It is bad when you are hit by another driver, but it is good when you end up bringing your damaged car to Davis Paint & Collision shop. Right from when I stepped into their door I had a good feeling. They were not only very friendly but know their business. Jeremy Wilkins noted areas damaged, that the other shop I went to for an estimate, did not. He took care of the insurance, which had estimated the damage way less than what the actual damage was. All I had to do is to pick it up after it was fixed and like new again. Thank you, Jeremy and the rest of the team for a job well done!

When we received our car back from the original repair, we began driving it and noticed some noises that weren't there before. Sean, the manager at Davis, reached out to express his interest in getting us back in quickly to solve the problem. We were able to schedule a return quickly and the additional repairs were completed in the same day. The car is now in the same condition as it was before the accident. A deer jumped in front of our car! So much damage to the front end. 9k to repair. This place did the job right and we got our car back about 10 days sooner than the estimate. Very happy with their work.

My car was damaged in my work place parking lot.I'm very blessed they were quick to offer to pay for the repairs.Davis has been in our community for years and have always been reputable.Davis gave me an estimate and scheduled my car. It did take 3 months to get an appointment but once I had one they connected with me to ensure I was still bringing it to them. The repair took 2 days longer than expected but I was kept in the loop via text as to where they were on my repair.I appreciated that they were willing to work with the unique process of county business office to collect the funds. Meaning they could have held my vehicle until payment was received but I'm so glad they didn't have to! My pups were missing their Subaru rides!The repair work looks great! Took my Jeep in because I got hit from behind. Talked with Jeremy, and he told me it would be fixed in about a week. They had it done 2 days ahead of schedule. Thanks guys, my wife is happy to be driving her vehicle again. Good service, good people, and CLEAN! Recommend to all.

Had an unfortunate theft to my vehicle and with the stress of it all the team here was amazing! They were able to get my car back to me with the repairs quickly. Courtney and Jessica were AMAZING! Great customer service and extremely easy to deal with. Davis Paint and Collision repaired body and wheel damage caused b an accident. From day one they were attentive, thorough and upfront. Everyone from beginning to end was courteous and friendly. Courtney B. was our estimator and did a great job communicating on a regular basis throughout the repair. The repairs took 7 days including getting the parts. I m very happy with the experience. My CRV looks and drives great. I highly recommend Davis Paint and Collision.Service: Body & Trim

They repaired my car in much less time than expected. It looks great. The insurance dealings were taken care of and I only wrote a check for the deductible. Easy peasy!

Took my wifes Corolla in for a repair, and while they did okay on the main repair, upon getting the car back there were scuff marks left in a few places on the car that were not there when we dropped it off. Mostly on the pass side of the hood, and rear pass quarter panel. I noticed the ones on the hood, and they "took care of it" but it looks like they just buffed it out. Noticed the others after we left and were putting gas in the car. I think it was probably just the tech's moving stuff around and setting their tools on the car and then scratching it badly. Should have never left the shop like that though. I won't be suggesting Davis to anyone. Also left a bunch of dried up detail product on the car. Least that's what I think it is.

Farmers insurance recommended Davis Paint so I took my car there to have my rear bumper on my Hyundai Elantra repaired. They did an excellent job and got my car in faster than it was scheduled. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and when to expect my finished car. Johnny was my go to guy, great experience, and amazing customer service from everybody. They re all great people. My car, Doris, looks amazing after her plastic surgery facelift new bumper, grill, headlight and casing, day time running light and casing, chrome, and paint matching my existing color. Davis made the whole experience great in every way. They went above and beyond from beginning to end with getting my truck repaired. The ladies that helped me are amazing. The coordination between the insurance company, rental car and keeping me informed were outstanding. And they did more than just the repair, they fixed other areas as well at no additional cost and without me even mentioning it. I will only rely on their service to repair my vehicle.

They did an amazing job with my jeep.I brought it in after the bumper and taillight was destroyed and when I picked it up, they gave it the TLC it desperately needed inside and out. All around excellent experience.

After an accident, the other person s insurance sent me to Davis s. It took about a month to get an appointment just for an inspection and then another month to make an appointment for repairs but understandable with the demand. The parts were on back order so another month goes by and I finally have an appointment to get the repairs, 4 months after the accident. 2 weeks later and my car is better than new! They even fixed a dent that was there when I bought the car. They kept me updated on estimated date finished. Only thing I would change is communication on exactly when it was finished. I only had a limited amount of time to return the rental that day and I had no idea if my car was finished or not. When I showed up it was already done and I hadn t been notified.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone we dealt with during the process was very courteous and professional, with regular updates and status of our job. We ve dealt with this great company in the past and were not disappointed this time. This is a 5-star company all the way!We had an opportunity to work with Davis Paint & Collision on an issue with our vehicle. Contacts with the company were always very positive and the attitude expressed to us was that our car would be fixed and we d be taken care of. That was exactly what happened and we were very pleased. Absolutely a great place to get body work done. They are extremely professional. You always know what is going on with your vehicle and when to expect it to be finished. In fact, they called a few days early to tell me that I could pick it up. The work they did looks awesome and they also do a nice clean up on my whole SUV. They were awesome at keeping us up to date on everything. If there was a problem, they were quick to let us know thru text messages or phone calls. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and make sure I use them in the future. The car looks awesome I side and out. I just picked up my car from being worked on and I can tell you it was the most painless process! The communication of the employees on the work being done and updates were consistent and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I like the fact they were able to take my rental at this location and finish up the claim with the insurance without me needing to rearrange my schedule. 100% recommend.

I am SO GLAD that I chose Davis Paint and Collision for my Grand Caravans front end repairs after hitting a deer. The initial inspection was thorough and the procedure was explained to me in laymen's terms that were easy to understand. They worked very well with my insurance company so that there were no hidden surprises after the repairs. We expected to be without my van for @ 2 weeks, but they were finished in only 8 days! And... when I picked her up she was BEAUTIFUL!!! Nothing had been said and I didn't expect it, but they had expertly detailed my van! She looked better than the day that I had bought her! We had front bumper damage including grill and brackets. All was replaced and painted to match original paint. The repairs were done in 5 1\2 days and look outstanding (like new). Extra parts had to be ordered in that time frame when found further damage when the front was taken apart. We are very satisfied with the outcome. It did take over 2 months to get it in for repairs. They were really nice, and even though they kept apologizing for the wait, I felt everything was done very timely. From accident to fixed vehicle, it was 3 weeks. They explained everything, gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped my truck off, and they kept me updated on the progress. My truck looks better than it did before my accident. I hope u don t have anymore accidents, but I wouldn t hesitate to use Davis Collision again and I ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know.

My fianc� brought his vehicle here to get a body repair and paint job done and thankfully left before he allowed them to perform the work due to how rude the owner and secretary were. Customer Service isn t a thing here and they don t care for your business enough to be kind. Spend your money anywhere else.

The experience I had at Davis was awesome. They try to go out of there way to make life easy on the customer. From the rental car to taking my pike pass and oil change stickers off the old windshield and putting it on the new one. They even wash your car and vacuum it out for you!
