Couldnt be more disappointed in the fenders and doors for my 1978 C10. There is absolutely no way to correct the fenders or the doors they are off so bad and now I gotta buy buy some auto metal direct body panels and spend the money again.AKA sorta fit the door is tweaked so bad!! Body lines aren t even close! The doors have new hinges and door strikers. The fender is over an inch short! You can almost stick your entire hand through the door! Pictures included

The lady that took care of us was very friendly and helpful. I ask about turn signal covers for my Ford truck I was told that they don't stock ford parts anymore because Ford is/has patent their parts and are chargingparts stores a fee for carrying them. They had a part I was looking for for my Chevy, but it ended up being broke and said it would be 5 to 6 weeks before they could get another one in. A little disappointing.

Lady in your van cut me off, there absolutely no cars behind me. She could have waited 3 seconds. She is lucky I was paying attention, get someone on their phone and they would have wrecked.

Return policy is a joke. Don't leave the store unless you are positive the part you are buying is the absolute part you need. Once you pay for it, that's it. The receipt shows everything you need to do for a refund but they WILL NOT honor it, even if you do what it says step by step.

Absolute horrible cuatomer service. Was told on the phone that they had 2 of the bumper i need in stock. Drove an hour to pick up. 1 was damaged beyond repair and they didnt jave a second one. See you later to a tank full of gas.

The part they provided was not the correct part, was less than poor quality, bubbles in paint, other imperfections including scratches. Was definitely not a stock replacement part as represented, much lighter gauge metal than OEM. Tried to return the item to the store in the original packaging but didn't have receipt with me, only proof of purchase through CC transaction report. Would not accept return, made zero effort at actual customer service. They didn't even offer to help me load part back into my truck despite it being a bumper and very awkward to carry. Don't buy the poor quality junk they attempt to sell as OEM quality replacement unless you are truly desperate. If you do buy from them make sure to hold on to your receipt because when (not if) you have to return it, they will insist on seeing it even if you can provide proof of purchase through other means.

I 100% do not recommend buying anything from this place. Our stuff had creases in it. They do not do returns on there damaged stuff. Our hood did not fit right at all. They need to make it known that they do not take returns....Save your money and buy the stuff that will actually fit right and work for you from somewhere else... Cheaper is not always best!!!! Lesson learned. If I could have gave No stars I would have.....

We needed a headlight assembly so we called and were told they had the part we needed. We asked over the phone to confirm that the headlight assembly was compatible with the daytime running lamps on our model of car, they said yes. So we went to the store and asked again to confirm what we were buying was compatible with the LED daytime running lamps and were told yes, it was compatible. After disassembling the car to remove and replace the old headlight assembly we figured out that no, the part was not compatible with the DRLs. We called back and were told that nobody told us that because they don't carry or stock the part that is compatible with the DRLs. So I guess we're liars...Also, when we went in to get the part there was a confusing "barrier" they had constructed in the lobby (confusing because it appeared designed to allow one person at a time to go up to the register, but apparently they wanted NOBODY to come inside, you just have to yell your order out from the entrance. As we walked in and were trying to figure out their "system" the parts guy in the office next door came walking over and yelled, "Stay behind the barrier, that's what it's there for!" And when I say he yelled, yes he actually yelled, as if we were idiots.So when the parts guy finally waived us into the other side to pick up the part (on that side you can go all the way in, like I said - their system is confusing) we walked to the door and he yelled, yes yelled, "Only one person can come in here at a time, one of you needs to stay outside!" I asked his name, but of course he refused to give me his name. So I called and spoke to David, who identified himself as the supervisor, and told him what happened. To David's credit, he was very polite. However, between the way we were treated and the fact that they sold us the wrong part and then said it was our fault, we will not ever shop here again.

Parts are good but the customer service is terrible. They act annoyed when you ask them questions. Make sure to get there before 5 because they dont like having to pull parts after that even though they stay open until 5:30. They aren't the only body parts store around, I'll take my business somewhere I can get good customer service or order online from a different company.

I called 2 days prior to driving 80 miles 1 way.Asked about a radiator.When I called was told they had 3 in stock.Got there in person. No such luck.Definitely triple check before driving any distance.Maybe next time.......

This was my first time up there it beats AutoZone and O'Reilly's prices, plus it's right around the corner from where I live that's even better. I will definitely be going back up there, and if you want a good bargain they're very fast and courteous.

Absolute worst service!! We realized they had given us the wrong part when we were about to start our project and so we called and asked them to hold the correct part for us and that we were on our way. We got there 5 minutes before close and saw our part. When we got to the register we were told, we re closed, we can t help you. We had to rush to go because they gave us the wrong part. Then they couldn t even quickly check us out. No customer service! No help whatsoever! We are not going back. Surprised a place like that can even stay in business with the way they treat their paying customers!!

I went to get the KI Sorento cover for my car, but when I bought it and looked at the house, I noticed that it was a broke ! Within half hour i went there and try to exchange to them , they didn t hear me and said rudely no ! I feel very bad and i lost $200 .Bad service and manager is so rude !I promise I never go back again!

Very unprofessional. 7 different employees ignored me for 20 minutes. Eventually, I was able to get someone to assist, but i still waited another 20+minutes to recieved a pre-ordered part.Will definitely shop around before returning...

Showed up 5 min before close. Guy acted like he could hear me through the door. Mouthed were closed over and over. Went through the other door waited in line for 15 min. Got to the front and explained that I had called ahead and my bumper was behind the counter. He interrupted me 4 times just saying were closed. So disrespectful on so many levels. Oh yea I was there because they gave me the wrong part the first time.

I was able to get the bumper cover at a reasonable price. Only thing I didn't like is all their body parts are black. So then you have to have the part painted to match your car.

A sorta-fit (certifit) truck ran me off the road today at noon on highway 62 in blanchard Oklahoma. I notice him coming >into my lane so > honked, but I guess he left hearing aids at home today. After pushing extended cab Chevy completely onto median he just kept on cruising. I was able to get beside him in an attempt to get his attention. I am now honking and waving. You guessed it glasses stayed home today too. He was driving a white Toyota (old & ratty looking). His Oklahoma tag is: OC4-126. He looked to be about 89 yo. If you see him please get far away quickly because this driver is going to commit vehicular homicide if Certifit (sortafit) doesn't yank his driving privileges. Be safe.

Always a problem here. I have Never gone here & got something that was the right part or the right fit! That's why we call it "Sortafit". Drove an hour 1 way in the ice because we were given the wrong tail lights to begin with. Spend 30 more minutes there only to be told the "other" headlights we Need are $22 more expensive. I didn't have the $22 & it was Never mentioned at all, even after calling first, until they brought them out. Now another hour back of driving in the ice for Absolutely Nothing. I absolutely hate dealing with "Sortafit"!

Good parts for the price most if the time. Always check parts for condition issues before leaving the store. Most of the time condition is fine, but returns for condition are not possible after leaving the store. Good people.

I accidentally went in the door to pickup parts instead of ordering parts and the guy behind the counter never said anything to me to aknowledge me and let me know or ask me how he could help me while I was at the conter for like at least 5 minutes standing there but instead he keep walking pass me even when another customer said he could help me while he looks over his part he picked up so than I sat down waiting for another 5- 10 mins and he still said nothing so Finally I seen I was in the wrong door so I just went to the right door. Definitely wasn't exercising good customer service!

Always willing to help find what you need. Prices are very good. Parts have been very close to OEM in fit and finish. Always my first call for vehicle body parts!

In 2007 I ordered I side mirror and a bumper for my Silverado. It was quick, easy and I had no issues with customer service or quality. I bought from here because Chevy was to expensive. Happy customer.
