This shop and mechanics are 10/10 stars! They had a huge project on my Camry XSE replacing the entire assembly to my panoramic sunroof! They had the job done within just a few days of dropping it off all while cleaning my car leaving no mess behind! My new go-to place! I went to 5 other clinics and this place got me in the fastest, had the BEST customer service and gave me the lowest estimate. My car needed front bumper, headlight and grille repair, they were able to reduce the estimated time for fixtures by an entire WEEK. Dixie at the front had the best customer service, and Bill, who was with me for my estimate was able to walk me through comfortably through all the steps. Left my car looking amazing! Will definitely be coming here again for future repairs!

Amazing service!! Was able to get me in next day for an estimate when others couldn t. Immediately started the work and had my car back to me a week before the estimated completion! Great work! Would recommend and will be going back should I need any more help!

Collision Clinic had my car in and out for a rear bumper repair in three days. This was 6 days quicker than originally promised. The car had been vacuumed inside with a wipe down of the dust. My car looked beautiful when it was returned. I was kept informed daily of the repairs through their texts. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. i will definitely be back if I should need more repairs in the future.

I ve taken my car to Collision Clinic twice over the past three years. They have been extremely professional, constantly, updating me on where they were with my car repair. The office staff and technicians treated with respect and courtesy. They even took care of returning my rental car for me. I would highly recommend Collision Clinic!

My car went into the shop after the last ice storm, and they had it done almost a week sooner than they had anticipated. They called me almost every day to let me know the progress of my vehicle, and the days that they did not call me I received a text message updating me on my vehicle. Definitely recommend!!

When my vehicle was hit - my mechanic, who has the highest standards - recommended Collision Clinic. Brandon Lemon kept me informed the entire time my car was being repaired, and any delays were because of my insurance company. Brandon made sure my car was repaired properly, and it looks fantastic! This shop does a great job, they're honest and work with integrity, and they put the customer first. Five Star Recommendation from me!

Collision Clinic did great on my repair! My vehicle has sensors all over it for all sorts of driving assist options and everything was replaced and working perfectly...on top of that my vehicle looks great! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I will never take my cars anywhere else for repair! This shop was A+ from the first phone call, to pick up of my jeep. They kept me updated on my repairs and estimated time of completion, customer service was very friendly and fast. And I never had to deal with insurance again after it was in their hands! Also, my car came back looking better than when I first got it! They went above and beyond, cleaning my car out and fixing other minor bangs. I will be referring anyone I know who needs work done, to this shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Very satisfied! They were kind, polite, and very professional! I took my car to get the rear bumper fixed from a hit and run and they fixed my car in less than a week! I couldn t even tell it had been damaged! They even washed my car and cleaned/vacuumed the inside! Excellent body work performed and the customer service was excellent as well from start to finish. Furthermore, the text message option that I opted to use was very helpful and precise. I was alerted when my car repairs started as well as a date of when my car would be ready for pickup which ended up being updated to being ready for pickup a week earlier,and to make a great experience even better my vehicle was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. Overall, it was a great experience and Collision Clinic will be my preferred body shop in OKC.

Johnny S. was my contact person and in charge of my car while it was being repaired. He always kept me informed and updated with the status of my car repair. He is straightforward and truthful. I was treated with respect and kindness. My concerns were always addressed professionally and promptly. My car looks perfect. When I called the shop, Caroline always ensured I was able to speak with Johnny or leave a message if he was with another customer. She helped me with a diagnostic reading on my car as well. I will definitely recommend this shop due to my experience.

Collision Clinic replaced the outer shell on my driver side doors, and they did excellent work. They well very good at communicating with me throughout the repair process as well. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle repaired here. They worked with the insurance company so I didn t have to worry about that side of things which is another major plus.
