These guys know vehicles inside and out. The only service shop I have found that can repair anything. Chad knows what is best for your vehicle, from parts to oil. Only 2 thumbs up because I don't have 3.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I found this place in a hurry when my brake lights wouldn't turn off. When I got there, they were really helpful and checked out the problem and got it fixed really quickly. They were really nice and fun to talk to while they were fixing the problem. Also, they fix just about any make or model of vehicle and repair about any problem. I will definitely be coming back for any car problems!

I want to give a special thank you for Mr chad for helping me with my car . This is the first 5 star that I really must give . I have a 2012 ford F150 raptor . My truck only cranks but it won t start . Called several mechanics and they all told me that s it s the fuel pump that needs to be replaced which would have cost me between $800-1200 . I called chad hoping to get a decent price to change the fuel pump when he told me that all I need to do is to replace the fuse number 20 for the fuel pump . I opened the fuse box and I saw a yellow #20 amp fuse burned, I changed and my car started . I would say finally I found a decent and honest mechanic. Thank you so much .

Chad and his team are all that you used to expect in a car repair facility. Honest, reliable, going the extra yard to make sure you are safe and driving a safe vehicle from the tires to the oil change.I would use them again and again.

I was in town for the weekend and ended up having some issues with my vehicle. Chad was recommended by a friend and Im glad he was. The most honest mechanic Ive ever worked with. Broke down all the issues I was having and explained them thoroughly. When I didnt have to have work done he was honest enough to tell me and even refused a tip for all of the information and advice. Do not skip over this man's business if you're looking for a mechanic. He is a good man, does phenomenal work when needed from what I hear and honest enough to tell you you dont need it if its not necessary. Although I hope I dont have issues again, if I do I may just drive to OKC to have Chad work on it.

Not sure why my review has disappeared but I ll leave it again. My horrible experience with uhaul started at another location, the uhaul I rented was not there to pickup, uhaul wanted us to drive 3 hours to get the one we paid for, so we were brought a different uhaul, smaller and no dolly or supplies that I had PAID for, we were given 2 additional days for free due to the fact that we were moving 100 miles and our belongings did not fit in the smaller uhaul and none of these issues were our fault, now we had to now make multiple trips and go over the allowed mileage (which they charged us per mile over a certain amount of miles, and they did charge us)Here s where Chads Car Care comes in. Less than 24 hours into our now 72 hour rental I get a phone call from chads car care demanding the uhaul be returned, the man on the phone, told me that I was causing people to be inconvenienced by not returning the uhaul on time , he was extremely disrespectful and he wouldn t listen to me about why we had the uhaul longer (we have an email with the confirmation showing the time extension) he also couldn t understand why he is not getting a 26 foot truck returned to his location WE DIDNT HAVE A 26 foot truck, we had a 17 foot truck. Due to him not listening I started yelling trying to get my point across and at that point the disgusting excuse of a man asked me the dumbest question he possibly could have in the moment, can I speak to your husband instead .My name was on the rental, women are allowed to drive now Chad.Extremely bad vibes and 0 brain cells at chads car care.

I rent U-Haul equipment from Chad's, and have always found them to be fast and efficient and one of the most honest business people I have ever dealt with. He will go out of his way to accommodate your needs, and has always been friendly and helpful. Also does thorough oil changes. I've dealt with Chad's for many years and drive over 55 miles out of my way to go there d/t the service and experience. 5 STARS!!!

Because we were pressed for time, we did not utilize their service, but would have had we chosen to stay local for the time it may take. Chad and his Team were friendly, sincere and went out of their way to assist when our air conditioning was out in our RV. They were up front and honest... wish I had that type of business savvy at home! Thanks Chad and Team!!!

Last year I rented a U-Haul trailer from Chad's Car Care as I made a challenging move out of state. There was a lot of stress that came with this move but not when it came to renting the trailer from this location. The entire staff were so helpful and friendly. They offered me support on hooking up and securing the trailer and made sure I had the best equipment for the move. This team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and in good hands.As the world changes we see customer service shifting to more transactional and less personal. This shop continues to carry on the traditional support of making everyone feel like they have known you for your entire life.

Chad's car care provided a free used car inspection for my daughter. Thanks for helping her avoid a bad experience and making time to ensure she got the info she needed. Hope I never break down around here, but if I do I'm coming to see Chad!

Honest shop,all skilled mechanics Chad has working for him. They treat you right and just start throwing parts at your vehicle to try to fix it.Give them a look. Most of the time they are booked up and busy. Midas no more

I came on Memorial Day and Royce was absolutely amazing!!! I was so impressed with his customer service and his super helpful advice on everything. He made sure I was more than taken care of for my trip to Oregon! Come here and see them for everything! Truly the best service!!!

I can't offer anything about their fixing vehicles because I only rented a u-haul truck. That being said, Chad was extremely pleasant and helpful. Seems like a friendly place. I believe in first impressions so I would expect quality repairs. I hope somebody else can offer repair opinions

Chad is the only person I ever want to take my car to. I recommend him to everyone. He's honest and runs an honest business. Everyone is on the same page and knows what's going on if it's not Chad himself working on it. He also explains what's going on with your car in the best way to where you'll be able to understand, and yet doesn't degrade you. He also offers up a few different options for you to consider in that, if you can get ahold of a part that you need for cheaper, he'll only charge labor. He's even realistic about having a friend that will fix you up for free/cheaper in that he doesn't force his business on you. And he also lets you know if anything comes up during the process, asks you before he does anything and lets you know the total cost if you choose to proceed. Highly recommend him.

Chad car care is the best place I ve ever gone. Every time I ve had an issue with my car they have squeezed me in and fixed it fast. The hospitality and customer service is great! I came in the morning with an issue and they are fixing my vehicle as well as offered me coffee and breakfast casserole while I waited! Thanks Chad for being an honest and hard working small business owner! I will always recommend this place.

I have rented several u hauls from Chad. Always quick and accurate. This business has been here for a substantial amount of time. I always see cars being repaired in the shop and several more waiting out side including large R.V's. The parking lot is full of cars waiting on Chad and his team which is a very good sign of good work and fair prices. This explains the longevity of the business.Nice work Chad...

I have been going to Chad's since I bought my first car. Chad and his mechanics are extremely helpful and professional. Additionally, Chad always comes in under his own estimate which is great as a customer because I am never surprised by a large bill. I would definitely recommend Chad's to a friend.

They are great people, made a appointment and they took care of us. Reasonable price to fix cam shaft position sensor. Car was stalling , they explained want it was and fixed the problem, they were so fast and awesome we had a 19 point service oil change.

I'm from out of town and needed some work done on my car. I found Chad's Car Care inc. on google and I saw the good reviews. I would definitely go again. Good work, 100% honest and quick. They were very friendly too.

Chad and his mechanic Nick went the extra mile for my son in college. He was trying to come home to Seattle but his Ford Fusion broke. After seeing the reviews of multiple local shops, Chad and Nick were chosen to do the repairs. Although there were many others repairs ahead of us, Eric volunteered to work till 2am and into the weekend to get the car ready to drive back to Seattle in 2 days.(from Oklahoma). No leaks, no adjustments, just good ol fashioned quality work. Kudos to these guys. May GOD bless their business due to their kindnesses.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We rented a uhaul from here. Royce was awesome. Everything was explained. No surprises. It went great!If you need to rent a uhual in OKC, I d recommend this place!
