On Pointe and exceptional service brought me into this location in particular with a flat tire. The team quickly assessed my needs and told me the price it would be if I had to replace the tire.After sometime, they came back and pulled my car up and told me I was ready to go and on my way in about 45 minutes max everybody was well equipped with knowledge, and I didn t feel like I was being manipulated or being taken advantage ofIf I could give 10 stars to this team, I would

They did an excellent job. They were very polite and friendly. There were a lot of customers there, but they helped us out quickly. Explained to us what the problems were with our old tires. They were very efficient. We are well pleased. Great place to go for tires.

I am a senior female, widowed. I have been taken advantage of by numerous car dealers, repair/service garages , and other automotive places. Discount tires is a great place to get your tires. They are kind, helpful and the service after the sale is fantastic. Kudos to all the guys there.

Awesome customer service and mechanical service!!! We found a nail in our Subaru tire half way through our cross-country road trip, and this Discount Tire immediately viewed the tire, patched it, and sent us on our way. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

I've brought in a wheel off a car to have a tire replaced twice in the last month or so, both times they had it finished within a couple of hours. Quick, courteous, couldn't ask for better.

Discount Tires replaced the wrong tire the last time my wife took in her car. They replaced a new tire with another new tire and left the old worn out tire on the car. When she brought the car back for tire pressure issues today they said "hey you have a bald tire....need to replace it! GRRRRR!

Wide variety or tires from which to pick. They'll even order a specific set of tires if they don't normally them.The tire pressure service is a nice public service.

They were so Nice n gave me such a great deal on 2 tires. Especially after we had to wait in the Hot Hot Heat when it was like 110� till toe truck finally got to where we were stranded. I won't go to anyone else for tires. These guys are the BEST.I've been to both stores one on the NW EXPRESSWAY n Council n On SW 3rd n in between MacArthur n Rockwell.

Don't send your wife here alone. They will try to rip her off by using scare tactics and taking ADVANTAGE of her not know what things should cost. I will never go to Discount Tire again.

2 to 3 hour waits are ridiculous. If you can drop off and pick it up do that. Good customer service wise. Its just super long wait times . It took 115 minutes b4 my one tire was even looked at. 3 people came in after me and left b4 me!.

The whole team at this location is outstanding. Jack the manager is also very good representative of discount tire. They got me a very good deal on MPS AS4s. Also they are quick and you won't find a better shop and location than this place. Highly recommend them.

Jack and Jeremiah were A++++On Saturday jack not only stayed open a second longer because I brought the wrong rim. He was also very friendly and did a great job.Jeremiah was very understanding of the situation and helped provide excellent service before, during, and after my tires being mounted and then un mounted.Great service all around.

Even tho they were REALLY busy they looked like they had a well oiled machine working the ins and outs of getting things done. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the other young gentleman who checked me in (sorry dont remember his name) Love the New store remodel at this location.

Jack, the assistant manager, goes above and beyond his job and makes your experience easy and down to earth. He s very helpful and informative about what you need, and won t try to rip you off. He should definitely be promoted to main manager!

I have been going to Discount Tires for many years, and I've always received excellent service! This time was no different. I initially went in to have my tires checked because my low pressure tire light came on. I went out and pulled my car around and they were helping me within minutes. Isaac was the one that put air in my tires and checked the pressure, and he was phenomenal with being professional and courteous.The next day the light came on again so I took my vehicle back and Jack helped me at that point. He went out and checked all my tires and discovered I had a screw in one of my tires, so we then went over my options... Jack too was very professional and explained everything very well When I went back in the next day for my appointment, I spoke with Cameron. He was just like the other two and very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. All three of those guys need to be recognized for their exceptional customer service, they really didn't skip a beat and are very knowledgeable about their jobs! Thanks again for outstanding customer service.

Competitive price on tires but tech didn't know what they were doing. I'm deployed and my wife took our 1996 Nissan van in for tires. Asked her to tell them no weights on the outside of the wheels. There are now weights on the outside! They also put the center cap on wrong and cracked it. Luckily a friend of ours noticed the cap didn't look right and put it on correctly (he doesn't even service tires for a living) before it fell off and was lost. So very dissatisfied. May have to rethink using them now. DO THE JOB RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME!
