I was referred here by a manager at a parts store supposedly they did diagnostics here, which was literally the only thing I needed from there. I attempt to call their listed number for two hours to conserve my gas, as my car is only getting 8 miles per gallon (supposed to get 32 highway) but isn t kicking back any codes which is why I was just gonna get it hooked up to a detailed machine. After driving there, following hours of unanswered calls; at 2:15 pm so no where near the end of listed business hours; I arrive as the only customer there. A male is already packing up to leave for the day and decided to tell me to come back tomorrow after telling me their business phone doesn t even work. As if I would leave my car at a place of business I can t even reach that clearly doesn t operate during their business hours. So I said bluntly, I would just go elsewhere at which point he gets an attitude telling me we are too busy and don t do that well that s obvious, as you are leaving hours before close end don t even have an operational business line. Go elsewhere; trust me. Ended up leaving and going straight to another shop that already has my car hooked up.

I m a great grandmother and my car broke down 2 hours from my home in Tulsa on a holiday weekend. Great Grandson was getting 3 days of chemo at OU Children s Hospital. O Reilly s auto parts referred me to Michael at Capital Auto Repair. Michael worked on Sunday to get my car fixed! He even drove me back and forth. My car ran great after he fixed it and his price was more than fair. My first impression of Michael was he is a man of integrity. I highly recommend Michael!

Robert went above and beyond for me. He understood my situation and was true to his word. My car was ready within 24 hours and he even to me and introduced me to the owner of another business so i could get a great deal on an alignment. Talk about excellent customer service.

We broke down traveling through Oklahoma City and AAA towed our car to this auto shop. I was very impressed how quickly they called us and repaired our vehicle at a low cost. Michael provided great customer service and was extremely helpful in our time of need. I would recommend this shop to anyone and if I lived in the area would take my vehicle there for repairs.

Love it here, the mechanic Michael Deal is the nicest sweetest most compassionate mechanic that I've ever dealt with. His prices were considerably low and very reasonable. I go there for all my mechanical needs

Mr Michael is absolutely wonderful he gets the job done quickly you don't have to wait for days to get your vehicle back and he is very good on prices absolutely wonderful

I will be recommended this shop to everyone. It is a affordable prices, the service is quicker than most shops I have been to, and workers will do what they have to figure out what's going on with your car. And they are very precise.
