Customer service was great. The guys there started on my car the minute I dropped it off. They were fast and efficient. Loved it. Recommended 10 out of 10.

The City Auto Repair is the perfect place to repair the car. My car excel got broken and the ABS got activated, the mechanic Sultan in City Auto Repair repaired my car with comparably lower price. He also gave me a drive to my home. Once he fixed my loose bumper without charging. They do a lot of repairs except car body work.

I highly recommend City Auto Repair! Younes is a very friendly and honest owner. He was very informative when I asked questions about the services his shop would be doing to my vehicle. His team of mechanics were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of the engine swap on my car and other big repairs for a reasonable price. Very impressed - My son was in a car wreck and City Auto Repair fixed the car quickly and efficiently. The way it is now, the only way you can tell it was in a wreck is because the silver paint is just a teensy weensy shade different than the original paint. I'm not a car repair expert, but it seemed to me that the price was very good, as well. Friendly, responsive service - easy to work with and offered a few different options for getting things taken care of. Kept us posted on the progress - texted us any time they did any work on the car, did not do any work that we did not agree to, and made themselves available if we had any questions.I have included a "before" picture - I would have included an "after" picture, but my kid won't stay home long enough for me to snap one! :)

City AUTO repair is highly recommended. Younes is honest, humble, and great mechanic. In the middle of my long trip I had an issue with my car and he really saved my life by fixing it in the same day with very nice price. He stayed working on the car the whole day to make sure I can go back to the road safely. Thanks a lot!

Owner is very hands on with his approach to finding n confirming the automobile problem. Explain the process the cost made me feel like my car was in good hands with him n his staff . Car repaired in an efficient amout of time. I was please with the operation n would really suggest that if you have a problem with your car to take it to City Auto Repair to be done right.Service: Wheel alignment

I was having serious car trouble and City Auto Repair was the nearest repair shop to me in that moment. These gentlemen really saved the day. The owner and the other 2 mechanics were so kind and made sure that I was back on the road in no time. I am forever grateful and should I need anything else, I would bring my car back here with no hesitation. Thanks again!

I have been going to this shop for The last 5 years my car sat for a while before I had the money to fix it and before I found this car place to fix it when I brought my car to this repair shop they were very helpful to me they did diagnostics to make sure what was wrong they charged me Fair Labor and fair pricing they did not try to charge me extra for things that I did not need I still go to the same car place I live in Topeka Kansas and in Oklahoma City and I still bring my car to get it repaired if possible when I'm in Kansas I just recently did this not too long ago and was given the best deal compared to the other places that I took my car to the other places we're trying to charge me for things that I did not need and outrageous prices I went back to this car place and he diagnosed my car let me know exactly what was wrong and charge me the right prices for everything it was a 80% difference in price because I didn't need the things that the other repair shops were telling me that I needed I would not take my car to anyone else unless I have to otherwise I will take my car to this shop every single time as long as I am in Oklahoma City no one else will be will be fixing or doing anything on my car the owner of this shop is very reasonable if you are a trustworthy person and you show him that and you continue to bring your car to him he will also work with you after you have build a report with each other he also will fix your car the right way the first time that you go and even if you don't go back I would recommend this shop to any and everyone. I had issues getting my car fixed in Topeka Kansas because of the high prices and the things that they were trying to tell me that I needed that I really didn't I drove my car to Oklahoma City and this shop fixed my car correctly and I was able to drive it back to Topeka Kansas and do everything that it's needed every time I go he fixes things that need to be done so then that way I can continue to travel I also have a son with another vehicle and I also have another vehicle and he does all the maintenance and repair on our vehicles I with 100% recommend this shop to any and everyoneServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

We've been going here for about 20 years and see no reason to ever change. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the cost very reasonable. The owner is a family man and a good person in general. I hear from friends what they pay for repairs and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Had to get a water pump and thermostat replaced and these guys did an amazing job. They were professional and made sure to show me exactly where and why i had problems that needed fixing which was great because I know nothing about cars. Not only that, but they weren't ridiculously high on labor costs like everywhere else in OKC. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for whatever repairs or maintenance they may need.

City auto Repair saved us today! we were about 75 miles outside of Oklahoma City Oklahoma traveling in our class C motorhome when our alternator began to go out I looked up auto repair places in Oklahoma City and came across city auto luckily ! This was on Friday afternoon and they said they would have the alternator and repair it for us as soon as we got there which they did and they did a beautiful job. They were so friendly and helpful and I would recommend their service to anybody Thank you SO much City Auto Repair Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very reliable, prompt and professional. Great work and great staff. Cheaper than other places.This place is awesome. Very good work. Less than 2 hrs and I had new rotar, pads, air actuator, and calibrator. Just a bit more than 400.00Thank you so much for the great work and great service.

First I wanna say GreatI needed a jumpstart and Mr Younes came and gave me a boost no charge. He has a really good heart and I decided to get my car fixed at his shop. Reasonable prices and on time. I've had one of the best experiences getting my car together and I am truly satisfied. I will return when I need more maintenance. Go to City Auto if you need any auto repair. My friend took her car there they had it 8 months they did nothing it's a Ford they charge their $650 for parts and gave her a Toyota Hood for the $650 in parts they ordered for that car after 8 months of not fixing the front end what's not even the frame is really been just the front clip. 8 months later she had to pay him to tow it back to her house

I took my 99 Cadillac in to get the turn signal switch replaced. They were reasonably priced at first. Until they mentioned the part costs more than they thought. And then adding other repairs they felt it needed. I gave the okay but they're looking for every way to get money out of you. They left my air cleaner unplugged which left a check engine light on. They didnt need to touch my air cleaner at all. Also my turn signal was blinking fast and another brake light went out within the time it was left there. They said itd be done in an hour or two and that turned into 3 days... THEY RAN INTO SOMETHING chipping the paint on the front bumper, they would NOT admit to it. AND THEY USED OVER HALF A TANK OF GAS. I get that you need to test ride a vehicle but, WHAT THE HECK. Oh yes they don't have security cameras either so your out of luck if you wanna try and prove their shadiness.

I went in for a break change. I had to get the parts myself but the labor was only $70! It was done in 20-30 mins. The mechanic was friendly and worked on my car right away. Really fast and friendly service!

Younes at City Auto saved our trip! We were traveling from Florida to Arizona when our check engine light came on. Younes listened to our story and let us come in late afternoon on Saturday. He quickly diagnosed an issue with a cylinder coil, traveled to purchase a part himself, and had us fixed and on the road before dark. Extremely kind and professional as well as a fabulous price. We are so thankful to have found such a knowledgeable and gracious mechanic when we needed him most. If we lived in Oklahoma City he would be our go-to guy. Thank you so much Younes! We appreciate you and your work!!!

Took my car that wasn't running right.They did a good job by replacing the ignition coil and intake manifold gasket and the car is driving perfectly. And the price is far much better than the dealership. Good job guys !!!!

Younes and team are most def. the best in the city!I ve been there a few times and have always received up front pricing, which beats most, if not all of the competition, free diags in most cases (told me what to try to fix it myself) and they treated me like family!Highly recommended! Great work. Best prices in the city. Replaced a clutch. Did take a couple of days more than what they said but it was due to an employee comming down with strep. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend!!!
