Light trailer department saved the day after hitting a massive pothole outside of Oklahoma city on my travel trailer. Well let's say it was a crater. After damaging my axle and bending two leaf springs I was unable to finish my trip from California to Missouri. Luckily they had all the parts in stock and I was able to do a roadside fix and continue my trip. Thanks for saving the day

The guys at City Trailer are simply amazing and truly wonderful people, all of them. We came into town just driving through to our destination and realized that our bearing was going out on our trailer. Called Travis at City Trailer. He told us to come and they would take a look. They spent over an hour making sure we were safe to go.If you need any thing these guys are who you need. Real people who do a great job and care about their work and professionalism.Thank you so much guys all of you at City Trailer.We could not be more thankful for your help.

We had a trailer breakdown and we went to City Trailer for parts. To our utter amazement and happiness, they volunteered to come fix our trailer. We did not even know they offered the service. They were professional, kind, and fair priced. We considered this a small miracle and kept our trip on track. We are so grateful for this company doing their job so well.

Been today to fix leveling valve on a tow away trailer. The broker was supposed to pay for the repair and when the guys were almost done, the broker backed down from paying. Had to tell them to stop working on it. They brought it back in the original state and worked me a deal, since it wasn t my fault. Most places don t even care about those things.Definitely polite respectful and professional.Will recommend them to every trucker friend i have.Thank you

I don t encourage any to buy there trucks you can t finish 2 weeks one the when you take I bought truck from them I got Radiator leaking on the way going pa they don t help and one week later Electric problem come out i spend close 10000 and still in shop 5 weeks now not finished i referred 3 other somali guys the last guy he was telling me yesterday my truck started like your truck problem it is hazard run away before you run with out Shoes

I called for availability before 0900 & was told to come right in. Service was done in a timely, competent manner & the hospitality was even better yet. Brandon in the service department is the man to see if you re in the area & need help. I would gladly do business with them again.

I have had my 2015 retinauer trailer for 2 years now. During that time I have had constant brake issues. I think I have finally put all of that to rest. The City trailer mechanics did an amazing job. Not only did they walk me around and show me all of the work that they did but they also showed me the parts that they replaced. I have had a lot of work done on my trailers and my trucks and this place gives you great value for the money. I highly recommend them. Additional information I was just in and worked with Roy Roach on the purchase of 2 of my trailers and I can report that Roy was very fair and now I am his biggest fan!

Short term an long term parking review.They have short term parking that was $10 per day last time I used it. It is based on your check-in and check-out time. Long term parking was ~$180/month last time I asked about it, and they had a wait list for spots. They are in a premium location and have 24/7 onsite staffing for the parking lot. Because of that they are probably the most expensive place for long term parking in OKC. I pay $100/month to park in another secure lot that is gate access by code and not staffed. When I used to take very little time off I would use their daily parking, the $10/day is very competitive. It is a dirt lot, so it can be pretty nasty when wet.The staff I dealt with at the gate are really awesome and nice people. I'll not show up for months and they will still remember me. The only negative to this place is the monthly parking price, but they are able to charge those prices because of their location and the 24/7 staffing.

This is a great place to have any trailer work done. Excellent customer service and will get your equipment fixed in timely manner. Helped me out at closing time when I broke the glad hand off my trailer. They replaced it and didn't even charge me. There labor rate, at 80 dollars, is very competitive.

My company had me go and pick up two end dumps to add to our fleet. Even though we had equipment issues due to the truck I was using. They handled everything in a quick professional manner and went to the furthest extent to make sure we could get the trailers off the yard. Thank you Roy, and everyone else who helped!

When it comes to aligning my trucks, David, Robert and everyone in the alignment shop at City Trailers have done an excellent job for me. When time is money, you can count on these guys to efficiently get it it done and get you back out on the road.

Always have good experiences with the heavy truck and trailer department but this last go around was with the Medium duty truck and trailer department wasn t so good. The service was lossy couldn t get a straight forward honest answer if they knew what to do or knew how to fix the brakes and someone smoked inside my brand new truck.

Secured parking facility. They also are able to service and maintain your equipment. We have had custom paint jobs done to a semi and trailer along with purchase all of our parts from them. Great people.

Bought my used semi 4 months ago, has had a terrible pull to the right. Swapped steer tires side to side with no luck. Took it to the alignment shop where David and Robert and their team aligned it and reswapped the steer tires to keep them going the right direction. Also had another shop replace my carrier bearing and they timed my driveshaft wrong. Robert retimed my driveshaft. It is a totally different truck now, steers straight with one hand and driveshaft doesn't vibrate anymore. Thank you City alignment shop.

I had them replace brakes on the back axle of the trailer, left there drove to seattle, took 2 weeks off, left there and got an inspection and was put out of service because they didn't bolt the inner s-cam bushing back on. When I called in to complain, the service manager tried saying the bolts had came out in a month.His exact words were "yea, they don't usually come out in a month"I hate to say it, but if you going to have any work done on your truck or trailer there, make sure you check their work before you leave!!

Had some work done on my 40' gooseneck,and I wanted to give it a week before I gave a review. And I have to say I am completely satisfied. I recommend these guys for their work,and parking.

needed hinges put on trailer door in an emergency type situation..they got us right in & replaced hinges plus some extra...wonderful people....very fair pricing...would highly recommend to anyone

As a mechanic I use City Trailer alot for the trailer parts I need. The parts guys here know there stuff and will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need. They take care of there customers and I thank them for that.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Had to leave a trailer with a boat on it but was comfortable doing so due to the 24 hour on site security. Highly recommended!

This place is a secure parking has free showers, driver lounge and coin op laundry. Cost me $20 per night to park my trailer while at shop.

I went to them for alignment, they have a visual check and they said I have to wait two or three days for the gushings, I said I can't wait . They did nothing ,but I paid 206$.
