy at all and I was in an accident that caused my door to catch and squeak. Debbie broke things down for me and put it in ways I could understand. She listened to my needs and was able to fix my squeaky door AND offer an estimate for my long term concerns. To be honest, I didn t even know they fixed my main concern (the squeaky door) until I got home and my door was no longer squeaking!!! This shop was truly a blessing! Thank you!!! I will most definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

This body shop is wonderful. Debbie and the guys did a great job of identifying all the damage the adjuster missed. They fought hard to get my car fixed correctly. Had a great experience with Dorsey and Sons body shop. They completed the work a little earlier than expected which was great because it got me back in my truck before the weekend. Miss Debbie is very nice and easy to work with. The hood and windshield replacement all looks fantastic and they also saved me some money by doing an air dam repair rather than having to buy a new one. I will absolutely be recommending them and giving them future business. They also recommended a great hail repair guy who also did great work and helped me get a few things straightened out with the insurance. Highly recommend Dorseys!!Service: Body & Trim

Brought my Volkswagen in to fix some what I thought were some pretty rough dents but was unable to call much or keep in the loop due to military reasons. Thankfully Dorsey & sons allowed my girlfriend to correspond with all the information and pickup while I was gone. They did a spectacular job with the damage and painting. I can gladly say my vehicle looks brand new. I wouldn t bring my car anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did an amazing job and well priced! Hard to find people that will work on older cars but they know their stuff and did not cut corners.(Don't judge paint in pictures, I'm doing that at a separate time)

Would highly recommend Dorsey and Son! From the first phone call, I knew I had found the right place to get our car fixed. Debbie was awesome! She was easy to deal with, very thorough and took time to explain what they found and how they would be fixing it. She kept me informed of the progress and sent pictures as needed. Cost of repairs were very reasonable and the work completed was excellent. Looks like new! She wanted to make sure we were happy with the work and I know if there had been any issues, she would have done what was need to make us happy. Thanks Debbie and Dorsey and Son!

The customer service and work was excellent! They worked with the insurance company to get everything taken care of and made sure I was getting the best parts. I trust Dorsey & Son over any other collision repair. They will tell you the truth and work for you. We recently had a wreck and they took a look at photos and the estimate for us without having to move the car and gave us an honest opinion that helped us make a decision. I have had them repair cars in the past and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I received amazing service from the first time Debbie answered the phone. My Jeep Renegade had a couple thousand dollars worth of damage from being rear-ended. I was told exactly when to bring it on a Monday, and by Friday an adjustment had been completed with the insurance along with the full work on my Jeep. The parts, paint, and service quality were excellent. If I'm in need of repairs again, this is absolutely where I will be going.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Dorsey & Son several times over several years. They always do a good job on body shop work and painting. I have had my Saturn Sky Red Line repaired twice with them and they have done an exceptional job repairing and matching the original paint. Their prices are reasonable and their work is impeccable. They were so nice and helpful to me! I had just got into an accident that wasn't my fault and a piece of the plastic from my car was scraping my tire and they fixed it up for free for me. I always hate having to deal with car issues. Seems like no places are honest anymore but Dorsey and Son are. Debbie is the best and keeps it 100 with you and is professional and friendly. My front bumper looks brand new and I couldn t be happier. I went to Dorsey and Son both times I had a car accident and they were timely and efficient. They communicated very well with letting me know what was going on with my vehicle and took care of me. Debbie and the rest of the team at Dorsey and Sons are awesome. They did a tremendous job on my vehicle after I was rear ended. Debbie goes the extra mile to make sure that all of her customers are satisfied with their car repairs. I highly recommend this place if your car is ever in an accident.

We had ordered a truck bed cover and delivered to our house but didn't have time to install it before xmas. They had us come in first thing Mon morning and were done by 1. They had an issue with a part being broken but said they would put it in when we got the new part. They also alerted us that a recall on the oil system had not been taken care of. We were grateful for that. The last time I came in for an ac issue, they said a rotor was cracked completely in half and they were shocked I had not been in a wreck. They fixed that right away and didn't charge me. So thankful for Dorsey and Son!!! Love ya like family!

This place is AMAZING! I had a weird noise coming from the driver's side of my Honda for the past 5-6 months. Prior to coming to Dorsey & Son I had gone to FOUR other car repair shops, including the Honda dealership, who said they had no idea what was wrong with my car and told me they couldn't help me. Rodney was able to fix my issue in 10 minutes after riding along in the car with me and listening to the noise. Almost sold my car because I couldn't figure out what was making the noise and it was really bothering me. I would highly recommend Dorsey & Son. Debbie is amazing to work with and will make you feel more like family, than a customer. They did an amazing job fixing my Mustang from a rear end collision. They will definitely be my first choice should I ever need a body shop again.

Our rental car got scratched and Dorsey + Son popped up on my google search so we checked it out to get an estimate (in the event we needed to counter an outrageous quote from the car rental company). A true family- owned business (4 generations now!) and that is what drew us to it. They gave me a quote for free, were clearly thoughtful and deliberate in drawing it up and it was clear they took great pride in their work, despite knowing up front it would result in NO business. They have great integrity and clearly years of experience !

Dorsey & Sons is the best body shop in OKC, hands down! Debbie and crew are fantastic to work with! Super friendly, laid back, professional, efficient, quality work and fair prices! They helped advise me how to save money, got me in and out quickly and Debbie even helped me try to obtain the window I needed when there was confusion with the company I bought it from. Can not recommend enough! Family owned OKC business for many decades. Great Oklahomans. Don t give your money to big corporate places, use the locals and support our city s great small businesses like Dorsey & Sons!

I was referred here from an auto repair shop. I was having trouble with my headlights. Debbie got me right in. 15 minutes later my lights were fixed. Very fair pricing. I was very impressed with the service I received. Will definitely recommend Dorseys for sure.
