I stopped at two local shops, Discount and Sooner so I'll compare the two. At Sooner, I was greeted with a sign on the wall that said they charged $25 rack fee to put a car in the air and $65 to see what it needs and give an estimate. When I commented that was not a standard practice in the area, I was told they did not need my business and to leave. I then went to Discount and was treated with respect and given a very fair free estimate by Lee, clearly a professional who knows his stuff. I asked him about different options and he answered all my questions. Discount got my business and, per their request, Sooner will not get any more although I had done business with previous owners since the late 1970's. My advice: Forget Sooner, Use Discount Muffler.

I wouldn t go anywhere else to get my exhaust serviced. one of the only ones that doesn t refuse to work on mine either. They are super friendly and they do exactly what I ask for regardless of them trying to talk me out of it lol. My car had a y pipe into a muffler and went over the axle and out the end stock someone cut my exhaust so I went to the junk yard got new exhaust and it rusted out and fell apart so I just had them put brand new true duals an h pipe and install 2 glass packs for me and dump it before the axle from scratch. I m very happy with the sound and performance. Also had them install some stubborn o2 sensors for me because I didn t have the tools. However at the time my car was misfiring and they told me it was because I didn t have exhaust and changing the air flow would make it worse but they were wrong I agree with that slightly but my car wasn t missing because of my exhaust it was because a wire to my fuel injector was shorting out fixed the wire and now it doesn t misfire even with the new exhaust! Wrong advice but good work! And good prices!

Last year my Y pipe needed to be fixed and Jesse gave me a great price and had my car in and out the shop in less than 3 hrs. This year when my driver side manifold broke I went straight to this location and was quoted a great price again and greeted again by Jesse he is super friendly and had my car out again and running quiet and smoothly again. I could not recommend this place enough.Service: Exhaust

Super fast and super friendly service! Both catalytic converters were stolen off my truck one night in the middle of a drive across the country and Jesse had me back on the road in a couple of hours, no problem. Great dude and great service I d give Jesse 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic. I have known their business over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is superb and the prices always more than fair. And an added bonus, they weld almost anything and weld kids toys free.

I am rating the shop on 23rd and MacArthur. I needed a muffler along with some pipes w/ tips installed on my 97 K1500. Other muffler shops I'd call were all booked, so I worked my way down the list. This Discount Muffler was able to help. Lee was awesome to work with as he gave me several different options on how to run my pipes. He was very patient and treated me like a normal human being. As soon as I decided which route to go with, him and Justin got right to work. I'm very meticulous about quality of work when it comes to auto repair shops, regardless of price of the work. I brought my own materials in, so fitment issues were a possibility. These guys definitely did an amazing job. Quality and customer service was great! I would recommend taking your vehicle here if you need quick work done.

Folks, this is your warning. Listen to the other 1 Star review, that person was spot on. If I would ve seen the review before taking my business to this shop I never would have. The guy does shotty work and he s a complete rip off. When he started his; I ve been doing this for 40 years, that s when I should ve ran. After he destroyed my vehicles performance I had to take it to another exhaust shop and they felt so sorry for me by falling for his bs they gave me a 20% discount. They said I m not the first person to come to their shop after going to discount muffler and they won t be the last unless people start listening to these TRUTHFUL reviews! Run, just run! Since I picked up my new car, I've had two exhaust jobs done on it. I started off with a resonator delete, but that didn't give it enough sound so I just had a Vibrant 1040 muffler installed. Both times it was Jesse (and one of the twins, can't remember his name); first at the shop on Britton, and then he happened to be at the shop on MacArthur today.They did a great job both times, for a great price ($80 for the res delete, and another $80 for the install, which ended up being more work than he expected but he honored his initial price).Definitely recommend this place!

Exhauste literally disintegrated in less than 3 months and he wouldn't stand by his work and replace it. Wanted me to purchase another muffler at full price. Obviously I went somewhere else.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The guy that works in the office is very rude and curses a lot and he doesn t even know who I am to be talking so disrespectfully. Asked this guy to do a job and I understand he couldn t do it for a reason but come on man have some respect by the way you re talking very rude and disrespectful I went elsewhere and they got the job done and did a great job I wouldn t recommend this place at allService: Exhaust

On a road trip when a snow tire chain off a tractor trailer hit my car and caused an exhaust leak. Was trying to get back to NC and these guys had my car fixed in under an hour. Lee was really helpful. Went over all my options and explained the cost and time difference for a repair vs a replacement of the part. Ended up going with the repair which was pretty cheap! Got us back on the road and out of Oklahoma in no time.

Lee & his crew was Great! ..Brought my sons 81 Trans Am in for some exhaust work ..Work was done fast and price was reasonable ..Very Friendly service ..Lee & Discount Muffler will get all my Exhaust business from now on ..!

Huge waste of time. Supposed to open at 7am, guy doesn't show up till 745. I needed a flange cut off an rewelded and he tells me they are so busy they can only do it in their free time and it's going to cost $85hr. I live right down the street and the place is dead 12hrs out of the day. I do not recommend this place!!

I took my mothers car in for catalysts parameter problem from reading the ecu and these guys said it needs a new converter. This was only nine months ago anyway..we got more bad reading and engine lights come back saying the converter is bad again. I ended up taking to an actual dealership where the car was purchased and they said whoever did this cut the flange off the part and it was a used catalytic converter so customers need to beware ..thanks for putting used parts on customers cars ....BEWARE

Needed an exhaust leak fixed that caused my lexus to be louder then it should, he had multiple options on how can be fixed &if it last longer... fixed the problem in no time , great price .. hey i definitely recommend .. Really

They cant even weld a v band clamp to a header. Let alone didnt even know what a v band was. If you need a good muffler shop go to discount muffler off of britton rd. Jesse is awesome and will gladdly help figure out an alternative to get the problem fixed.

Lee and Justin, know what their doing ! just had my 3rd car modified with Flowmaster's 16 hell cat , one glitch with the electronic flutter baffles, but all is great . Thanks again guys , i would recommend to all my buddies !
