Absolutely terrible business. Took a month to do a paint job they quoted would be done in 5 days. Then paint kept peeling off after I got the car back. Not to mention they broke my mirror, and apparently ripped my bumper off and tried to zip tie it back on. Owner refused to take responsibility for anything. Had to take my car to a different company so they could fix everything CarSmart broke and ruined. Worst company in existence. Not accredited by BBB and according to tax records they aren t even supposed to be in business. Breaking the law and ripping off their customers. STEER CLEAR.

*Must Read** I took my car here for repairs and I cannot say enough about this company. From the owner down to the staff- everyone was helpful, polite and PROFESSIONAL. The owner was especially helpful and even helped me with an issue that was not related to my visit I could really tell that he cares about his customers.If you take your car here you will not be disappointed as the work is flawless and my car was restored to its original state. Thank you!!! You have gained a life long customer!!

Steer clear of this place! They quoted a full paint job at 5 days. They took 30 and did horrible work. They changed the paint color without asking after missing several spots and having to redo the whole job the first time. After redoing the job, they still missed spots, paint began chipping off immediately, some parts of the car were never returned, door seals were not installed properly, they broke a wiper spray nozzle, 10+ bolts were left out when reassembling the car - no bolts were installed holding the grill piece under the hood. When confronted about it, the owner's response to potentially being sued over the job was to threaten me (which I have recorded due to other conversations with him). They are also fraudlently operating as CarSmart, a business which has been dissolved according to state records. Just don't do it! Save yourself the grief.

I have a 2011 dodge ram pickup. the front end was smashed up bad. Carsmart did a near perfect job on working mechanical, frame work, paint, and body work!! great job!!! i prefer this shop to anybody!

Dont get ripped off!! Took my car in And they did more harm then good i went to pick up my car and paid they said it was ready when i got home i tried to open my trunk and it wouldnt open and noticed they broke my tail lights and said they would repair them they had my car sitting out for 2 months i would drive by the shop and see no work on it the owner(lee) would always tell me to stop by and he was never there he always seemed to be dodging me, i got tired and just told him i was gonna pick it up and to put the damaged lights on he said okay and he d have it ready by 4 i was there at 4 , he wasnt as always and his worker told me the light weren't on they where in the trunk i went to check if they where there before i left and of course they weren't i went back to the office to ask for them they could only find one and told me i had to call the owner( lee) to ask him where it was And like always he ignored my calls till finaly he texted me that he didnt have it I was so tired of there them that i just left and took my car with no tail lights on dont trust these sketchy people! i hope i still got my air bags!

I received a free quote for a full body prime and paint job. It came out better than I could've imagined and at a lower cost. I've had paint jobs from other shops that weren't nearly as good.

I went to the shop to have body work done before and they did a job that I can only describe as perfection. I came back to have my break bled and some minor mechanical work and I have no complaints. My friends and family will use this shop from now on.
