Cannot say enough how happy I am with David's service. He took care of my car's minor dent right there and then, even found and fixed a few tiny ones I hadn't seen, and for a great price. Everyone inside the shop was kind and friendly as well.

It's a honor to buy tools from one of the most reputable companies in the industry. They have the best whale tales ever made, their history and the way this team has stayed together shows so much strength. I'm glad to know they are a HUGE part of our industry. So many of my tools are from Dentcraft I wouldn't know where to begin without them.

David and his team did a phenomenal job repairing a large dent in my Honda Accord. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and the price was very good as well. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We have been buying our tools from Dentcraft since 2001. They have the greatest customer service in the industry. Love their tools. Everything they make is the highest of quality. I have never had anything break or bend from them. Only time I ve had to replace a tool was because I lost it. You can t beat their whale tails.

Dentcraft is a great company! They have some of the strongest tools available and at very reasonable prices and have always treated me very well. They are especially known for their whale tails and their side panel hook set.

Took a class and bought my tools from him in Shreveport La over 15 years ago. His knowledge of the correct procedure was great. The tools still are in perfect condition all these years later. With the hail we get in this area, I stay busy doing my trade.

Have been in the business for 10 years and have yet to find any rods that match the dent craft quality. Others have bent or folded almost immediately. I still use my 10 year old dentcraft rods on a daily basis. And as for the lifetime warranty I had one ultra thin whale tail turn over on me and they sent the new one out no questions asked before even receiving the old one!!!! ONLY PLACE FOR TOP TIER PDR TECHS

Supreme quality tools hardened to perfection per individual tool. Rods have near zero flex, perfect angles, lots of power behind them, and comfortable handles for hands of all sizes. The whale tails and shaved tools are just malleable enough to manipulate into or around any brace you might come across while maintaining all the rigidity for precise pushes.DC is one of two of the only companies I have found that carries a truly complete line of tools and offers them at a much better prices. I share a near dentcraft exclusive work cart at a massive wholesale lot and have never had one break or bend in a way not intended. These rods push 24 hours a day, I'll update this review when I die just to prove they are lifetime tools.I do wish that dentcraft offered some sharper versions of their rods however the carbon steel allows for easy modifications without messing up the temper.Shipping has always been fast and easy without any hiccups over the past 9 orders (for my company and for my persinal sets)I highly recommend to any tech to purchase dentcraft wether theyret beginner or advanced. You won't be dissapointed.

Unfortunately this company is not serious, I have bought a hail set and decided to buy a full set after that, 2 days later, and I returned the hail set which it cost $525, plus accessories and 2 more tools I have bought before and they only refund me the tools and told me that was everything they have received!!! Its so complicated, if you couldn't trust in this company!! I have sent 15 pounds back and now, I lost my money and tools!!! Don't buy from this company, they aren't trustful! If the USPS delivered 15 pounds of products and you only reimbursed me for three products, the account does not close. Try to return something and draw your own conclusions. I can bet with you!
