If I could give a lower star rating I most certainly would. Bought a 2018 t800 from them. I have put 14000 miles on it and have had problems since day one replaced alternator the first week then a exhaust manifold. Then a week ago I replaced the starter and know I'm being told the motor is shot. So you spend $150000.00 on a truck and its not even checked out thoroughly before its put for sale they just clean, polish it up and put it out there. Called to see if there was anything they could do and got asked if I purchased the extended warranty with the truck. WOULD HAVE IT HAD BEEN OFFERED TO ME. So just saying be careful when when dealing with these guys.

Kept having to call to get updates and each time they had failed to communicate next steps. We are a small company with only one truck in service, so being down is a major issue. They could have easily had the vehicle ready on Tuesday morning when it was done, but repeated calls proved that they didnt value our business or time. Every single call was met with another excuse. I called Wednesday morning to ensure it was ready and they slow played the whole checkout experience. There is zero concern for customer experience. Plan to be down numerous days if you bring your Mack here for repairs.

I came in and was taken care of and all my issues were answered.Very professional staff and very courteous..I appreciate the ride to the hotel...My experience at Bruck ers was a pleasant one and low stress..Thank you service staff.

After being a Bruckner s customer for more than a year, and purchasing multiple trucks from different locations, this one always stood out because of stellar support, and customer relationship of Lorne. If you are black they will not talk to you I've been here 20 min and as soon as another white person walked in they helped them before me like I wasn't there before them nobody has spoken to me today seen I was getting very upset when not getting customers help I wish I'd never go there again bad experience never felt so much like a scum until I walked in there and I work hard to feed my children and pay bills like everyone else but still get treated unfairly just because the color of my skin

I brought my truck in for a blown turbo tube.. they charged me 800+ dollars and when I left got down the road and my truck was low on oil I added oil..and had to keep adding oil .. I never had this problem before.. so with more investigation I figured out they cracked my oil pan while doing the turbo tube... way to go jack bags..I'm not happy .. call me right away.. I'm in your computer.. if I could detour there I would... my oil pan Is $1,200 + oil and filters I'm sending Buckners the Bill.. From World Equipment Knoxville..

Checked in about 7:30 am, got the truck in the bay and diagnosed in about two hours. Was given a written estimate before any work was started. People were polite and helpful.Most shops act like there doing you a favor, it was nice to be treated like a customer. Good service.Thanks

I would not use this place for rental trucks at all. I used them a lot for rentals and a lot of money spent there. Also gave the rental manager Johnathan a number to lease his trucks on where I m at. Well he stayed with us a year or so and then decided he would pay one of his drivers $2000 to sabotage our company with the people we haul loads for. His driver quit soon after and they started their own company hauling our loads since we were now kicked out due to his driver he paid. If bein knees employees scum like this then what does that tell you about the company. Oh and yes there is proof of all things said too

We had a very good experience with them. A big thank you to the person that answers the calls in their repair shop (I'm sorry I couldn't remember her name). She did her best to help us. They took us last minute (due to an urgent delivery), found the problem and fixed it in less than 3 hours, without overcharging.

Trevor , a very professional person that helped me today with the most courtesy and friendly manner . I called , walked in, and came out within 10 minutes faster than a Fast Food Line . I highly recommend because they have all the toys and gadgets for your truck.

Took them 11 hours just to get me an estimate on repairs to my DEF system. Take several days to get the parts. Then I would be #26 in line to even get into the shop. Probably 2 weeks. Was told if I took the truck out of there. I would probably derate before getting out of the city. 200 miles later, sitting in my driveway. Never even got a derate notice from the truck. People, there are rude and make a driver feel Inconsequential. This is the second time that I'm dissatisfied with OKC Bruckners. Please don't get me wrong. I have been to several Bruckner's shops elsewhere and never was dissatisfied. Something about OKC.

We waited for over 4 hours and our tractor had not even been pulled into the service bay, so we asked for our keys so we could make our Thursday morning delivery on time.I think that the shop was understaffed on Wednesday, but they failed to communicate that. We have a repair that is going to take 5 hours, if they would have said that it will be a long wait, we would have simply returned on another day.

The following is an updated review:We were having engine and after treatment issues recently. We had to come in for some major work, the head was leaking and our DEF base had worn out a factory weld. Got the truck to the shop on a Friday again, couldn t be helped, these trucks never breakdown when it s convenient. They ran diagnostics and found a few other issues, they notified us the same day they found everything and got the go ahead to start repairs. Everything went very smooth and they were on top of the truck and were it was in the repair process the whole time it was there. This was a huge switch and a very great change from the experience previously mentioned. W.D. was our contact guy the whole time and he never once made me feel like I was being an inconvenience or a burden when I called or showed up to get an update. The experience this time was leaps and bounds better, and I hope to have similar dealings in the future. I will be coming back for an inframe in a few months and will update again after that. Hope this helps everyone, hammer down and keep it between the lines.Brought my truck in on a Friday, ended up not getting it back for 2 weeks. The staff is professional but if you re an owner op there s no sense of urgency at this place. Ended up losing more money than planned due to having to stay in a nearby hotel for an extra week. Most of the issues the truck was brought in for were taken care of, but still having some of the original problems that were named when the truck was brought in. After being in a shop for 2 weeks, you d think everything would ve been done. I had high hopes since they re at this new location that s bigger but it did not seem to make much improvement to the service. They get 2 stars since some things were done and seem to be right, but there s a huge problem when it takes 2 weeks to fix a truck. Hopefully they ll figure out they re issues in shop and be able to better help the next customer that comes through.

I want to give a huge shoutout to all the members in the service department today. These guys helped me today and really put fourth and above me beyond approach. I would definitely come back here for service and would recommended any Prifessional driver to come by if you want to have your truck issues resolved by competent and friendly staff.

I had air problems with my 2007 mack. I called W. D. He got a mechanic online with us. I explained what i had done and what the results were. He told me EXACTLY where to go find my problem. 10 stars for macks employees...
