They were all good we were having a flat on the way to the doctor and noticed the tire shop down the road we only had to wait a few minutes and they helped us found a nail in the tire and it was fixed in just 30mins. Everyone was very helpful and professional the shop was nice and clean. After the work was done they handed me the keys and said no charge. I was surprised but they didn't change to repair a flat. Nice place will be back.

Super-friendly staff did a great job getting new tires on the car I bought in OKC and was driving back home to Minnesota. Happily installed the new TPMS sensors that I brought with me. Always a good experience at my local Discount Tire and was treated just as well here.

Needed a new locking lug nut for the wife's new car. Discount tire ordered new ones and had them shipped in short time.I got the call the nuts were in so here I am to get them installed.I can't say enough about the transparency they provide. Especially as I saw the order screen as they were typing it in.That definitely helps the customer feel like you are getting the full transparency.Thank you Brett, Michah and staff for being awesome!The ease of dealing with them is super easy and friendly.Respectfully,Bryan SmithYukon, Oklahoma

It was time for some new tires. I decided on Discount Tire because of all the recommendations from people I trust. They did a great job. My favorite part is getting to watch them hard a work and making sure everything is done correctly. My car feels smooth and quiet. Thanks!

Never been so disappointed in a tire shop ever. Do want to charge for she I don't need or want. Just because he thinks I have money. Then he said I may need lug nuts and their 60 bucks. I told him to check that first sorry I don't want to get them done here. So what does he do. Wait till everything done to tell me owe u do need lug nuts. By this point I felt absolutely forced to buy over priced lug nuts. When I'm paying 200 buck just to swap rims and tires. I expect a little more. BTW my lug nuts did work he just wanted to charge me more money. So disappointed considering my company does alot of business threw u. Not anymore.He also charged me more saying he had to remove the fake beadlocks. And they didn't even do it. Honestly the whole experience I felt like I was being scammed.

Cameron was such a sweetheart and very professional during my visit today. This is certainly my preferred location and I am usually always given great service every time, but I truly appreciated Cameron s amazing customer service and I fortunately arrived at a time that they were able to get me in and out within 15 mins. Total win! Thank you again, Cameron!! Absolutely 5 star service!!

A few days ago I realized there was a nail in my tire, of course it had to be a holiday weekend, so we put off bringing my car in anywhere until today (Monday). I happened to tell a friend about my tire and she suggested Discount Tire because she got a great deal here on tires and I figured that was what I needed. I scheduled an appt online last night, super simple, came in this morning, and to my surprise it was just a patch job! All the employees were very friendly! I was in and out in 30 mins of my appt time too! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing tire service!

Sat in the line designated for a tire air check. You re supposed to stay in your car while the tech checks it and then you move on for him to help the next car. There were 4 of us in line. No one came over for 15 minutes. The car in front of me gave up and left. I pulled forward and waited another 5 minutes before a tech showed up. Once he was there, it was fast. But it took way too long for someone to notice. Also I get that they may have been busy, but for there to be an employee right there in a bay working on a car and he not acknowledge us that s not cool. He could ve easily come over and said Someone will be right with you.

I went by today to get my tires aired up. Wasn't expecting much but had a wonderful experience! Quincy greeted me with a positive attitude despite the cold weather. He saw how low my tires were, we had a laugh about how I had let them get a bit too low but he was happy to help me out and then he immediately got to work. It didn't take long and he thanked me for coming by. I will definitely be recommending him and Discount Tire to my friends and family.

Back again to brag on how incredible the service at any Discount Tire is (but especially the consistency in service at this, our home location). This is probably my 5th or 6th time experiencing service that was over and above what was expected. I had ordered new tires online (so simple and easy), early in the morning, and forgot to verify the address of the location I was to have them installed at. I showed up for my 4:15pm appt (they close at 6), and they informed me I was at the wrong store. Customer mistake. I goofed. Did they refer me to the other store? Did they offer a half-hearted "sorry!!!" and send me on my way?Not a chance. Not only did THEY DRIVE to the other store to pickup my tires, so I could go grab my kids from daycare... they hustled to install them for me in under 20 minutes. As I looked around the crowded lobby, I felt bad - like somebody might possibly be getting the raw end of the deal for my mistake. Again, not a chance. Everyone was being taken care of.Discount Tire is the Chick Fil A of Tire Shops. The customer service is unparalleled. They do what they do better than anyone in the industry - more consistently - and with more pride.I'm already a loyal customer for life. You really should be, too.

Decent prices and fast service. You can set up an appointment and for a normal tire change they can usually have you out in less than an hour. The staff here is friendly, and they have cold water bottles in the lobby for customers which is a nice touch. Would recommend!

Drove here on the rim right at opening, super friendly staff and fast service. Arrived at 8, out by 8:35 for 4 tires with a pre order online. Text message updates and the staff kept me in the loop about the status of my car. A little bit higher than Walmart price wise but not much, about 370 for 4 plus warranty. For the customer service and time I d say worth it.

Dunno a nicer staff willing to put the effort to making sure my travels are safe, ensuring a no nonsense approach when I get the tires I want at the prices I need and the abundance of knowledge they possess about their tires leaves me reassured every time I change tires

Got me in and out in and hour, hundreds of dollars less than dealership for 2 new tires, the OKC Discount Tire has always been honest and does not try to oversell. I just had a bad experience at a San Antonio location where they did oversell four sensors I didn't need after all. Cost me $420 wasted dollars. I won't make the mistake again.

They are fast friendly informative and very competitively priced. Bottom line is they take care of you.Seriously, EVERYTIME! Best place to go for C service and quality if you need tires.

I always have been taken care of here. I do not buy tires often, but when I do, I will only purchase from Discount Tire. Out of the different locations in North OKC, this one is my go-to. I have always had a great experience, and I feel no pressure to buy something. I get shown the charts, and any questions I ask get answered about a tire or brand I am looking at.

Mikey is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I came in today with a cracked tire and the other 3 not in great condition either, and he did his absolute best to help me out and make sure I am driving away safe today. Knowing that money is an issue, he did not pressure me to buy a tire I cannot afford, and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. Cannot stress enough how amazing this location is, you have gotten a lifelong customer today. THANK YOU!!!

Hard working efficient crew at a busy place. Found sidewall damage to my front lower profile tires causing a slow leak and before anything more serious happened, I ordered a new pair. Prices were reasonable vs competition (except maybe Costco and Sam s which don t carry those tires). Got the extra protection jic similar issues happen again but I think you can waive that to save money. Overall a good experience and would recommend discount to anyone vs major local competitors. Worth a try!

This is one of our favorite plays for tires and wheels maintenance when it comes to balancing and replacing them. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful and they always take care of us in timely manner. I have been coming to this place for years and every time I go in there, I feel welcomed, they are very professional at what they do in and for sure we will be back again when it s time to do for balancing or tire rotations.

These guys are my heros! They gave me the best service I could asked for! The service was so good that I teared up with joy (I know, sensitive but it was that good). I will always recommend this shop to anyone and am definitely coming back. They are busy because everyone knows what great service they provide! I am glad I stopped here and not some other tire shop. Thank you guys for being so awesome and amazing! My experience with you guys was definitely life changing. May God Bless your entire team!

I have used DT in five States. I will not let anyone else work on our tires. As a customer since 1993, these guys have taken care of me and have NEVER taken advantage of my kids or my wife when they needed something.Trust me, there is a massive difference in care. Second place is a long way back.

Bought several sets previously with good customer service. Last time was quite different. I knew they changed management and it definitely was noticeable. After receiving my initial quote, I attempted to to price match from a competitor, the associate said that can t happen and either I schedule or not. They need to bring their previous manager Sean back. He was awesome.

I just change my tires at the front for both for 2 weeks ago now they're showing up as picture all the time since 4 days happenedI took the car back to them asking for check again maybe they're installing something not properlyThe guy said they can't do anything about this maybe I have to bring car to other shopI'm very disappointed I'm spent my money $500 for this service?

First off, from the moment my phone call was answered, the greeting alone let me know that I was going to have the best service and it truly made my day!! "Brett,( apologies if spelled wrong) was so AWESOME!!!!! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND AMAZING! I was able to give him just a few words about the service I needed and he assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed before I even arrived!! Thank you Brett!!!! All the staff was very friendly, patient with my questions and concerns and provided fast friendly service as well as great tips to keep my car in good shape along with excellent recommendations!! I most definitely recommend all my friends and family to come here for their auto service needs. Well done!! I'll most definitely be returning!

These guys have always taken great care of me and are friendly. As a Realtor I seem to pick up nails often in my tires. These guys get me patched and back on the road quickly. Always have had a great experience here!

Love love love these guys. Spend the money on the tire warranty, it pays for itself a million times over. They are knowledgeable, they aren t pushy, they communicate clearly and give you options if you re on a tight budget.

Scheduled an appointment for a blowout. Needed all new tires. The service was amazing. Quick easy decision on a good set of tires. No headaches at all.Quoted an hour for the work but only waited around 25 minutes.Awesome experience!
