Called last week to get an estimate for replacing a picture window. Had to leave a message and they said someone would call to set a date and time. Guy called me the next day while I was taking my kid to school and had another appointment. He could not believe I just couldn't make myself available right then for him to come do the estimate. I called back to actually set an appointment and a week later, still no call back. I had Agnew glass come out and they are working on an estimate right now. City Glass - that's some sincere poor customer service.Updating review.....Another employee called and did indeed schedule another appointment to give us an estimate. However, the guy showed up an hour early and my daughter was the only one home. She's an adult so not too big of a deal. The problem, she didn't know I wanted and three different estimates for different types of windows. I'm giving them one more star, but they are still over priced and I can't trust them to be there when I need them.

Unfortunately, my car was damaged in the recent hail storm. So getting in anywhere at a reasonable time to get my windshield fixed was tough. Majority of the shops are booked up for the remainder of the year.I called city glass and they were able to get me in & get my windshield replaced VERY quick.The staff is amazing, everyone was so kind, & my windshield looks GREAT.Thank you guys so much !!!

Called them for a window fix on Friday, no one shows up til Tuesday. By that time I had already used a reliable company. Had the nerve to tell me I could've called them if I was cancelling. Good company if you don't need broken window fixed the same week.

I would rate this a zero if given the option. Customer service is horrible. HR manager along with staff are disrespectful and rude. They were told several times to not install windows into frame. We stated we would do this ourselves because it was a very easy installation. My husband went to pick up the windows and informed the staff that they were not suppose to do the installation. They stated "well they did install them". They charged us and would not refund our money back. I spoke with the HR manager and she stated that she could not do anything, but she would let the owner know. She then stated that he never goes into the shop and he may or may not call back. I will NEVER recommend City Glass and be sure to let everyone know about my experience.

Took off work for a shower glass install appointment. Was told someone would be at our home by 11am. Called them at 11:20am to see why nobody showed up. Was told "Yeah, our shower install guy didn't come in to work today and we haven't gotten around to calling his appointments yet to let them know. He should call you next week to re-schedule." WTH? If this company can't take care of customers better than this, then there is no way I'd trust them to install anything. These people are a lazy joke.

Terribly unprofessional. They will use the wrong size, wrong thickness and seal it in crooked but tell you that's "quality work" and they are fine with it. So disappointing.

Cannot say enough about the incredible people (Jennifer and Marissa) that always make sure our glass orders get done even on super short notice. We service the historic districts and their homes all contain single pane glass. If we go out on a job to replace the glass, we literally cannot wait days for a single piece of glass to be cut. That homeowner needs their window fixed that day!We were recently over in Tulsa working on some historic windows and I placed an order for a single piece of glass to be cut. After waiting for almost four and a half hours, I gave up and went to the local Ace hardware store to get the glass. I was honestly shocked when over a week later this glass company called me and let me know that my glass was ready! Thank you City Glass for understanding the needs of our historic neighborhoods and always being there to help us take care of our customers.

Provided an estimate over the phone for windshield repair, much lower than the big chain company on TV. Got my vehicle in quickly, fixed it fast with great quality, and for quoted price, no extras. Highly recommend.

As a former employee who left willingly and happily, I can tell you this place is completely unprofessional. I know, I got to see firsthand how long jobs took. And just knowing up close and personal how they treat their employees, I will never again suggest this place to anyone. We re talking poor work conditions (for inside and outside workers), bad attitudes, big egos, and so much immaturity. So much immaturity they decided to write a nasty clapback letter to my resignation letter, full of so many lies the other employees are laughing over it. It was a very happy wave goodbye that I gave that place. But seriously, go someplace where they treat their employees better. Employees who are treated right care more about the job they re doing for you.

Had my jeep window busted out along with 6 other people at one location. Called City Glass OKC and they gave me a quote instantly and it was quite a bit lower than the 3 others I got from other glass places. On top of that, they proactively reached out to the people I knew that were involved and gave them all the same great pricing (a discount we did not ask for or do anything for). I spoke with them at 8am and they had my window delivered (new car so not in stock) and installed before lunch. Great service, prices, and wonderful people work with in a moment that is stressful and painful to be in in the first place!

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.. I had my rear view mirror replaced less than a year and it falls off and damages my entire front window. Went back and explain that the mirror just fell damaging my window and of course was told that happens a lot and she would have to see what the owner says. Come's back and says he said there's nothing they can do about it. Whatever they used to replace my mirror wasn't strong enough to hold or wasn't properly replaced to last longer than a year and because of that it has damaged my window to the point of replacement and you as a company takes no responsibility. From reading previous reviews. They don't hold themselves accountable for anything. I don't want anything 4 free. However, In my opinion, the right thing to do was to offer some sort of a discount on the replacement of $185 window. I paid $10.00 to replace a rear view mirror to end up less than year later having to pay close to $200 for entire window replacement. I wish I would have read the reviews FIRST. #Bad business and horrible customer service. Never Again.

I ve gone through OKC Glass in the past and they were great. I just called to make an appointment (it s Friday, and wanted to do it early next week, hopefully Monday). The lady on the phone was kinda rude, she insisted that I take all 3 of my fleet vans into their shop. I mentioned that they have always come out to our location in the past, and she again said I should come to her, and that they were too busy to come to me.She didn t ask if there was a better day that wasn t as busy, she just said come to her.Well their website clearly says they will come to you, and they have came here the multiple times I ve used them before.Well, I said I would have to go somewhere else, she said Have a nice day and hung up I am the only vehicle mechanic at my location, with zero spare time to drive 3 vans to their location and wait all day, but apparently OKC Glass doesn t need my repeat business. So problem solved, I won t give it to them.

Had a broken window at a house less than a mile from their office. Thought we would give them a shot. We got scheduled and were "one the route" for just a day or two after our call. But they 'no showed' us, no call, nothing. We called and they apologized and would 'reschedule' us for the next day. That cycle repeated 3 times - scheduled 3 days, and no one shows up. Tough if you have to take off work to be there to meet them! I called frustrated and I cancelled my order. Poor service, and lack of customer service.

Best. Experience. Ever. I had my car's window busted earlier this week and was able to come in, get a quote (awesome pricings) and get it fixed super quickly! The people here are super friendly, clear and precise about everything and I left feeling great about the window, the people working here AND my wallet. :) Thank you guys so much!

Ordered a custom pattern glass top for my rectangular dining table. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks. Finally received the glass 30 days after I placed my order. Didn't notice until a few days later that one of the edges was squiggly and not exact to the pattern. Called and spoke to Tim who manufactured the glass. Tim flat out told me that I had "too high expectations" and that I need to live with his shoddy work and that he was not going to do it again.Wow, I've never spoken to someone so rude before. I paid over $450 for the glass, damn right I have high expectations. Now waiting for the owner to call me back and all I can do is leave a negative review to warn others to stay away.

We built a house in 2016 with over $50k worth of City Glass products/services. The whole project was a disaster from misordering materials, incorrect installation and negligent workmanship. Everyone has been "nice" but sadly, incompetent. For example, our front door has leaked since day one and I continued to call City Glass for it to be fixed and every time they turned to caulk for the solution. Of course, we are outside of our one-year-warranty period now and hired an independent contractor to investigate the issue -- improper installation by City Glass. I talked to Marvin last week to discuss remedy for the time and money we have put into solving the issues and damage they caused, but conveniently he reminded me that we are outside warranty and he wishes they would have had the opportunity to fix the problem first. Well, they did have the opportunity .... about five times, but caulk just can't solve faulty installation. We are fortunate to have found a contractor that takes pride in his work -- investigating the situation as a whole, determining the cause and implementing the proper solution. Save yourself $ and frustration by steering clear of City Glass.

They will always get my service. This is the 3rd time I've used them. Once was for a windshield and twice now for my house. Great work and very professional on top of being quick.

I used this company to come out to my house and make some repairs. The service guy stole my wedding ring from my house and I never was able to get it back. The company didn t really care. That is a sentimental piece that I will never be able to replace. Do not use this company! They will send you a thief!

Window Damaged at our office, Call City Glass recommended by our insurance, they tell us someone will call within the week to come out and have a look. week and a half goes by, Calls again, they say sorry, its been busy, have to take down our info all over again, promises a call within the week. That was now two weeks ago... Guess they don't want our business,

This is the first time I have ever taken to review a company. I have never been more disrespected in my entire life. Worst customer service I have ever received. The girl that answers the phone who is extremely rude put me on hold 3 different times for over 8min a time. Asked to speak to a manager and put me on hold again. I would live windowless the rest of my life rather than go back to that company. Wish I could give less stars

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I cannot give them less!!!I ordered a window from them, the told me that it would be 5 days. I waited the 5 days and never heard back from them so I called. Spoke with a lady on the phone who said that they don't have my window and she would check on it and call me back. After not hearing from her the whole day I called again in the afternoon, same lady answered and said that she forgot to look into it so for me to hold while she researches it. After a while she gets back on the phone and tells me it'll be additional 5 days. Apparently the place they get the windows from had a machine down or something. So another 5 days go by, I called to see if my window is in and they said and I quote - Nope, window is not in and I don't know when it'll be in. I asked if there is anything to do or check and they lady was like -Ummm, what do you want me to do? It's not in. Sorry!I got a call the next day that my window is in ( the call came in 10 min before their closing time on a Friday) So all in all I ordered my window on the 9th and got it on the 29th (far cry from the 5 days) Also the window was for a rental property that couldn't pass inspection without it so I lost a lot more money in revenue that the window cost itself.NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT THIS PLACE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They cut 3 peices of glass for an old cabinet. The woman at the counter was nice. The man cutting the glass did a great job. He even double checked it to make sure it fit perfectly before I left. Great folks!

if you want good service go to Primos auto glass they dont rip you off like this place i had my front and back windshield with rear defrost and tint on my honda crv replaced for a total of 298.00 for both. and its guaranteed.. the customer service was alsome also... these people at city glass act like you need them....

Horrible customer service. I contacted them March 15 about getting my window fixed; it's May 1st and I just had to call them today to see when they're going to come and fix my window. Also, after I paid them on March 15th to order the parts; they then increased the price when I called back to try and schedule the install. Still Waiting.

My company truck was cut off in traffic on N.W. 23rd and meridian, by one of your drivers. The driver cut all the way over to the slow lane with no turn signal. Then they danced between the slow and fast lane. Leaving my company truck little time to move around them before a wreck would have occurred.

I got really good service here. My windshield was cracked from me tring to de ice it and had to get it replaced asap because I had to return it for lease. Good price and got me in the same day I called.
