My whole experience here was a joke from start to finish. My rear tire was losing air, I went to discount tire to have it looked at. The person who helped me immediately went to my front tires, felt the inside of my tire and told me that they were wearing unevenly and needed to be replaced. I asked him what would cause that and he said probably a bad suspension. My car is less than a year old and I can assure you the suspension is fine. He continued on and on about how I should have them replaced. I told him I appreciated his insight, but I d need to speak with my husband and for now, could he just look at the tire that s not holding air. Later, I had 2 different mechanics look at my front tires and both said they were fine. They are worn a little unevenly because they can t be rotated because they are staggered, but they are no where near needing to be replaced.They pulled my car in and I waited in the lobby. A different man walks into the lobby and just says yep, it s got a hole in it and it needs to be replaced. I said just a hole? There s no nail or screw he replies oh I don t know, let me go see. What?!? He then proceeds to bring the whole tire into the shop to show me the screw, which did not appear to be in the sidewall. He said it was angled toward the side wall and close to where they can t patch it. I honestly have no idea if he was right and wish I d have gotten a second opinion, but at the time I deferred to his knowledge. They didn t have the tire in stock, so they ordered it, made an appointment for me to come back the next day (he specifically told me to make an appointment because Fridays are crazy) and they aired me up and I left. The next day, I returned at my appointment time. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was informed that the bay was occupied when I got there but they d start on my car in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, (after I d been there for an hour and 15 minutes total), he came back to inform me they had just realized that the tire they ordered for me didn t make it on the delivery truck. They had someone going to get it, but it would be about 2 hours before it would even arrive. I know mistakes happen, so after my initial shock I just arranged for someone to pick me up and drop me back off later.I later came back to pick my car up, pulled out of their driveway and a got a low tire pressure warning. On the tire they had just replaced. I didn t feel like turning around in rush hour traffic, and it wasn t terribly low (supposed to be 42 pounds of pressure and it had 36) so I drove to my local gas station to fill it up the rest of the way. When I got there I discovered they also failed to put a valve stem cover on my new tire.This place is a clown show. We ve had good experiences at other discount tire locations. I will never come back to this one, and may try Hibdon next time

During your long wait to talk to someone, you ll see many workers standing around and talking while no one picks up their loud phone. Then they ll tell you your car is ready and you ll go to pick it up, just for them to tell you no one has touched it. They ll eventually tell you it ll be done in 15 minutes. Once that turns into 40 minutes, they ll park your car like this. I love discount tire, just not this one.

If you value your time, go anywhere else. My wife had an appointment at 12:45 and it was to put on ONE single tire. I got here early thinking maybe if I got here earlier, it would be done early but that s definitely not the case, it s been well over 45 minutes past the original appointment time and it s still not in.

What a great experience! North was so informative, NOT PUSHY, educational and took time to explain all the differences between verity of tires! Not to mention that i got my car done within 20min! I couldn't be more pleased!

I ve always had Great experiences at this location, and exceptional customer service every single time. I called the store today and spoke with Kevin who helped me decide on new tires. He not only found me better tires at a great price, but he busted his butt to help put them on so that we could still pick our kids up by 6 and had us out of there with plenty of time to spare! Thank you all for all of your hard work, and thank you Kevin!

I love the guys here! I don't know how they have so much patience to deal with me, but bless their hearts!Great customer service and honest as well. I won't get tires anywhere else.

They do not value your time. But staff are friendly. I placed an order online on the Friday. It suggested I set up an appt at the same time, to save me time. So I did for the following Wednesday at 12:15pm. Took the afternoon off of work. Showed up around 11:40, so I could get checked in, my order hadn t been delivered yet and they tried to sell me a set that looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand things happen. But if they valued my time, I would ve been given a heads up that my order hadn t been delivered yet. Instead they want to get you in regardless and try sell you anything they have. Just disappointing all around. Go somewhere else where your time and business is valued more.

Usually have amazing experiences with this place but this last time has really turned my opinion sour. I dropped my truck off at noon and was told it would be done by 1:20. I told them that was fine since I didn t need to leave town till 4pm. By the time I had realized I wasn t texted yet it was 3:30 and I gave the store a call, it took 15 minutes to get to someone because I kept getting put on hold. By the time someone answered they informed me my truck hadn t even gotten put in the bay. So I had to push my trip back a few hours so this could get done. I was already not happy because it was not done until 4:30-5. At this point I was not able to get a ride to go get my car till 6:30pm. When I showed up I was missing a hubcap and there was no receipt put in my car. So I had to wait till morning to leave for the trip I had planned to leave for the previous night. I went up there this morning to get it and they were too busy to print me a receipt and I didn t have time to wait all day. Which is frustrating when you spend $363 on two tires but can t get a receipt? So I got my hubcap and left. I am really saddened by this experience because I usually boast about this place being full of nice people and always had my stuff done right. I don t know if I want to go back again just based on the experience I had.

I had an appointment for a top for a tire, balance, rotation, and air put in my tires. I arrived at 1:05 PM. My appointment time was 1:15 PM. I finally asked them about my car at 3:20 PM. My car was sitting in the far end of the parking lot. They had brought my car up once the person driving it got out walked in one door out another and got into my car again, nobody ever said anything to me about my car being ready then I drive away they never Put air in my tires so he told me to get in the air line which I m waiting behind another person now I have never had any problems with this store but now I won t be back!

Fast and Friendly! Made my appointment on a Friday got in that next day and was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend this location! This is the second discount tire location I ve used in the past year. So thankful for them!

Don't know if it was a bad day but dropped off our vehicle on Tuesday afternoon for four new tires after one of our tires got a flat. Received a text notice that it was "bayed out" that evening.Went in Wednesday afternoon (about 24 hours later). Sales associate handed us our keys back and we walked out to our vehicle to notice that the spare tire was still on. Plus none of the other tires were replaced. Once we informed them of our discovery, they were apologetic and quickly resolved the issue. So instead of quick drop in to grab our car ended up being over a hour wait.Again hopefully it was just a bad day.

Extremely helpful! I have an odd size tire, since I drive a foreign car, and when the tires I had ordered were on back order until the end of August, placed order in April, they had called me letting me know that it was on back order. They then helped me order different tires, so that they would arrive in time for my actual appointment day.

Updated Dec 22nd 2023: They take walk in appointment . North, the manager and his team got me setup and definitely save me the trouble of amazoning a set of lug nuts with reasonable pricing a set for my Avalon. Definitely recommend DT when u r in a bind Well staffed, professional and put u at ease Brought our SUV to the local tire+ shops but got turn away coz they only do drop off service . Headed down to this Discount Tire outfit (down the street) and they impresses with friendly Pros with a first look that zeroed in on my slow leak feedback Tyler put me at ease and did no oversell. I like it that there text notification system provided play by play status update while I wait. This team has great communication and I recommend this outfit. YMMVUpdate: 2023 MarchStill a 5 star outfit. Kevin and his crew r an outstanding bunch; Ready and waiting even before opening time.First thing first, they put me at ease even without an appointment. Very attentive and even walk thru all 4 tires with me to identify and present the essential options. Didn t oversell(at least not in my case)I wish they have an alignment service so I won t have to go to another place but it s understandable.Fair pricing(not the lowest but their service more than covers that)so be sure to shop around ahead of time to give yourself better option. I would say Discount Tires won me over from that other tires specific company .Kevin was willing to price match the tire offering to that Wally big box store that really help out. This above and beyond customer service is what 5 stars this review

This is the place to go if you need some new tires!!!. Austin, the store manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me in purchasing a set of Michelin Defenders. The original tires I had mounted were great, but I decided to go a bit wider instead. At no extra charge, he took all of the tires off again and replaced them with what made me happy! That's what I call "Exceptional Customer Service "!!!!! Thank you Austin!!!!

I ended up coming here twice, once to have my tires aired when I believed it was a change in the weather and about 2 months later when I suspected that the issue wasn't just a change in the weather. When I came to get my tires aired up, the attendant was quick and courteous and had me on my way in minutes. When I came to have them check out my tires as I suspected a slow leak, they were very professional. They were able to find the issue (a nail coming from the inside of the tire) and get it patched. Appreciate the quick and friendly service.

Used this place a couple times Rick is always very professional and gets me in and out! Had to order the tires I wanted in and they showed up in a very fast amount of time and once again Rick is very polite and professional. Won t go to another place. Highly recommend this place as well as Rick!

Went there for a new set of tires for my truck after comparing prices at several other local tire stores found they had the best deal for the money and they were prompt with my vehicle and had it in and out in under the time they said . I appreciate good fast on time service . I think I will be doing business with them I m the future should I have need of their services job well done !!!

Have bought my Pirelli all seasons at DTC for years. They have a little work to do on their online appointment-setting and staying true to getting you in and out when booking online.

We own Molly Maid of Edmond and North OKC. We have fleet account with Michelin. We have never used the fleet account. Went into Discount Tire and the store manager, Austin Cooke, walked us through the process seamlessly. Thank you Austin and everyone at Discount Tire for making the process smooth.

Had a flat on the highway and had to get it towed to DT. Due to the repair kit that came with the car, it didn't work, as the puncture was too big. Julian was really friendly and explained everything. He had to order the tire, as they did not have it on hand. The bad news was it was going to be the following day before it arrived.Even at that, I was happy with the service.

Austin is extremely helpful! I had to come here to write a review because he found me a cheaper place to get my rim bent back! The other associate there that originally helped me didn t even try to tell me where I could get a cheaper rim, AND never even told Austin that I had dropped off my tire while he was busy! I only give 4 stars because of that other associate not really wanting to help it seemed like, but Austin made my week end so happily! I will never forget how he went above and beyond for me!

I have been to Discount Tire 3 times in the last year, twice to get new tires and once to get a flat tire fixed. Each time, they have been fast, knowledgeable, friendly and have taken good care of not only me, but every customer who came in while I was there. It's refreshing to find a place with excellent customer service!
