We needed an affordable, reliable used car for my daughter in college. The reviews and selection online looked good so we took a chance and drove 1 1/2 hours to check them out. I'm glad we did! They were super helpful in helping us find a vehicle that would fit our price, our needs, and my daughter's style. They were not pushy at all, let us take our time, and knew every detail about the vehicles we inquired about. Financed through them and we are super pleased with the deal and the car!Some of the best and most honest prices on used vehicles under $15,000 around. Thank you Cars R Us!

So i had originally left a great review, but this car has turned out to be an absolute lemon. It broke down the first weekend we had it, it s been in the shop for basically a month of time.. and has cost thousands. They tell you they service the car but as soon as we took it in there were MULTIPLE things wrong with the vehicle. So now I m in the process of dealing with suing this lot because of how unprofessional they ve been.I was with Eric who really rushed this process and gave my partner and i incorrect car fax. This has been very frustrating and i no longer recommend Cars R Us

We live in Dallas and found this car for our son online. Eric was great to work with and made sure we knew what we what our financial obligations would be before we made the drive. He was honest about any blemishes we would find when we got there. When we looked over the car (under the hood and all) everything looked good (and as expected). He also worked with our bank so the financing would be easy also. Our son is over the moon about his car. We are proud of him for making this purchase after a long process of saving and looking. I would recommend this dealership and Eric as your salesman.

Such a good experience all around! Everyone went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. A no pressure, friendly atmosphere with a willingness to help and spend the time needed to help us get the perfect vehicle for our family. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Good car dealership. Got to see the car i wanted. The car wasn't what i was looking for, It's a bit too beat up and dirty for me.But they were very nice at the dealership, they had a great, clean waiting area stocked with snacks and drinks, and they let me use their bathroom!Thanks again for letting me stop by to see the vehicle!

walked in with low hopes and left in a new car! they made it super easy, even helped me with everything down to getting my insurance before i left. very thankful the only place that would help me with my limited down payment. i love my new car! every person in there was super sweet

I had been shopping online and found my diamond in the rough at Cars-R-Us. What would typically cost me $20,000 at another dealership only cost me $13000.00 here. Had my mechanic look everything over and find that this was a great deal! I absolutely love my car and Eric was so professional and helpful in getting me financed even though I just switched to a new company and had yet to revive my first paycheck. This car lot went above and beyond to help me especially considering all my previous car lot experiences were absolute nightmares. My vehicle is a 2017 Honda Accord and only had 133000 miles on it, so to get out for $13,000 was a steal! I am eternally grateful to these guys for helping me get the nicest newest car I've ever had. I will and have already recommended these guys to friends and family and would feel confident telling the world to go here as well. Oh and when I picked up my title they provided me with an extra chipped and programmed key, which for my car would have cost me an additional $600 to get and have programed, so happy bonus! Thank you Cars-R-Us you guys are freaking awesome!

I had limitations with what I could do and the guys at Cars R Us worked with me. They went above and beyond. Now I have the car I've wanted all along. I dealt with a bigger car dealership last year and was taken advantage of. These guys helped me get the car I want and they deal fair. Highly recommend.

One of the employee was being very disrespectful and he slammed the door so hard right in front of me without listening to my full story. That was so rude and very disrespectful. I didn t offer that deal and it was my friend who offered that. Then mean employee yelled at me instead of my friend. This is hostile act. I am not going to this dealer again ever.

These guys really know what they're doing when they go to the auction. I have seen several of these smaller fly by night dealerships have some pretty shady vehicles that looked well polished on the exterior but we're not mechanically sound. That is not the case at Cars-R-Us. Those are very quality vehicles they've selected. I had a great experience shopping there.

I will never purchase or will I recommend anyone to purchase anything from these crooks! My just barely turning 18 years and graduated high school son came here and put $1300 down for a car that only ran for about 20 days of the purchase before it broke down. My son in good faith had it towed back to them thinking that they would acknowledge that he just purchased the vehicle and that he should not be having this problem. But instead they told him that it was a $4000 fix and that they were not responsible for the car, nor would they help him in any way. Cudos Cars R US for taking advantage of a barely legal teen who just graduated from high school and trying to be independent. I hope that you feel better about yourself!

I purchased a used vehicle from Cars R Us. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was met by Zac (the owner operator). I informed him of my price range and he immediately pointed me to a few vehicles. I chose one I liked and Zac told me everything about it along with the services he performed on it. He even gave me the list for my records.After test driving it I found a few things that needed attention. He immediately took the vehicle to One Stop Auto and they fixed the issues. It didn't cost me one penny. Now that's how you sell a vehicle and gain a new customer. Everything about the owner and business is professional. The vehicle runs great and I am very happy I purchased it from Cars R Us.

Friendly and trustworthy great place to buy a Vehicle, I recommend these guys if u ever need a vehicle. They have their own service center right next door where i have personly went and had an alignment done on one of our other vehicles they do work great work in a timely fashion

I would like to give a shout out to Eric and his crew over at Cars R Us they take care of their customers and give you great deals unlike other car dealers that give you the run around and try to do shady deals Love this place if you are looking for a used or new ride this is the place to go I love my 2018 Honda Accord it s a nice smooth ride

Nice selection of used cars. Easy online application and quick approval. Just go pickup the car, truck or suv, that you qualify for. You will probably have a list of multiple vehicles.
