I have had 6 tires patched the last year and years b4 that. I always came here because it was left to me to have it patched or not, it didn t matter the location of the whole. This time they wanted to charge me $ 20 I said I ve always paid 10 regardless of the location I said no it s ok I will take it somewhere else. I think they just wanted to sell me another tire. This time it was a white dude he is bad for their business. So I drove down 1/4 mile west from them on the N side of 29th and they patched it said it was my call but wouldn t guarantee it which I ve always known in the past their were no Guarantees this new place has my business now I have two sets of tires i need mounted. They were super nice!

If I could give it no stars I would. Called ahead to find out how much it would cost to replace a tire and they told us they weren't sure they had to see the tire so we drove all the way over there just to be told it was $40 to get it replaced. They took our old tire off and showed us a "bubble" and still charged my s/o $10 bc they took the tire off and told us with ten minutes left that they couldn't help us cause they closed in 10 minutes. Not very happy about the service

Didnt help my pregnant daughter-in-law and left her with a blow out because they were gonna close. They were not closed, they just wanted to sit around when I got there.

I would definitely recommend this place! They were nice, courteous, helpful and fast. Went there for a tire change and it only took 10 minutes and they were done. They gave us a great looking tire and it was cheaper then a lot of other places

Poor customer services. Guy yelling at me in front of other customers. Said he fixed the nail in the tires I bought 2 days before. He obviously did not because it was once again flat this morning. Took to a reputable shop. Also say they open at 7 and they got there close to 8 with a very angry dude working their shop. Screaming at me. Said I had warranty then said it didn t cover nails 2 days after I bought them. I ll never go back. Don t waste your $$ orTime. Horrible.

This place sucks and they work with no urgency. Half of the staff does not speak English and I ll Parkway not willing to help you if you are not Mexican my advice. Do not shop here for used tires.

Today is New Year and its a Sunday! I was not expecting to find a tire shop open today. But Carrillos was open! The staff are nice and they get the job done quickly and its affordable. Got me taken care of in about 20 minutes. Thank You Carrillo!!!! Prosperous New Year to you!

Good place to get a tire repair or replaced,without spending 2 hours like the other guys,,had a tire repaired, and out the door in 15 minutes, for 10 bucks .

Well they're fast but they failed to put my hubcap back on and then told me that they did and it was my fault that it just flew off

Got 2 tires, looked almost new for $80. Super fast, great customer service. They get an A+ from me. Highly recommend.

These guys really took care of me. I called ahead and they had the tires I needed AND they were ready for me when I arrived. Great customer service. I paid $35 a tire with a 30 day money back guarantee...that's pretty tough to beat. I will definitely make them my first call for tires from now on.

I called around to all small individually owned tire shops and this was the cheapest in city metro. I needed a big truck tire for my beastly Dodge Ram 1500. I pulled up got out of truck walked up a guy asked me what I needed. Told him 265/70R17 by the time I sat back in my truck he was behind me with jack and had it jacked up in 45 sec. And had my front passenger side done in less that 15 minutes! Now that's awesome service and awesome price.

Excellent service. Love the set up. Quick easy and cheap. From tx, had a flat and got a used tire that was practically brand new for $40. Spent about 20 mins there, and that included waiting on another car before us.

These guys are quick and very inexpensive. You pull up. They take your tire off and go repair it. Then, they put it right back on, while you are still in your vehicle. Average time has been 5 to 10 minutes. Yes, that is correct.Cost is minimal, usually between $5 to $10.

Service was great, as always. They helped me by fixing flats on my riding mower. They really saved the day. I was able to complete my lawn service job and able to keep my customer satisfied. Thanks Carillo Tires and Wheels!

If I could give you negative five stars I would. When a customer calls you don't pick up the phone saying "yeah?" You also don't keep saying just "uh huh" to everything a customer is asking you. Then you proceeded to HANG UP on me!? I try calling back and get no answer. You're customer service is absolutely terrible I will not be taking my business here it's a miracle you guys are even still open with how rude and unhelpful you are.

Would give them 0 stars if I could these guys are the absolute worst and screw people for money I bought a car from them that they told me was completely fine, it had a new water pump replaced the day after buying it and was in the shop for over a week I then told the guy I wanted my 3600$ back and he could have the car back because as soon as it came out of the shop for that it went back in for a catalytic converter I was then told it had an engine misfire I asked Carrillo multiple times for my money back and still haven t received a dime. The car was then taken to Kansas after I was told it was fine and now the engine is blown and I m out of a car! DONT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Poor service charged $10 just to pull wheel off to tell me there s no leak put wheel back on had to argue with them just to put air in and how much they were going to air up to the pressure I wanted in it
