Do not recommend this Reno location for this establishment in the slightest. I got rear-ended in an accident, and the liable party's insurance covered all cost for repair.When this location had my car (a toyota 4runner), they had to fix the bumper and liftgate. When I was notified my car was ready to pick up:-The liftgate was an entirely different shade than the vehicle itself (it is Pearl, not true white).-The liftgate was also not adjusted to the car properly- The interior of the liftgate was not painted properly. It had overspray in areas as well as areas of the edge did not have any paint.- The bumper was so pinched up on the car it caused chipping.I left my vehicle with them as they ordered a new bumper and said they would fix the other issues.After waiting another 2ish weeks, I went to pick up my car again. The only thing that was touched was the exterior paint on the liftgate to fix the color. The interior paint was not touched as well as it was not re adjusted. The bumper was replaced but is pinched up on the car (they claim this is normal, I'm not a body work expert so can't say until I get a 2nd opinion from a different location).I decided to take my car as the office lady said the supervisor, Jerrad, would contact me so I wanted to disclose with him the issues. After speaking with Jerrad, I decided to give this location a '2nd' (technically 3rd) chance to fix my car properly as he said the person I addressed the issues with was let go and he (Jerrad) was only aware of the exterior paint issue and bumper.When bringing my car back in to get fixed, I also addressed another issue discovered, the top of the liftgate has a piece that has a VERY thin coat of paint that does not match the body and was scratched.When finally receiving my car back after everything, they did readjust the liftgate but now it is adjusted too close to the car. Since picking it up, it is now discovered the too close adjustment is causing the liftgate to now scratch the actual roof of my car and cause additional damage that my car was not brought in for.They painted the liftgate interior, but at this point it is just poor paint jobs painting over previous poor paint jobs multiple times where it feels rough in areas as well as the lip is still not properly painted as its missing paint.The top coat on the lift gate is also either chipping or there was just an area completely missed.Upon pick up, I also discovered the piece of the liftgate previously mentioned that had a very thin coating was not taken care of. I told Dave who handed my car over to me about the piece not being repainted and he said Jerrad would call me to schedule an appt to get it in and out same day as they were behind on paint jobs due to the paint line being replaced.I have not heard a single word since from the location nor do I want to at this point. I have had to take my car to a different location for the warranty work to attempt to get them to fix it. The status is currently pending as the manager from the other location has to call the manager from Reno to discuss the issues.This Reno location does not seem to care about the customers and especially do not care about their vehicles. I understand perfection cannot be achieved but it is apparent the workers do not care about even attempting to do a decent job on people's vehicles.

No one wants to deal with an accident or auto repair, but Crash Champions was amazing to work with. They called regularly and kept me updated and answered all my questions. They were friendly and kind and even finished my repair early. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service they had my car for almost 3 months and my car is still not fixed. Trash!!! Then have the nerve to avoid my phone calls when they were in the wrong. I repeat, do not take your vehicle to this place. They put a aftermarket hood on my car instead of original parts.They broke my driver's side window when I brought it to them.It was not broken. They replaced it And brought the new window back with scratches. Now I still need a new window and a original hood 4 months later.

The vehicle was damaged in June, but they would not take the vehicle for repair until October. The vehicle was not ready until February. They lied to me consistently from the first phone call until the day I picked it up.

Insurance sent us. Their communication was excellent, delivery was as fast as current part availability allowed, and the work on the front wrap and quarter panel appears perfect. At high speed, we felt a new wobble. They got it back to the shop to which they'd farmed that out, and no more wobble.

Has had my car over a month. They call me the day it's supposed to be completed, and tell me my engine has locked up. It was running fine when it went in. If went in for a bumper replacement. They have been given me the run around for the last week.

Took car in to have bumper fixed. Told it would take 10 days. Return to pick up car. Bumper sits crooked and paint job is bumpy with exposed metal and head light that should have been replaced has new damage. Return car to get fixed again. No problem things happen. 2nd time to get car bumper placed correctly but paint job bumpy with more exposed metal. Head light is fixed but still has crack from accident. 3rd time told car is ready, paint is now smooth but still exsposed metal. I waited while they fixed paint. Finally, took car home and notice there is more damage done to my car: paint scraped down to metal on door frame, plastic piping around bumper has gouges and scrapes on both sides of the car. After three attempts to fix my car, its still messed up with new damage and a cracked headlight. The only good thing is the ladies in the office are nice and helpfull. But the manager after the first attempt to fix my bumper tells me my car had been in a previous accident. My car never was. He was trying to cover up that they made my car worse and don't know what they are doing.

My truck was wrecked and was taken this body shop. The work wasn't done correctly the first time which then caused more damage to occur. They did warranty the work they didn't do correctly but wanted me to pay out of pocket for the damage that occurred due to their tech not installing fender liners correctly. Said they called me multiple times and emailed me. Yet I have no missed phone calls from them. I took it back for them to fix their mess up. Guess what. Fender liner is still messed up. And they decided because they couldn't get the pumper mounted by all the bolts and nuts to just cut 2 of the bolts off. They used the wrong body clips to install the fender liners and well they are coming off again the trim above my bumper is coming off as well even though they claimed to have fixed it and pay in new parts. They got paid a hefty amount of money from the insurance company yet can't seem to do the job they were paid for correctly!!!

I've had to use this body shop a few times due to unforseen circumstances. They're friendly and knowledgeable, if you need a rental car they have a Enterprise on site. The work is usually good and if they've missed something they're happy to make it right.

Took my car to service king to repair some pretty bad damage to the right hand side of my car and was quoted a reasonable amount of time for the repairs. When the car was done, I noticed some major issues with the paint and took the car back to get it corrected. They took care of the issue and then I noticed some issues with how the interior was put back together. Those were fixed pretty easily without having to take the car back.The new passenger side mirror shook like it was loose and tried several times to get them to replace the mirror and provide a loaner car (like they did before). I was told they wouldn t provide me with a rental and would have to drop it off but they would provide me with an Uber code. That wouldn t work for me because I work in the funeral business and can t dictate my schedule or leave families waiting. Finally, I was able to leave work an hour early and pick up the mirror to repair it myself. On top of that I noticed a trim part that was broken by them and stuck back in the vehicle with silicone. As much as I liked the people there, I simply wouldn t recommend using these folks until their level of quality and commitment to customer service increases.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The drop off experience was great, but it all went downhill from there. This company needs to learn to better communicate with their Customers and provide details about the repairs. Also, they need to stop giving a set date for the completion of repairs if that deadline cannot be met, as it only causes unnecessary frustration for the Customers. Finally, when I did get my vehicle back the alignment was not right, and I was welcomed with a flat tire from a zip tie in their shop that was jammed into my tire. This Shop was made fully aware this is my family s only vehicle, so bringing the vehicle back on their schedule to complete the repairs that should have been completed properly the first time, especially considering they had my vehicle for over a month, was not feasible after I picked my vehicle up and dropped off the rental vehicle. If I have any advice, avoid this company at all costs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car got into the shop on December 8th for collision repairs. The shop staff was very communicative throughout the whole process. My car repairs were completed today (12/23), which is sooner than expected. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot. They did an excellent job. Don't know what kind of work they do yet but they are kind people. My car is extremely damaged I mean all the body and every window not even knowing the inside waiting for an estimate. I am being patient with them because I understand. I have a rental car,and grateful for that.

I like the fact that they were able to get me in earlier than the other body shops. The lady at the front desk had a little attitude. I was also double charged and then refunded. I came in on Friday and didn t get my $ back until Tuesday. I was told not to wash my cars for 1 month to make sure the paint would stay. Today is approximately the time was allotted. Today I went and washed my car and realized they didn t properly put my trunk back together. Oh and the service I came in for, was to have my bumper replaced and I guess painted and now my trunk looks sloppy and not well put together. So um yeah, that s why the 3 stars

Took car for repair. Got estimate and left it there to be fixed. After 2 weeks, I returned to check on my car and no repairs were even started. Had to tow my car out of there

They did a great job repairing my bumper and light that was hit but I'm incredibly disappointed in how their service and communication was handled.I had to constantly reach out to them about updates. They told me my car was finished when it wasn't. Then tried to make me pay $500 because they didn't keep track of the record payments. I had to get my insurance involved.On top of that I noticed once I picked up that my front bumper is cracked. I tried contacting them twice Saturday when I picked up my car and three times Monday. No one called me back. When I called them today to come look at it they claimed it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't repair it.If you're going to use these people double check your car when you go to pick it up and expect to be on them about updates. In the end they may appear nice but my experience its another scummy auto place trying to weasel out of blame or get more money out of you.

Service King managed to complete my repair nearly 2 weeks early from the original estimate. They were able to use their resources to find parts early during a time where it seems like everything is on back order. They kept me informed during the entire process. I am very pleased with the end results.

Came here 8 months ago to get my car repaired after a wreck. They had it a month. When I got it back I called to let them know there were unused car parts in my trunk and they didn't replace one of the passenger mirrors. Never got a call back, but did have to spend $1000 on my car the other day to replace the long list of things service King said they repaired and didn't. The new parts in the back were some of the parts they claimed to have replaced as well. They left me driving a genuinely unsafe car. While I do have the paper showing the repairs they said they made along with a warranty, I would never bring my vehicle back to these people to "make it right". I can only assume they would lie about doing the work again.Receptionist was nice though

Been waiting for them to call me back to book me for repairs. Had to get state farm to send me to a different repair shop. Its been over 4 monts and still no call back. Thnaks to collision boss on sw 44th street that are working with the insurance to get my car fixed

Was promised a pick up time on the 10th and after the tenth came and went i have gotten ZERO communication from them. I had to call them and find out what happened to my car. they gave me some paint matching or assembly excuses on the 15th! Now i know they DAMAGED my car during the repairs and are trying to cover it up! I contacted my insurance company to complain, hope all will do same if they have had bad communication and service, the more they have complaints on file then maybe the insurances companies will not use or recommend them any more! Do your part and file a complaint with your insurance to prevent this from being a company they use. DO NOT OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the second time we have used Service King for repairs for our vehicle that's been involved in two different accidents, both times it was there it was an amazing process from start to finish, we were informed of everything that was done at every step and repairs were completed way better than we had expected, we will always be Service King customers and have referred them to many friends and family members. I went to get my 2013 Chevy Silverado looked at for body damage repairs at Service King at 6501 W. Reno in Oklahoma City, the Service Writer Andy Stewart, told me WORD FOR WORD that what i have to say does not matter and that his job is only to make it cheaper for the insurance companies, and that He is not the one writing the checks.I then was told by the new district manager Michael Wyatt, that i needed to take my truck to 420 West Kilpatrick Turnpike, and i would be taken care of.Today December 30th, 2022I took my truck to 420 W Kilpatrick Turnpike at 8:30 AM and got my rental truck. I was gone for approximately 45 mins. when Trent called and told me they were refusing to work on my truck, so I am now out Gas, Turnpike tolls, and a Half Day from Enterprise rentals.I will add Edwin, the Manager at Enterprise was really great.Service King Collision-5501 W.
