Best Thermo king Serivce in the nation. These guys came out to me and told me what was wrong with my reefer unit the minute I stopped in their parking lot. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the your service.

Needed an APU repaired before heading to the cold northeast. They got me done (new fuel pump and sensor wire repair) in plenty of time to make my load (which canceled! Go figure!). I highly recommend them and appreciate their efforts to get this grumpy old man back out on the road. Many thanks!

These good people installed an APU for a customer I sold a truck to. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Great communication. Not only got it done for the price originally quoted, it was done on time too. I will definitely recommend to my customers in the future.

My Heater wasn't working, so I checked in and was put in to a service bay within 45 minutes. Got it fixed in abt two hours. Fabulous!

Reefer wouldn't stay on more than 2 min, high coolant temperature and restart null codes.In and out within 3 hours. Pump and belts replaced. The tech also fixed my mud flap!Free coffee and television in the lounge that is still open!

Avoid these crooks!!! $440 to Chek my Trucks APU.... They found the #8 line has a pin hole and wanted $1500 to replace it, and that's not including the freon or labor... This shop is as crooked as they come... AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

They fixed my APU and plugged my fridge into shore power while my batteries were disconnected so that I didn't lose all of my food. AND they remembered to plug it back into my inverter when they were done! My mechanic really knew what he was doing. APU works great!

Nice people, excellent serviceFor 2000 miles I froze my butt off with a no heat apu because every tk shop was too busy to see me.This place took care of me on a Fri aft.Everyone I dealt with here was friendly and helpful.Russell did a great job getting me on my way.

Racist practices, I am Latino. I dropped the trailer and took my truck to the shop. When I came back they had booked the trailer with a service truck. When I called the fat woman said that I had to prove that I had paid. The tech was great.

Really pleasant shopping experience on my 2 new APU. We are from California and we land on great hands on Oklahoma. Definitely 5 stars experience

Traveling through OKC on our way to California. Needed shocks replaced on our RV, called CSTK, Mike said they could definitely try to put them on. We had the parts so got in next morning and they had them on and ready to roll in 2 hours. If we are ever in the area again and need repair on our RV we would call them first for sure!

I can't say enough good things about CSKT! Besides having to nearly rebuild the frame under my trailer, they had to replace a fender, rewire it and straighten the running boards. Everyone I worked with was knowledgable, polite and helpful! THANK YOU for a job well done!

the mechanic assigned to work on my apu was very kind told me what was going on..this nice lady offered my dog a cup of ice i was so thankfull since it was very hot..all in all great experience

Very nice and helpful staff. Got there first thing in the morning as they opened up. Replaced tripack fuel pump replaced in less than 3 hours.

Very professional, equipment looks clean and up to date. People very friendly. A pleasure to have them work on my unit. Got in and out quick. Didn't affect my load in the back of the trailer.

First off I want to say the mechanic that I spoke with was very good and he did talk with me at each point of the repair. To the person I spoke with the night before,if you don't know the price say so.Didn't care to much for how i was spoke to by the so called manager of the shop. If I'm a paying customer I should be treated that way ,not like someone who doesn't know his way around a engine. When someone I don't know is working on any part of my truck I want to be involved. The reasoning behind that ,I have been to other tk shops and seen things. It's almost like your trying to hide if you make a mistake. Think about this, you should never give any customer the ideal that your trying to hide an error.In closing the truck or trailer isn't your so, respect the person who owns it

They always do a great job. They get us in and out in usually half a day or less. We go there for all of our maintenance.

One of the shop lead guys had very bad customer service and bad listening skills it didn't feel very welcoming so I left and went where else. The lady the front desk seemed already irritated before I came but she wasn't as bad as the shop lead person

Very very rude. Took my reefer trailer in because it was not cooling properly. They said it was cooling like it should. And charged me over $100 just for "looking at it" I took the trailer to a different thermo king dealer and they found a lose belt and a hight pressure sensor bad. Problem from fixed.

I had water pump leaking on Saturday afternoon call them and told them 3.5 hours later was up and running they are superior in the thermoking busy as for turn around time thank to I believe it Russell

Took 3 1/2 hours working on my APU. It was working when i left.Shut down for the evening it wouldn't come on.Calling tomorrow.
