I had a great first time experience here. Booking the appointment and drop off/pick up took about 5 minutes each. They were able to diagnose and fix my car ignition issue in about half a day. Major stress relief! Pricing was reasonable and fair, which is so rare in this day and age. I'll definitely return in the future!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.My light on my x7 came on. When I called to speak to someone about it, the guy on the phone was super nice. I love a good customer service call and these guys nailed it at first impression. They got me in quick, communicated with me throughout my process. I felt the communication and feedback was open and honest. I did not feel like they were being pushy. I truly appreciate that.I called and spoke to Derek several times. He was kind and polite. Answered all my questions. Did not feel like I was bugging him. When they were done with my car, they texted me. Met with Derek and Erik who were in the front lobby. Nice guys. Prices are reasonable and I loved that they broke it all down for me to approve or not.I will definitely take my car here from now on due to their awesome customer service and communication alone. Thank you guys! Keep it up!

I had a pleasant experience with this shop. They even took me home and offered to pick me up when my car was ready, for no extra charge. Staff is kind and professional. I will return for any future maintenance/repairs that I don't want to take on myself. Thanks, guys!

I'm very impressed how I was treated by Eric the owner at Christian Brothers Automotive.I was not charged by the break fluid while I inquired at another auto repair and they quoted the price at $75.00.Very grateful and I found a new place to change my oil from now on!!

Maintenance on a older 4-Runner went exactly as expected. 130,000 miles and running well. Oil change, differentials, spark plugs all done in 1 afternoon.Easy check-in without appointment. Some days it's better to have that appointment set though. Seems Mondays are busy days for them.Work has always been high quality for my vehicles. Friendly and helpful staff.I pulled in after 4pm on a Friday and had the oil changed in less than an hour. Wow! Amazing service.

After calling every local mechanic and trying to find someone to press my bushings into the control arms for me and having no luck, my friend recommended me to the Christian brothers. They were super friendly and they got the job done in a timely manner. And went above and beyond and also installed my lower ballpoints into my control arms at no extra charge when I went to go pick them up I let them know I didn t have a grease gun and they even greased my ball joints for me! Next time I take on a suspension job I ll be buying the complete control arm and not trying to buy just the ball joints and bushings lesson learned, but these guys definitely saved the day! Ive never really trusted mechanic shops and so I usually just do everything myself but after being left with no choice in my situation I d say these guys are definitely one of the few trustworthy shops. I m really happy with the service and I can t thank these guys enough

I've had both of my cars serviced here. I live in Mustang, but it's worth the drive and minor transportation inconvenience because I know I can trust these guys to do what they said they were going to do. Both times I brought my cars in, I was expecting a large repair bill; both times I was pleasantly surprised by what I actually owed! They're fair and do professional work. I don't trust these guys. Eric, the owner, sends me a quote for a repair. He tells me over the phone that he will apply a 15% discount due to my veteran status. However, the quote listed only a 10% discount. I call and talk to Bob and I inform him of this error. Eric calls me back and tells me that he doesn't want to repair my vehicle, because I was, according to Eric, telling Bob incorrect information. If you don't want to stand by your word, then I don't want your business either! I came here thinking these guys were honest with their business but I guess not!!

My car arrived there on Friday, got it back on Tuesday. They worked on it for 2 days after the engine cut off & died while the car was running. They said they could not replicate the error, had driven it multiple times & found nothing wrong except an error code 'they couldn't figure out'. I picked the car up today after they said they had found no issues and couldn't figure it out. 20 minutes into my drive and the car died again. They were absolutely unhelpful and I would not trust them with my car again. They were rude on the phone and their lobby also smelled like sewage.Service: Engine repair

Trustworthy , reliable , Great customer service . I have been using Christian Brothers for many years , they never over charge and only do what needs to be done . They have a small town caring attitude and are always a pleasure to deal with . I will always bring my cars here knowing I will be in great hands . They always get the car working in a minimal amount of time and have you back on the road . Thank you for your outstanding service .

My experience was less than positive. They charged me 82.50 to literally shake my drive shaft and tell me my rear diff on my f350 needed to be rebuilt for 3600 bucks without even verifying what was going on. They said the pinion bearings sounded loose. I went somewhere else and it was 125 to replace a pinion bearing. I wont ever be back.reply to the owner:That is the whole story. Why would you charge someone 82.50 to shake around a part and claim you need to charge someone 3 grand to take it apart, and I quote, While we re in there we might as well rebuild the whole thing for another almost 600 dollars? I took it you because I trusted you would actually look at it, properly diagnose the problem, and fix it at a reasonable cost, since that s what you advertise.No way will I pay 3 grand for someone to diagnose a problem. Another shop found the pinion bearing from the front and never even had to go in through the back. I didnt want to use a place that had already damaged a bearing, warranty or not, I didnt want to do that, but you all wanted to try and take advantage of someone from out of state. Oh and a transmission shop, where I should have went to begin with, stated the same thing an entire take down and rebuild of the rear diff was completely uncalled for when you can access the pinion bearing that was damaged from the front of the case. So it s clear that you either have zero integrity or your skills are lacking in this area. Either of which should be remedied immediately.You were either taking advantage of someone from out of state or you all didnt know what you were doing. Either way, neither me nor any of my family in Oklahoma will be giving you any business at all.

I didn't actually have any work done to my car because they were so backed up with customers. However, Bob Smith, he is the best!, took time to talk to me in great detail about my issue and basically explained step by step what I should be considering about my car's symptoms. He gave me his opinion on the problem and where to get the part and how to tell my friend to install it. I was so grateful!!! He saved me lots of money and time and aggravation. Their business looks so professional and clean and I would highly recommend them!!?

I have taken several Vehicles here over the past few years. Always felt comfortable about my dealings with them. At least until now . I purchased a Cadillac ATS late last year and had some overheating issues and was leaking coolant in January. After they're thorough inspection I was notified that the water pump was the culprit and needed to be replaced so I had their shop replace it $900. 3 months later in April we experience the exact same issue . overheating and losing coolant. This time I was told that someone made inferior repairs to a hose behind the intake that is causing this same issue. I am Struggling to understand why this was not uncovered during the first thorough inspection in January. I authorized these new repairs to be completed at a cost of about $875. Since I had to have the vehicle towed into them. he knew they had me over a barrel. Integrity in business is becoming harder and harder to find. When I deal with someone who calls themselves Christian Brothers I want to believe that I am dealing with individuals with integrity that do business on the square. But this whole scenario has left me feeling like I have been cheated.

I brought in my Jeep for a transmission replacement. They replaced the transmission and broke the seal and boot on my truck. Instead of admitting they did it. They left me with a car leaking cv axle grease. I will never ever use this company again. This is the exact reason why women don't trust mechanic shops. The inspection they did didnt even list this problem. I've had second and third opinions. And every mechanic has told me the transmission was not properly installed. They did a better job covering each other's butts. Than fixing my car. Thanks for nothing.So, I go to another shop to once again fix and correct negligent work done by Christian brothers Warwick. And find out not only did they strip the bolt attached to my belt. I have to pay even more money to go to machine shop to fix that. DO NOT spend your hard earned money with these fraudulent people. The absolute worst mechanic shop ever. I am in the process of taking the proper channels to make this business pay for what they have done to my vehicle. It is totally butchered. This shop does not take accountability for anything that they do. They just keep racking up your bill and cause more damage to your automobile.Service: Transmission

I came in to get my fanbelt fixed, along with some lights, they got me in and out Lickity split, not to mention the quality of their customer service was superb, the cleanliness of their main lobby really set them apart for me, but the real kicker was how honest and genuine they were, you can tell when owners care about their customers as opposed to those who think with their customers wallet. These guys thought of ME first.If im going anywhere for auto service again in OKC, Im going to Christian Brothers Auto.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was hoping for good things from them. They are friendly and probably great at what they will do, but they refused to perform the work my truck needed. I brought my truck in with a significant lifter problem after calling them and them telling me they did perform deep engine work (most retail shops do not, and I am still trying to build a vendor affinity in OKC). Upon diagnosis of collapsed lifter and likely camshaft wear, they told me they would not replace the cams and lifters. They no longer do that repair because they have had bad results with it. Their only option was for me to buy a new engine that they could obtain and install ($9000-$10000 instead of $4000-$5000 repair) but they couldn't get that for 4 weeks. They then charged me $155 to diagnose something they would not repair. I have since talked to several other shops and mechanics who say they replace lifters/cams regularly. So I am out $155 for nothing and had to move it to another location. Bad form.

I've been to three different places and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car. I went to this place and when the mechanic drove it, he could feel that the car had a problem. He called me the same day to tell me he figure out what was going wrong. I got my car fixed and it's a real pleasure to drive it now. They are very professional and let you know what's going on at every stage of the process. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend! They were able to get my car in quickly and got the work done quickly as well. The first time I did business with them I had just come from the service department at a dealership where I had been told I needed new brake pads which would cost about $300. I went to Christian Brothers to get a price quote from them and they told me my brake pads were in perfectly good shape and didn t need to be replaced at all. Their honesty saved me lots of money!

So surprised when we were expecting a very large bill and it turned out to be much smaller than predicted. A/C work is never cheap and this repair turned out to be much more affordable.**Update** I Accidentally hit one star and intended to hit all 5. My mistake and apologize. The staff was outstanding!! They made what could have been a very disturbing experience into a very good one. The facility was clean and inviting, the staff knowledgeable and welcoming. When parts to repair my car were unavailable that day, they quickly provided a rental in order for me to get home and care for my grandson two hours away. They kept me updated on the progress and even called another problem to my attention, preventing another breakdown. Their name is their philosophy, and I highly recommend them!!

Their prices are high but I was okay with that because I had a level of trust associated with them. They have good customer service and they have a courtesy pick up/drop off service. My first two repairs were very very expensive but they were upfront and honest. My last repair was a totally different experience. I told them I heard an extremely loud pop in my front end and said "I think something broke". Two days later they said I needed new spark plugs and wanted to charge me an insane amount of money for that service. When I picked up my vehicle I experienced the same problem that I took it in for. Basically I paid several hundred dollars for nothing. About a week later I was changing my brakes and discovered my driver side axel was broken. Somehow, their inspection completely missed a broken axel. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I wanted this shop to be my go to but I will never take my vehicle there ever again.

This is my absolutely favorite automotive shop in OKC. They are so friendly and offer fair prices for repairs. They always keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and multiple times have had my car ready earlier than expected. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you want good work, good prices and a very friendly shop!

Their service was professional and kind. I went in for a oil change and a oil pan gasket replacement. I went there based on all the good reviews and their courtesy inspections , but after four hours of no update I called and found out, all that was done was the oil change. I canceled the oil pan gasket only because I thought the cost was excessive. Then when I went to wash my truck I found a mess of oil on my battery and valve cover
