I ve updated my review to 1 star. This business is having its own employees give the business 5 star reviews in order to offset the bad ones they get. This is so unethical they deserve zero stars.Original review below:As a business manager in the powersports industry, engaging with 15,000 to 20,000 customers annually, I deeply value customer satisfaction and transparency. Unfortunately, my experiences with Classic Chevrolet starkly contrasted with these principles, resulting in the loss of two vehicle sales.During my first encounter with Classic Chevrolet, when leasing a car for my wife, we faced nearly $1,500 in mandatory, non-negotiable add-ons. This inflexibility drove us to Carter Chevrolet in Okarche, where a more customer-oriented approach led to a successful lease of a 2024 Equinox.More recently, I approached Classic Chevrolet intending to lease a brand new Camaro LT1. However, the dealership's insistence on including unnecessary add-ons, notably a redundant $595 tracking unit, was a major turn-off. This was especially frustrating considering the vehicle was already equipped with OnStar, making the additional tracker superfluous. While I recognize the professionalism of Daniel Trulove and Frank Chavez at Classic Chevrolet, their inability to remove these needless add-ons significantly impacted the potential deal. This experience was in sharp contrast to my dealings with Carter Chevrolet, where the emphasis on customer needs and preferences was evident.Consequently, I returned to Carter Chevrolet and completed the lease of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado RST last night, marking another instance where Classic Chevrolet's rigid policies resulted in a lost sale. This experience underscores the importance of customer-centric practices in the auto industry. Classic Chevrolet's unwavering stance on non-negotiable add-ons not only cost them two significant sales but also highlights an industry-wide issue where dealership policies can eclipse customer needs.I hope this review encourages Classic Chevrolet and similar dealerships to realign their sales strategies more closely with customer expectations.Attached is a photo of the two vehicles we acquired from Carter Chevrolet in Okarche. I highly recommend speaking with Aaron Riel there, who exemplifies honesty and integrity in his dealings. Expect to be treated more like a friend than a customer right from the start.

After reading reviews, I decided to buy a truck from them. They even drove to my son's home to pick me up for a test drive. Their goal goes far beyond the sale, It's based on customer satisfaction at every step. From the sale to the service Dept, they take care of you, It's that simple. it's been many years since I've seen this kind of commitment from a dealership. My next truck purchase will be from the folks at Smicklas Chevrolet.

One of the more reliable, professionally managed parts departments in the OKC metro area. Knowledgeable staff is eager to help, in addition to selling parts. They don't try to pretend that they know everything, but they'll go above and beyond to try to find an answer toward a functional solution. Clean and well maintained. A shadow of what parts departments were a couple of decades ago, but most things are diminished in the new era, despite the evolutionary improvements. I definitely recommend.

My service guy would not return my calls. I had my son drive me there and spoke with a very nice woman in service dept who helped. I still don't believe I need a new motor. First brand new car I've ever bought/owned. Got it there in 2007. Have had more than one issue with the service techs. My car has never been wrecked and I am not "hard" on any vehicle. I took such pride in my car. Now it sets in my driveway dead. And they wanted almost 8 grand for just the motor. That didn't include all of the other issues they claimed it had. I had never had but one problem with it before the motor issue and that was the alternator.

Tried two weeks to contact someone beginning of January to cancel a extended warranty on a vehicle I purchased from them but sold elsewhere. After two weeks Ms Porter answered my call and sent off paperwork. Said to wait 6 weeks. I waited 8-9 before trying to call again because of not receiving the refund. It s been a week of transferring to a finance persons voicemail with no return call. Ms Porter is no longer with the company. Good thing I do seasonal work and it s slow. I can now start to go down every day and see what happens and talk to other potential clients to let them know the lacking of service after a vehicle is sold.

I had an appointment yesterday originally with Carlin but switched to Kenneth two days in advance. I show up and Kenneth brings out the truck doesn't tell me anything about year mileage previous owners nothing. We then go on a test drive which was about a mile and a half and he told me to go back to the dealership. I asked if they would come down in price about a thousand bucks and he kind of laughed and went to talk to the manager he then brings out a piece of paper with the msrp price of the USED vehicle that now has 70000 miles he. He didn't ask if i had a trade in or anything just didn't want to work with me. I really wanted to buy that truck but now I'm not so sure if smicklas gets my business i drove an hour there and an hour back on a wasted trip

Colton Hopkins is the man who is willing to serve you and meet your needs! I went in there last time and had a terrible experience with another salesperson. Went in a couple months later and Hopkins ended helping me find a vehicle for a family member. Even on he s day off he was willing to go an extra mile to help us out. I just want to say thank you Colton Hopkins!

They are awesome and very involved in the community. This month they are donating children's shoes to a local charity for each car sold. Check them out!

WORST SERVICE IN THE PLANET. Do not buy a car from these people. They will rip you off. The manager is rude and obnoxious. They are down right the worst place to buy or service your car. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Very poor customer service... We had to force the employee to get words out of him... I was sleepy or what do I know... But the employee made us lazy... They should hire employees with more energy...Muy pobre la atencin al cliente.. El empleado le teniamos que sacar las palabras a fuerzas.. Trai sueo o que se yo.. Pero nos dio flojera el empleado.. Que pongan empleados con mas energia..
