They sold me a car and two weeks later all the band aids they put on started to fall off. Big problems. And they make you sign an "as is" form so once you pull it off the lot if your transmission goes out the next day they shrug their shoulders. I called and he told me "sometimes things get missed" and "that's what happens when you buy used cars". DIRECT QUOTES from this guy. It was my first time using a car lot and they completely ruined the experience. I know plenty of people who have used cars and their lots take care of them. If you can take the time to find a better lot then do so.

I have always had a great experience with Juan (one of the cars salesman) he has always helped in anyway he can. The only problem I ve had is with the owner or manager of the company about some concerns with my vehicle that I have , if it weren t for Juan I don t think I d ever get another car from here because of my experience with Larry .

These guys helped me out alot. Put me in a car that was reliable for me and my family, For a reasonable price. I paid my car off and looking to return to purchase another one. These guys are awesome and care about u as a person/customer. Thanks.

excellent service, I have bought 3 cars here and they are always very helpful and understandable with payments, for me it is the best place to buy because in other places the prices of cars are higher.

Worst used car buying experience of my life. I purchased a used car and exactly 14 days later I find out that there are numerous, big repairs needed. My loss, I'm not confident that they even change the oil before they sell the vehicles. Not to mention how after they picked my car up on Saturday and towed it to their dealership, Tuesday when I called about the status, Les, the finance manager immediately starts lying to me telling my car had been sent to a dealership to see what was going on and take care of the recalls that should have been taken care of prior to selling the car. After a phone call to the said dealership, then 2 more calls to car factory, still being told my someone was on the way there with my car, I find out 4 hours later my car is in fact at Car Factory and no one had taken it anywhere. I'm a business owner as well, always, always, always, tell your customers the truth. I didn't expect anything to be done at that point, it was a holiday weekend and the busy day at any dealership is the Monday and the day after being back from a holiday. I could have handled being told they were busy and had it there still, but I can't handle being lied too. I understand I didn't buy a brand new car, I know that there are issues with all cars, New or used, I have also worked at a used car dealership, I know what is taken care of by they used car dealer when they are concerned about what they are putting their customers in out the door rather than just worried about theirselves and the money they make. This place only cares about the money or I wouldn't be having these issues. Don't buy anything from them, ever. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Have bought several cars from these guys. They always shoot u straight and are fairly priced. I am in the process of buying another car now and I wouldn t even think of going anywhere else. These guys are honest and up front with everything and will do whatever it takes to get u in the vehicle u want at a fair price.

My friends have purchased a truck from this establishment over a year ago. Everything was ok as far as there business agreement. They are always on time and have never missed a payment. The truck was always being maintnanced regularly as well. Everytime they called to make the payment the sales man always ended the calls with your our best customers and if there is anything we can do let us know. Long story short the truck is older needs work done has a lot of miles and they need something new with little miles and reliable! They asked them to put them into a new vehicle and where rejected. He told them he will just fix it and add it to there note!!!! I thought that they sold vehicles!?! Do Not Purchase from here!!! They will not value you at all as a customer! I know that the residual payments are what feed the business and i am going to help my friends in a purchase some where else!! Hope Car Factory feels good about screwing people that are just trying to live!! Very unprofessional!

Highly recommended. Everyone there will work hard to put you in a nice trustworthy vehicle. I prefer to use them than a big car place. Super nice people. I give them a 10 star rating.

These guys were great. They informed us on every thing about the truck and the how we could finace. They made sure we understood every thing about the sale. They did not run out the door and try to push a vehickle on us. Most places you go to look for a car you are bonbarted by sales people. Les was professional and friendly and his salesman was too. You looking for a car? Go see these guys, they blow the other guys out of the water. They treat you like family.

3 yrs ago i bought a toyota tundra and im still driving it. We clearly have had to change tires and oil and brakes but thats what you gotta do with any car. We have taken care of it like its supposed to and it has lasted us. Also just like a week ago i bought a toyota rav4 so we will see but so far ive had a good experience. We may come get a 3rd one if this 2nd one stays on course like our tundra did. They really work around what you can do. At least that is my experience.

Worst place to EVER buy a car from. Yes, I was pregnant, alone, and desperate and they took FULL advantage. I will say they "pretended" to help me fix the used 04 Nissan Xterra (asking $11,000+ @_@ ) that I traded my paid off truck for to them, but every time I got my car back..it was in WORSE shape than before. Meaning a minor oil leak turned into my car not starting... MULTIPLE TIMES!! Also, they DID provide me a loaner vehicle, BUT every loaner vehicle I ever got from them which was at least 3 or more..had major issues as well like NOT STARTING. Then the so called "manager" of the SW OKC location named Lester..told me to basically "F off" because he refused to help me anymore after he gave me my car back and said the battery was dead because "it sat for 3 days" but not being STUPID..I argued and said "THAT'S NOT NORMAL FOR ANY CAR LET ALONE MINE" so he refused to help me any further.. He could never provide me invoices or info for the work he "supposedly" had done to my vehicle either.. I would HIGHLY recommend to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I think court will be my next meeting with them.

Larry and Will has to be the best When I bought my car I was in need ASAP they helped me get a nice used car. Months later I lost my husband and they helped me every way possible. I tell everyone to buy a car here on Nw 39th in OKC If I ever need another car I will be going to see them You guys are awesome Thank you so much.

CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS!!! Went in at 5:00 to look around, drove out with our new Journey a little after 7. They will do anything they can to ensure your complete satisfaction. After having such a horrible experience at ECA, these guys are so refreshing! They shoot you straight!

I bought a car from car factory that was in the price range I was looking for,it was a really nice and clean car. I had been to several car lots looking for a car but I wasnt happy with the prices I was getting quoted after being financed,until i came to car factory. The guys were nice and it was a easy process for me.Thanks so much!

I'm sorry to give a star, the sellers are very kind and patient, but the owner has a terrible character I have had a terrible experience with him, I have financed a car at the time of the contract I let them know that the car had a problem they said they would solve it , they repaired it and the next day it broke down, they had to return it to the dealer in tow, so far they have repaired it three times I have 3 weeks with the vehicle, I talked to the owner if we could change the car and he treated me in a very bad way and without any Solution is unfortunate now I have a car that does not work well and but I will continue to pay as the contract says if someone can help me resolve this situation legally I would appreciate it

Hey guys and girls!Here is a fact, high class dealers screw you over, but guess what if you go to the car factory its like your brother or sister, more or less like a family gathering. My point is, this place does not look at you with green money signs in their eyes. you walk in you tell them what you want, and they give it to you. It is as simple as that. No fancy hublahs, or waiting for hours to just know the price before financing and after. All you need to do is as for a guy named les, not sure if that is how his name is spelled, but you get the drift. He will set you up with a GREAT DEAL!!!!!! and get you approved. As well as show you everything right up front. Were as compared to a place such as David Stanley Chevrolet, were they HIDE, LIE, CHEAT, AND TRY TO STEAL!!!!!! < FOR YOUR MONEY> Moreover, the car factory, shows all the paper work such as the NADA Report, Car facts, KBB, and many places to get the best or lowest interest rate. PPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO AND GET YOUR NEXT CAR HERE AND DO NOT SECOND GUESS. Then say to your self "him I want to go check some other places." NO NONONONONON! for REAL, if you see something you like there get it......... It will save a lot of trips, hassles, time, money, and stress. ALSO tell them that COTY BROCK sent you I am sure they can give you an extra discount for reading this.

Great people Denis benitez worked with us and even when we found a major problem after we signed the papers he was willing to fix the problem we were in and out quick and very friendly thanks I will recommend you guys to everyone.

Fast and easy they see if you are approved then show you what you are approved for so you dont fall im love with something you cant get. Nice people.

Went in to ask about details on their cars and the bald short salesman was really rude and disrespectful He cut me off in mid sentence and said Okay Bye ?!?I am okay with taking my money elsewhereI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The wait was ridiculous, I had to come in two times. Cars aren t even at a reasonable price for the damage it has. Not worth the spend.
